Original subtitles

- [Paul] Previously on "The Traitors"-

(air horn honks)

A mission meant to unify-

- Come on guys. What would Brodie be saying?

- Cross the line, guys.

We've done enough work. - Thank you.

- [Paul] Threatened to break the faithful apart.

- Everyone crossed the line. What the hell?

- No, we had an agreement. - No.

- We all just worked our arse off.

- What the fuck, everyone?

I felt like Brooke really shit the bed on that, hey.

- [Paul] And landed their strongest player in hot water.

- I'm a faithful.

(contestants groan)

- I'm sorry. - Goodbye, Fili.

It's time to leave the game.

Leading the traitors to plot their wildest move yet.

- Do we choose to seduce, and who?

- Robbie.

I mean, no one is gonna see this coming.

(tense music)

(traitors sigh)

- I am obviously pretty tempted to become a traitor.

I feel like I'm kind of, you know,

being portrayed that way anyway.

- It is taking way too long.

- She has to say yes.

- The only pleasure I would get out of staying

as a faithful at this point is to be able to say,

I am a faithful, you know,

despite everything you've thought.

Whereas I guess if I leave now,

I'd have to say I was a traitor,

which they've believed all along.

(tense music)

(door thumps)

(cloaks rustle)

(traitors laugh)

My babies. Oh, I'm so happy it's you guys.

- Who are you?

- I tell you, it's like it was such an exciting move

that I don't think anyone will expect.

It's very, very cool. And just welcome to the conclave.

This is our little hive.

- Hey, my only concern is that like,

I think I'm up for banishment.

Am I brought in here to be banished?

(insects chirping) (owl hoots)

(sombre music)

* Each night I wake up feeling lost *

* Swallowed by the dark 'til I'm gone *

* Haunted by the words you once said *

* I know you won't even think twice *

* Or look behind *

* 'Cause what could I really do? *

(Sam snickers) - Oh wow.

Woohoo! - Wowee.

- Is this like winning a mission,

getting first to breakfast?

I've never done this before. Look at this.

We could take- - We can take all the

good food for ourselves. - Take all the good food

for ourselves.

- During the barrel challenge,

Brooke kind of effed me over during that one.

I have forgiven him for that.

Can I just quickly say?

I 100% think that you're a faithful.

- I really appreciate that and thank you so much.

We are at day six.

Not one person has asked me if I'm a traitor.

- One, two, three, four,

five, six, seven, eight,

nine, 10, 11.

- That would immediately say that seduction-

- Yeah. - Or less likely,

they tried to murder and they hit the shield,

which feels unlikely. - Yeah, surely they didn't

do that.

That seems- - That's insane.

- [Sam] That is a foolish, foolish move.

(Sam and Brooke cheer)

- Oh wow, how are you?

- I love it.

- Really? Shit, I thought we were gonna be

last to come in.

- Yeah. - Wow.

- I just had that vibe. - We did as well.

- I love going into the breakfast.

I love seeing everyone who's survived

and I love potentially looking at everyone

and working out who's villainous.

- What would you call this as an item?

- It's a shawl.

- Okay, it's a shawl. - Yeah.

- [Sam] Go, go.

- My strategy, as it has been for the last three days,

clean slate, observe.

- There are 11 seats.

- That would mean there's no,

that means a seduction rather than a-

- Oh shit. - Yeah.

- So, okay.

We're pretty confident that a faithful

was seduced last night.

- Now we're wondering

who's the seduction?

- I don't who it could be. It could be any of them.

(contestants gasp and clap)

- Welcome. - Welcome, Robbie.

- Who's here. - How are you?

- [Colin] We're very happy to see you, Robbie.

- Yeah. - I thought I'd walk in

like last and

oh my god.

My personal strategy is obviously to align with

Brooke and Dan, but the only other thought I have

is that Brooke and Dan have got me in as a traitor

so that, if I do get banished tonight,

it will make everyone think that they were right all along,

potentially could take the heat off them.

- I'm not 100%, 98% sure Anna is a faithful.

I'm 100% sure Sam is a faithful.

- [Colin] Yeah.

- And then, but Dan is, and you know I know Dan

better than anyone here.

Dan is sitting at like 60 to 70 max for me.

But I intentionally- - That's low.

You know, I pointed out to you

that other people have pointed out to me

how tight you two are and how-

- I mean, that was always-

- No, and then, we had a discussion and you said,

"Yeah, that's wise. That's great. I'll distance myself."

You haven't done that at all.

- I'm worried about Colin.

This is someone that has grown up in the world

of male modelling and I can't think

of a more duplicitous vocation.

These guys are going at each other all the time.

So while you may think it shouldn't be too hard

to outsmart a male model, you'd be wrong.

- [Robbie] You know what?

- Okay. - Justine.

Nobody's looked at Justine.

- I know Justine better than anyone here.

- Yeah. - And she has been

so consistent.

(contestants cheer and clap)

- Yes. Oh yes.

- Wow.

- We just said Justine three times,

and then bang, you appeared. - Yeah, and you appeared.

- Really? - Boogieman.

Yeah.

- [Colin] I'm so happy you're here.

- Who have we got then? - Well, we're waiting.

We're waiting for Dylan, Dan, Anna, and Vanda.

- No one's gone. - Okay.

- No one's gone. - So someone's been seduced.

(contestants cheer and clap)

(Vanda laughs)

- [Sam] We're very relieved that you're here.

- Yeah, walking into breakfast,

I tried to keep it low key like I always do.

- So good to see you buddy.

- One thing I noticed is that Robbie

has a new confidence about her.

- Hands up if you're a traitor. Oh.

(contestants laugh)

- Oh, sorry. I was getting a coffee.

- She doesn't seem to show any remnants of, you know,

the personal attack that happened to her

earlier in the game.

I noticed this, but I'm not sure if anyone else has.

- Do you know? I honestly think you two are gonna

end up being two great mates, Robbie and Colin.

- Who? Oh no, we are. - Yeah, we already are.

- We are. - We are.

- I'm just saying, yeah.

(tense music)

So guys, who's left? We have-

- [Colin And Vanda] Anna and Dylan.

- [Brooke] Anna and Dylan, oh shit.

- And there's two settings. - Oh, okay.

(contestants cheer and clap)

- Who's not here?

- [Vanda] So good to see you. Just Dylan so far.

- I am so pumped to still be here.

I feel like they've seduced someone

and someone's become a new traitor.

Damn you.

- [Colin] Hey, did you have a shield?

- [Anna] No, did you?

- There's a setting. (Colin gasps)

- No, none of us did.

- Enjoy having a shield?

- Oh, so who had-

- Guess who had the shield.

- Oh, it must've been Fili.

- Fili must've had the shield. - Fili.

- So if you didn't have a shield, that means

it wasn't even an attempted murder last night.

It means it was definitely a seduction.

- Is this too shady a question?

If you had a seduction, would you take it?

Who would take it?

(tense music)

- I would have to decide.

- Now- - That's why I was wondering

when you get it,

you know. - Yeah.

- You know, before I came into the game,

I would've been going, yes, I'll jump on that

to switch to being a traitor.

But I think now invariably your behaviour would change.

It's a really confusing, baffling, intense rollercoaster.

- If you are keen on winning the game,

it's a pretty awesome move.

- Yeah. - Because half of the game,

you've been the best actor in the world.

- Yeah, that's right. - Because you've been

telling the truth.

(contestants cheer and clap)

- No murder, no murder.

- Not again.

- No murder, no murder, no murder.

Oh, seduction, dammit.

- Everyone at the table. - Oh, we're all here.

- We're all here.

- I feel like I keep coming in each day

just completely baffled.

I want to go back to my room at night

and figure out who are the definite suspects.

And I try and I just confuse myself.

- Was that- - Did anyone get seduced

last night- - And say no?

- And say no. - And look them in the eyes

when you ask- - Or and say yes?

- [Sam] Or say yes, yeah. Oh yeah. That's better.

That's better. - I mean, it would

make it easier. - Yeah, yeah.

- Yeah, let's just save some time.

- Yeah.

- Yeah.

(tense music)

(contestants chattering)

(Robbie laughs) - Oh, oh.

- Morning all.

Well, almost all.

Dear, sweet Fili, a faithful,

arguably the nicest player among you,

tossed aside like an old rag.

Banished, based on what?

Beware a herd mentality, people.

It can lead to poor outcomes.

Anywho, time marches on. Another day, another mission.

I'll need you in three teams.

Sort yourselves out and I'll see you anon.

What do you know about sheep?

(tense music)

(sombre music)

- There must've been a seduction

and a seduction happens when there is what, two traitors?

- Yeah, so there are now

three traitors. - So there are now

three again. - Which is amazing,

'cause that means a quarter of the people.

No less than. How many are left, 11?

- [Dylan] There are 12, 11 of us. Oh, great.

More than a quarter of us

are traitors. - So more than a quarter.

- [Dylan] Which means, you know, numerically at least

one of us around this table is.

- Yeah.

- I think Dylan is a risk.

He is playing such a good and intelligent game

that I think he could deduce eventually

that I am a traitor.

- 90% of the time,

everyone in this game is playing as a faithful.

It's only that 10% of the time

or whatever it is that they spend in the conclave

choosing who to murder that they're actually

being traitors.

Dan is a quiet player.

I wonder sometimes if that sort of quiet

stand at the sidelines and just throw in a little comment

here and there approach is a good way to play as a traitor.

I think maybe it's the way I would play.

I think if you were a traitor,

after all we've been through with Robbie,

it wouldn't be a bad idea to seduce Robbie to join you.

Because- - And I think she would

enjoy it, the power. - I dunno.

- Yeah. - I think it could

break her at this point. - Yeah, maybe.

- I said from day one that Kings was on my

question mark list. - Yeah, you did.

- Big time.

He's always been my radar. - Is that right?

- Always, always, always. - Because of-

- I think there's more than one traitor

at the table at any time,

so we need to be dropping other names in there.

King has a question mark over his name,

because my gut tells me that he's not cleared

and a faithful.

- But what you're saying now, Kings,

you guys are getting a read on him

that moves him over too.

You think we can actually banish him?

- I think I'm gonna find it hard to vote for Kings,

'cause he's so nice and I just get on with him.

But with that little time we've got left

and at the round table, I'm just gonna have to have

my eyes and my ears open.

- So us four going forward, let's say it's Kings,

and then if anything changes,

we've gotta let each other know.

- Yeah. - Okay.

- [All] Go team.

- Yeah, don't do that in front of anyone else.

(Justine chuckles)

(gravel crunches)

(quaint music)

- I've looked at everyone and I go,

I don't think any of you are traitors.

Do you reckon, is there a possibility

that there's some sort of administrative error

and there are no traitors? (all laugh)

- So if you guys were going into that round table

right now, is it an easy name or is it-

- No. - I don't have an easy name

right now. - No, I don't have any.

- We just need to pick off one person tonight

and I think that person will be someone

more under the radar.

- I'm in the car with Robbie, you know.

She definitely has a new lease on life.

- I thought there would be a strong personality-

- Yeah.

- A softer personality with like Loryn.

We got that. - Yeah.

- Do you know what I mean?

- Yeah. - Totally.

- She's a lot more chatty.

She has a lot to say, possibly too much to say.

- But I still think there's that middle one

that's more of an under the radar person.

- I try to focus the chat in the car on, you know,

who do we factually wanna look at?

- Are you guys hearing the chat

that's kind of brought Kings to the, you know, top?

- I didn't hear. - What's the reasoning?

- That it would be amazing.

- Yeah. - That everyone,

he's probably one of the most popular dudes here.

- Totally. - Yeah.

- If he is a traitor,

I don't think he would like the lying and that.

- Yeah, Robbie. - Would you go Julia

over Robbie?

- Still, I'm really stuck on Robbie.

I don't know what- - That is where I'm stuck.

I'm so stuck on Robbie, man. - I don't know what to feel

on Robbie.

Every time you watch a game when you're at home,

you think like, ah, that's easy.

Like, oh, you just do that, you just do that.

But being in it, it's so different.

(tense music)

- Like almost everyone in here, if Robbie got up there

and said she was a traitor though,

I would be very surprised.

(tense music)

- Oh my gosh.

- Hey.

- So we pull up to Sheep World.

There's this massive farm full of sheep.

- Baa. - Yeah.

- [Dylan] There's a sheep with your name on it, Brooke.

- Oh wow.

- Oh, there I am.

People think I'm a city boy,

but the British side of my family, they're from Taumarunui,

so we used to spend our winters chasing the sheep.

- Oh, they're so cute.

- Greetings and welcome to my back paddock.

Your prize fund currently stands at $21,600.

Let's see what you can add to that today.

I need each team to nominate someone

to enter the sheep pen.

Said person should have an eye and an ear for detail,

because today's mission is about two things,

observation and communication.

And after the debacle at the last mission,

I have some serious concerns.

I'm sure you all do too.

Today, you are taking part in an identity parade for sheep.

I know, genius.

You in the pen will need to identify one of the sheep

from a description provided by your teammates.

(contestants snicker)

The teammates will get all the information they need

from the sheep's mugshot.

Each team is searching for the same sheep.

The fastest to correctly identify the sheep's name

and pin the right rosette to the mugshot wins.

For every correctly identified sheep,

$2,500 will be added to the prize fund

and we are completing three rounds.

The most successful team gets into my armoury

and I'm thinking that could be very beneficial today.

- Feeling really highly charged, lots of emotions.

I am finding it really hard being away from my family.

I love them very much. I'm missing my husband.

I've never not spoken to him or them

for this amount of time.

So I need to win, and then I need to get in that armoury,

and then I need to choose the shield.

- This is delicious, juicier than a Sunday roast.

(contestants laugh)

- Now I know what the shield is capable of

and what the armoury is capable of doing

in terms of protection,

that's definitely what I want.

- Right, players, follow me.

- I think it's so great, the potential to get a shield,

because every night, when I'm soaking in the bath,

I'm thinking this could be it.

This could be the night.

- Okay, we're all ready to start round one and-

(whistle tweets)

- [Brooke] Oh, little eyes and black face, black legs.

- I reckon Brooke and Dylan are the most

analytical in the whole game.

- There's a little white line across the top here, yeah.

- [Kings] I think we have a good shot at this,

if they can communicate properly.

- Oh my god, this is definitely full on, isn't it?

- Little black high hair leg.

- Would go well with rice and naan.

(sheep baa)

- Down here. - It looks like Colin,

but it's got a little- - I don't want to

keep running. - White stripe across

its forehead.

- They seem to have missed the memo

on how describing things work.

First thing I get is your sheep looks like Colin,

but has a white thing on his head.

- It's got black legs, black legs.

- [Dylan] Black legs.

- [Brooke] White body, black legs,

little white stripe on the forehead.

Hustle.

(grass rustles)

- We had made a game plan.

My voice apparently carries the loudest, no surprises there,

and everyone could hear it very clearly in the field.

- Anna, Anna, Anna, Anna.

Go, go, go, go.

- [Colin] Go, ring it, ring.

(bell jingles)

(contestants laugh)

- Wow, we screwed that up.

It turns out analytics doesn't mean shit

in this competition.

- Right teams, that's the end of round one.

Red team, you rang the bell first.

Who do you think is the sheep we're looking for?

- We've got Anna.

- Congratulations to the red team.

It was in fact Anna. (contestants cheer)

You now have one point and have added $2,500

to the prize fund.

Round two will begin when I blow my whistle.

But first of all, I'm gonna make it slightly harder

by increasing my flock by two traitor sheep.

- [Brooke] Oh my god,

it's a traitor sheep. - Hello.

(Justine blows kisses) (sheep baa)

They're so cute.

- Good luck, teams.

(whistle tweets)

- Okay, oh shit. Okay.

Okay, white down his face with a little bit of edge

around it.

- Okay, black all down the side,

white Mohawk, brown all down the side.

Brown. - Brown.

- [Anna] White and white in the chest.

- So part of the challenge of this mission

is not shouting out a name so loud

that one of the other teams is gonna hear it

and just steal your thunder.

I think it's me. It's me.

So I'm standing on the field pointing at myself.

Me, me, it's me.

And my team is just not getting it.

- What?

- Brown body, two white stripes.

Round two, I'm one of the callers.

A big white stripe down

the middle of the face.

- It's got a tag on an ear.

- [Dan] Justine is out there. She's incredible.

She picks off the sheep from what we've told her.

- White. - Dylan.

- It's the only white one.

- [Dan] Boom, we get Dylan's name up on the board.

Ring the bell,

ring the bell. (bell jingles)

- What?

- I can't get too upset about it,

but I really wish they'd got what I was trying to convey.

Didn't seem complicated.

- Right, so the blue team have rung their little wee bell,

which would be incredible if this was right, Justine.

Who do you think the second sheep is?

- My boy, Dylan.

- Your boy Dylan. - Yeah.

- Is correct.

- Oh no. (contestants cheer)

- Well done. That's great.

- [Paul] That's one point and another $2,500

added to the prize fund.

- I need to find better teams for my missions.

We got our arse handed to us. - Yeah, yeah, yeah.

- [Brooke] Oh man. We need to get this-

- Very quick. - In order to get

in the running for the armoury or-

- Yeah. (Brooke clicks tongue)

- You or me tonight probably.

(tense music)

- All right teams, so there's been some victory

for the red team, some victory for the blue team.

The orange team will be hoping for some victory

in round three.

And I'm gonna make it slightly harder again

by increasing my flock by another two traitor sheep.

(Brooke claps)

- The armoury really motivates me.

As long as I've got the shield,

there's a reason why I'm not being murdered.

Me not getting murdered is kind of suspicious.

(whistle tweets)

- Let's go.

White. White sheep. White.

White. - White with a

black spot on his ear. - White with a black spot

on his nose. - Black spot on left ear.

- Yellow tag on right ear.

It is down to the wire.

We are one for one with the blue team.

- Right ear, yellow tag, white face.

White everything.

Robbie is our herder.

It would be great for her to perform really well

on this mission.

- Someone get ready to grab the thing.

- Yeah.

- Black spot left ear.

- Black spot left.

- Once they just started to scatter,

I just was lucky enough that the right sheep

sort of presented itself.

Sam, Sam.

- Okay, okay, okay. - Got it.

- Go. (bell jingles)

- So the blue team have rung their bell

for the first time again, everybody.

But are they right?

Who do you think is the third sheep?

- We think it is Sam S, me.

If we've won this, it's crazy.

- And I believe you've added now $7,500 bucks

to the prize fund. (contestants cheer)

- Great work. - Who says I don't listen?

- Congratulations to the blue team-

- Oh my god. - Who will all get

into the armoury.

- Oh, we all get into the armoury.

- We've won the mission. I have access to the armoury.

If I can win that shield, I can now play this angle

that I can sleep well,

because I know I'm not gonna get murdered.

- Good work guys. Good work.

Congratulations. - Thank you.

- At some point in time soon, if I'm losing these missions,

someone's gonna say, why isn't Brooke getting murdered?

I need to find some people that can carry me

into that armoury.

- Good work. - Thanks.

(contestants clap)

- The mission today was amazing.

It literally has been my best day here ever.

Like I've really enjoyed it.

- Well done, all of you. You did it.

(contestants clap) Now, however,

it's time to face the wolves in sheep's clothing

at the round table,

where this evening, you will once again attempt

to banish a traitor.

I'll see you at the lodge.

I smell mint sauce.

I wonder who's for dinner.

(contestants laugh) (tractor grumbles)

(tense music)

- Do you think there's crosshairs on Kings

at the banishment table?

- So there's been a movement today towards you,

Kings. - Oh, okay.

- Why is that?

- Yeah, I don't even understand that.

- Were you not a part of any of those conversations tonight?

- I have not heard any of this.

- Anna's banging her drums.

I think you've got a pretty big challenge tonight, man.

Because she is fucking

campaigning, right? - Yeah.

- And you know, I think Julia's probably also looking

to get some heat off of her,

'cause I would've thought-

- I think she knows she's got heat on her.

I've voted for her twice.

It could be like just not a revenge plot,

but just like throwing my name out,

because I've thrown her name out kind of thing.

- Kings voted for me

twice. - Yeah. Yeah.

- I don't actually think Julia's a traitor,

but I do have to be wary of what's gonna happen tonight.

- Which is- - You're gonna go Kings.

- Yeah. - Yeah.

- Because he's always been on my eye.

- Okay. - Like he's been from day one,

so I have to do it. - Okay.

- So- - And Robbie's up there,

but she hasn't been as high,

so I would happily go for her tomorrow, if it's not today.

- On the car ride, I had a really challenging

argument going on in my head as to who is

tactically better to keep in the game for longer.

- It has to go Kings or Robbie, right?

- Yeah.

- Thinking that it's a good idea to banish

Robbie instead of Kings.

- Basically, we're saying that we think

that they both could potentially

be traitors. - That's what I'm-

- If Kings is, then he might be more of the head traitor

and Robbie's like someone you could

take out afterwards. - Yes.

- Whereas Kings, if we took out Robbie tonight,

King could seduce. - Yeah.

- And you know, change the game a bit more.

I don't know.

- Here's the next thing. If the traitors are getting on,

then they actually, you only need five votes

basically to get someone off.

- I've ridden in a car with Kings

and spent some time with him.

But with Brooke, it's new.

- So if the traitors are communicating

and they can get two other people on board-

- Yeah, they've got a- - Yeah.

- They can wrestle some control, right?

- Yeah.

- He's a strong personality and he pushes hard.

Maybe that was good at the beginning of the game,

but now it does make me suspicious.

- I wanna test Robbie and I'm not gonna

give a vote to someone random.

So let's say that I can convince Dan,

because if he's neutral on Robbie and you

and I can go, go Robbie. - Right, right.

- And if we in this car

can convince you- - It's the same with Robbie.

Don't go- - I just wanna

throw this out there.

What you're saying about the traitors, you know,

being able to work together to recruit

just a couple of other people,

and then they can control the round table.

- [Brooke] Yeah.

- Like legitimately, you're doing that for Robbie right now.

I think, with the numbers the way they are,

it's in the traitors' favour to try and push

for a single candidate for elimination.

How do I tell that your-

- [Kings] Doing something too, yeah, yeah.

- Pushing for Robbie is not the same

as the traitors as all together for Robbie,

if you're a traitor?

Like how am I- - Totally, totally.

And I absolutely agree. - Yeah.

- Dylan is an incredibly strong player. He's super smart.

I think he needs to be gone from the game,

because he could spark some pretty dangerous ideas.

(uplifting music)

- Man, I'm so excited that we get to go to the armoury.

- I know.

- So do we choose an order? Is that how it works?

- You choose, Sam.

We feel like you missed out on-

- [Justine] Yeah.

- Choices yesterday's. - Yeah.

- Oh, thank you. That's really nice.

Let's just do alphabetical, 'cause like I don't-

- Okay, first name alphabetical?

- [Sam] Mathematically, it doesn't matter.

- Okay, but before, we all agree

we're not telling each other who gets it.

- No. - Absolutely.

- Oh, we're not telling each other?

- Yeah, so we're not telling each other.

- Don't tell anyone. - No, no, no.

We thought we wouldn't tell

each other. - Protect all of-

- Absolutely, chef's kiss.

- Yeah. - Just in case.

- Ah, yeah. - And share at breakfast.

Share at breakfast. - Okay, great.

Number one. - Let's go.

- Good luck, my friend. - Good luck, Dan.

- Okay. - Yeah.

- [Justine] Dan, good luck. But leave it for me.

(tense music)

- I mean, this is the third time I've got armoury

and I'm a traitor.

I mean, it couldn't really get any better than that.

I really want to get this shield.

I wanna see what it looks like.

You know, I wanna hold it and go,

you know, I've earned this.

It is empty. I am O and three on box opening.

(Justine gasps)

- Spooky.

(Justine sighs)

I try and be calm and think and feel which box it is,

but of course being impulsive Jussie,

I just quickly open one.

I don't get the shield,

but I get the protection of knowing

that people know I've been in there.

- Okay, here we go. Oh god, second time round.

I'm gonna go for the same box that I won with last time.

And I was a little bit gutted. I just, yeah,

really wanted it for somebody else.

I wish I could put this in the box for Sam.

- I'm so excited to go to the armoury.

I've never been there before.

Amazing.

(Sam sighs)

And I don't have the shield, but that's okay,

'cause we've got safety in numbers.

None of us are telling each other who's got the shield.

(tense music)

(fire crackles)

- Throughout the period of this game,

we're all gonna look like idiots

multiple times. - Yeah, yeah.

- I believe we have three traitors right now

probably. - Yeah.

- And there are only 11 of us.

- Yeah.

- Honestly, my mind is discombobulating.

- I know, I don't know now.

- Is that the word?

- Ah fuck, do you see this predicament that I'm in?

- We have all been saying the same people

over and over again.

Like it's just lately since the walls have opened up.

- Yeah.

- 'Cause we have. We've been so

zoned in on things. - Yeah.

- Brooke said that he was speaking to the group

earlier this morning and that my name had come up.

We've only got a limited amount of time

before the round table, so I kind of just ran around

each group as fast as I could,

just being like, I'm a faithful, I don't have much time,

but all I can say is I am a faithful.

I also am a faithful.

- But- - I mean, I'm faithful.

- Yeah. - You've gotta pick someone

at the end of the day.

You know what I mean? - Of course, yeah, yeah.

Well, yes, yes, yeah. - And it's getting to the

point that it's not easy.

- I would be gutted to go tonight.

You're gonna waste your vote if you go for me.

That is my message.

I'm just going through every room and doing that.

I hope that the faithfuls believe

that I'm a faithful, because I am.

(tense music)

(insects chirping)

- The round table, every time gets harder and harder

and harder.

You know, you're on a knife edge basically.

- Tonight is gonna be a split vote, I feel.

It's gonna be 50/50 on who's gonna go,

whether or not it will be Kings

or whether or not it will be Robbie.

- I feel good about getting Robbie's name on the slate.

I am still a little bit worried on her reactions,

what she will do, how she could potentially

expose one of us.

(tense music)

- Welcome back to the round table.

What a pleasant day we had out in the country today.

$7,500,

your best day yet,

bringing the grand total to $29,100.

Perhaps now is a good time to remind you

that if a traitor or traitors remain

at the end of this game, they take it all,

everything.

(tense music)

Look around you.

There are fewer places to hide.

If you remain quiet, it will be much, much more obvious.

Don't let silence end your game.

Who would like to begin?

(tense music)

- I'm gonna start by saying that, Kings,

I know that you know that your name was tossed around.

No one really wants to vote for you, so like-

- Yeah, the floor's mine, I guess.

- [Justine] Yeah, I guess so, buddy.

- Yeah.

What's the best way to do this?

I think the hardest thing being a faithful

and trying to defend yourself is like

over defending yourself.

I guess what I'd like to know is

where the rumours started, perhaps to help.

- I'm not sure. I think it was just a general thing of-

- General.

- Trying to work out who would make a really good traitor-

- Good traitor, oh.

- [Justine] Who we wouldn't necessarily suspect.

- Right.

I don't know if that's a good enough reason to

put me on the chopping block.

For the love of the faithful team

and not wanting you to waste your vote

is all I have to go on in terms of defence.

I believe I'm an asset to the team.

I should say that. That's how I feel.

- I thought the I'm an asset to the team.

You don't wanna lose me. No one cares if you're an asset.

No one's an asset.

- I think perhaps the reason it's difficult for you

to defend yourself is that there isn't,

or at least I haven't heard, any clear

reason to suspect you.

- [Julia] Dan, what do you think?

Sorry, you're quite quiet usually.

- Personally, I don't have anything that I would consider

valuable enough to put Kings down.

I'm still fairly torn at the moment.

I still think, you know, that for my kind of integrity vote

or whatever, there has to be something that is out

of the normal for me.

The Fili Robbie situation still bugs me,

because that's not resolved.

- I came in here last night

and I wrote Fili's name down largely because of

the conflict that happened at the table

and a conflict about whether something

happened or did not happen.

And Fili was a faithful, which unfortunately

leaves a question in my mind towards you, Robbie, about-

- No, and I totally understand that

and I understood it last night.

- Yeah. - That's why I was so deflated

when he went. - Yeah. Sure.

- I suppose the only thing I can say is that he apologised

and said publicly, like at the breakfast table,

he was sorry.

He blew it up.

He admitted it and acknowledged it.

- So does that mean that, when he blew it up,

it was all lies and smoke and mirrors here?

- I don't know. I can't answer for him.

I think he was trying to push buttons personally,

kind of get me to explode or, you know,

like to kind of fold.

- That doesn't sort of feel like his nature.

- No. - Yeah, I-

- It doesn't.

- It may not, but that's the only thing.

That's the only reasoning I've got.

- You went quiet. - Yeah.

- Everything else I've owned,

but I categorically, 100% denied saying that to him.

I categorically denied it.

- It's definitely not the one thing that you've owned.

You denied saying we murdered in the car with Mike, Chris,

myself, and-

- We've had this conversation. I don't know.

- I'll just stop you right there.

I know everyone's like, we need to look at this

with fresh eyes.

This game has been on since day one.

The traitors have been playing since day one.

I was really 50/50 whether or not my vote would go to Kings,

but I actually think going with Robbie,

the signs are out there.

I've known it for days. I think it's time for her to go now.

(tense music)

- Brooke? Sam?

- Yeah, Brooke,

please say something. - Yeah. Sorry, guys.

- I'm as confused as everybody else in that

I still haven't had any real signal that could

separate anyone from the pack,

but I said I'd vote for you, Robbie,

unless something happened today that was compelling.

I don't know what to say. I don't know what to say.

I just want you guys to know that, regardless,

I really care about you all.

- So are there any other names we wanna get on the

table while we still can quickly?

- Enough chatter.

(Sam sighs)

It's time to vote.

- Oh my fricking god.

- Who would you like to banish from the game?

Please write a name on your slate.

(tense music)

Vanda, we'll start with you.

Please show us who you voted for and tell us why.

- So Robbie, I voted for you this evening,

because of that big unresolved issue

between yourself and Fili, sorry.

- [Paul] Colin.

- I looked and looked hard at all of you.

I spent more time away from a mirror than I've ever done.

(contestants laugh)

And this person I chose, I've become, you know,

really good friends with.

But the unresolved argument meant, I'm so sorry,

and I really hope you are a traitor, Robbie.

- [Paul] Julia.

- Robbie, I've really, really enjoyed your company.

It's been awesome getting to know you,

but I'm really sorry, I had to vote for you tonight.

- Three votes for you so far, Robbie.

Justine.

- I mean, boring, but same for me.

And I know Kings' name was thrown around today,

but it's not enough just to think

someone would make a good traitor.

That's not enough.

For me, there was nothing else on Kings.

- [Paul] Robbie.

- I'm just going back to type as well, Julia,

just because she just can't seem to sort of

get over past stuff, you know.

- [Paul] Dan, who did you vote for and why?

(tense music)

- Robbie, I've also voted for you.

It's just too many question marks.

So I hope you're a traitor.

I've put Robbie on the slate.

She decides to just death stare me the whole way,

and then she winks at me.

I mean, if that doesn't bring suspicion onto me,

everyone's an idiot.

Robbie's just dropped me in the shit.

(tense music)

- Dan, who did you vote for and why?

- Robbie, I've also voted for you.

- So five votes for you, Robbie. One vote for you, Julia.

Dylan.

- I've come in here twice and been confidently wrong.

I was confident about my vote for Mike

and I was confident about my vote for Fili.

I'm not confident about my vote for you, Robbie,

and I'm not looking forward to potentially

being unconfidently wrong, so I hope I'm not.

- Six votes for you, Robbie. Anna.

- We've got it right and we've got it wrong,

but there are more than one traitor at this table,

so I'm just throwing it a little bit wider.

Kings, gosh, you're a great human,

but, so it's nothing against you.

We're mates, mate.

(tense music)

- [Paul] Brooke.

- Regardless if we're right or wrong,

it's just a shitty situation to be in.

Every day, we grow to care about each other more.

And every night, they ask us to throw someone under the bus.

And

I'm so sorry.

I really hope that we can spend time

after this crazy game together.

- [Paul] Sam.

- [Sam] I'm sorry, Robbie.

- It's all right.

- It is just all the little things that added up.

- [Paul] Kings, who have you voted for and why?

- Robbie, I feel for you.

This is tough. - Yeah, it's real tough.

- Like to try to defend yourself.

You are like the itch I can't scratch.

Like you've said so many things

that are like borderline traitor.

You've said so many things that are so innocently faithful.

- And so it rests. Robbie, you have received the most votes.

You're banished from the game. Please come and join me.

- Oh gosh.

- Before you leave the game forever, Robbie,

please reveal whether you're a faithful or a traitor.

- I have told you I am authentic 100%,

but as a traitor.

(contestants cheer)

- Oh my god. Holy shit.

Oh my god. Holy shit.

Oh my god.

- Oh, she's good. - She's good.

- She's so good. - So good.

- Congratulations, faithfuls.

Another traitor banished.

This is an absolute rollercoaster.

What you need though is to keep up this momentum.

The finish line is now in sight.

I'll spend the night watching my flock.

You'll spend the night watching your backs,

unless you had a successful trip to my armoury,

in which case, sleep tight.

I'll see you at breakfast.

(dramatic music)

- As much as you love it when a plan comes together,

and the Robbie plan really did come together,

it's still pretty painful.

I mean, she's such an absolute legend of a lady.

But if you're gonna leave a game, do it in style.

And Robbie, we salute you.

(insects chirping)

- May I just say that I was watching Robbie like a hawk,

and Robbie was staring Dan down when he put her name down

and they were staring at each other.

- I- - She kept looking at him

the whole time.

- She put me out of my misery though.

You know, when I said her name, she looked at me

and she winked at me and I was like,

fuck, you're definitely a traitor.

- Yeah. - Yeah, yeah.

- Like, you know, she was just like, oh, you know,

don't feel bad.

(all laugh)

- No, she was staring- - I thought she was looking

at Paul Henry, because they were in line, I was-

- No, no. I'm sitting right opposite her eye lines.

She was staring him down.

- Tomorrow's gonna be such a hard day for Dan

and our job will be to take out some of the ringleaders,

and then run some really strong distraction.

- [Justine] Night everyone.

(Justine blows kisses) - Night, night.

- See you in the morning.

Fingers crossed. - See you in the morning.

(tense music) (insects chirping)

* Oh, dear friend *

* I know your secret *

* But I just can't keep it *

* Another night *

(cloaks rustle)

- Wow.

Boy, good and bad.

- Good and bad, I agree. Good and bad.

- Did you see how much she was looking at you

during the round table? - Not just that.

Not just that. Look, after I voted for her

and said my piece, she looked at me and winked at me.

(table smacks)

Yeah, so I mean, not ideal.

She's just created a really, really difficult space

for me to now have to try to work my way out of.

- That was the dynamite we were playing with.

- Yeah, obviously it's not ideal that she like

stared at me through the whole thing,

and then winked at me.

- Oh god.

Dan Sing is like in everyone's sights.

- I'm pretty sure Dylan saw that.

But will Dylan see through it?

'Cause he is smart enough to.

- Is he no shield? He's not in the shield group.

- No shield.

- Dylan, that dude is too smart

and I feel like he is always like eyes on me.

Anna sat me down to talk about you.

- Yeah. - I think Justine is also

unbelievably dangerous.

I think she needs to be in that list.

(tense music)

- So either Dylan-

- [Brooke] Anna-

- [Dan] Or Justine.

- One of them.

(Brooke clicks tongue)

(tense music)

- Goodbye.

(door knocks)

- Oh no.

Oh wow.

- [Paul] Next time-

- Welcome to our conclave.

- [Paul] An unexpected visitor.

- Are you serious?

- [Paul] Turns the game on its head.

- What? - Whoa, hey.

- Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.

- They've been murdered.

- [Paul] And a traitor fights for their life.

- Did anyone see her wink at me yesterday?

I am not 100% confident that I'll get through

tonight's round table.

- Come on, Dan.
