And now you move the light from your lower dantian to your middle dantian,

which is in the bottom of the rib cage next to the bottom of the height.

And you see the light shining there so beautifully.

This is the light of your soul.

This is the light of your unconditional love.

Focus on this light.

You caught a point that defines love and your master's energy to help you.

Then you visualize the unconditional love of your masters.

Buddha, Lao Su, Kuan Yin, Jesus, Moses, Muhammad.

Anyone in your heart who is your master to come in to support you and support all of us

with this intention, we connect our energy with theirs.

And also, say in your mind, all the channels in my body open, all the blockages will be gone.

I will be completely healed and balanced.

Now you start chanting.

You visualize the vibration is starting from your heart,

vibrating through your heart, coming out through your lips.

And then, my brain is pressing your family, your friends, and the world.

Now you see the light is growing.

Inhale, you visualize the universal love, the essence of the universe, coming in through your skin,

running through every cell in your body, and then get together in your heart, in your middle dantian,

making the light in your middle dantian even brighter.

When you exhale, just see the light shooting out from the center of your chest, your middle dantian,

running through every part of your body, the arms, the chest, the back, the stomach, going to the ends of the universe.

You have a smile on your face, and you feel this smiling is running through your entire body.

Smile, SM, IL, stand for Start Mind Internal Love Engine.

Especially when you feel smile in every cell, that means the unconditional love energy is being activated,

truly from your heart. It's not from your brain.

Then you see the light in your middle dantian is growing, growing bigger, and bigger.

Then you see your whole body and balance intellect.

In the light you see your heart is so beautiful, your physical heart.

Now you see your physical heart is totally based in the light, and you see the physical form of your heart is so perfect.

And you tell your heart, I love you, I love you so very much.

At this moment, in this higher vibration, I will help you to turn up all the energy and to give you all my love,

to help you to balance and to heal in any levels of my dear heart.

Then you feel your physical heart is so happy.

Now gradually you see your heart in the light becomes transparent,

and you start seeing the three dimensional transparent image of your heart, so clear, twistily clear.

And you also see your heart is becoming bigger.

And you see this is 3D image of your heart is moving around, just like you are watching a movie of a 3D transparent image.

Seeing the light is in the light in the red light, so beautiful.

When you think it is on your heart in this way, especially you say even in your mind you have a 3D transparent image of your heart,

you are giving a fine turn to your heart, and you also support the heart with a better circulation.

And at the same time you are re-downloading the life-group pinch of your heart.

You bring your heart to connect with the original evocation of what of a heart is.

In our body, totally together we have 12 maridians and many many other channels.

Usually in other major organs like the liver, the kidneys, they only have two maridians to connect directly with,

but the heart has a full, all the illnesses happen in the body, have a lot to do with the heart energy.

The heart gives the energy to help every part of the body with the blood circulation, with the heat which is the transformer,

transforming any blockages in time.

No matter it is good energy for the body, or so the negative energy in the body in any levels,

it might then go back to the nature.

So now this is a quick time to nurture your heart, see your heart in the red light,

and it is a 3D transparent image.

And observe in great detail how this energy is working in the heart,

feeling your heart is so open, since the heart is the house of the Spirit.

And then you feel your spirit is happy,

how you are doing a general cleansing and cleaning of your entire house.

So you invite any physical blockages and information in the heart at this moment that transform into butterflies,

coming out, going away back to the universe, and you say goodbye to them,

seeing this little butterfly is so happy going away,

and you feel your heart is getting lighter and lighter,

and you feel more grounded at the same time.

Now you invite any emotions like anger, frustration, fears,

and commerce from the past which have been stayed in your heart.

Now you invite them in this higher vibration to transform into butterflies, going away,

going away back to the universe.

Now you see your heart is even more open, you see the light,

the 3D transparent image expanding to your rib cage, to the lungs,

and you even see the 3D transparent image in your lungs,

so clear, questily clear.

And now you go even deeper, you invite any information blocking the connection and communication between your spirit and your soul,

which is in the brain, causing conference in your life.

So now at this moment you invite all this information, negative thoughts,

or unnecessary thoughts, to transform into also butterflies,

coming out from your body, from your chest, from your lungs, from your brain,

from your spine, or going away back to the universe.

And then you invite all of your thoughts into your mind,

and you'll experience this image to your rib cage,

and your diaphragm, stumbling, intestines, kidneys.

You see all the internal organs in your body now as transparent.

As you can simply just feel, there's no physical organs in your body,

but only just the energy.

You see this purple light blessing, your entire body,

all the blockages in your liver, in your kidneys, in pancreas, intestines,

reproductive organs, bladder, now they all get transformed into butterflies,

coming out from your body, going away back to the universe.

Then you start seeing the transparent image of your spine,

from the neck down to your tailbone, your sacrum, your pelvic bones.

You see your spine, this is so clear, so strong,

and your spine becomes a three dimensional transparent image,

so perfect.

Once you see this is 3D transparent image,

what's seeing in your mind, in your spine.

Your number one, fine turning the energy in your entire spine,

and at the same time, you are re-downloading the perfect information

from your life blueprint to your spine,

to help heal your spine completely,

seeing your spine as getting straighter, stronger,

straighter and stronger, and completely straight.

Then you see the brain, the scalp,

is also transparent.

You feel so relaxed, all the energy blockages,

negative thoughts, why injuries of any kind in the past in your brain.

Now at this moment, in this 3D transparent image,

all the right information,

now it's coming back to you,

the original information from your life blueprint,

to rebuild a perfect brain,

now it's coming back to your brain,

feeling you're so connected,

you're so grateful,

then your entire body becomes transparent from head to toe.

You are a true energy being at this moment,

and you can feel this higher vibration running through this true energy being of you.

You are allowed the universal love,

your master's energy,

your ancestral energy to blessing,

helping you in any levels to transform any energy blockages into butterflies,

returning back to the universe.

You feel how good you feel, how wonderful you feel.

Now you extend this feeling to all the people you invited in sitting next to you.

Every one of them is based in this higher vibration,

and then you see,

it's one of them becomes transparent,

they become an energy being too,

and the original information from the life blueprint,

now is being downloaded in their body,

so you see, it's one of them happy and healthy again.

The bright is more open,

the channels in the body are more open,

all the cells,

tissues, organs are being blessed.

They are so grateful to you,

because of you,

they are invited to this sacred moment,

receiving the blessing and healing from all of us,

from you, from me,

from our beloved Tibetans,

and from the universe,

and you are so thankful to them,

because of them,

we together co-create such a beautiful chief view

for everyone in the world to share.

And we got this opportunity to share our unconditional love with them,

and we sent green light from this blessing with this higher vibration

to the entire world,

blessing each individual,

people living in the European countries,

in the Middle East, Africa,

South America, North America,

Asia,

and all the beings in the oceans,

blessing them in this light,

transforming all the energy,

which my cause,

challenges illnesses in our life.

Seeing all these challenges,

that transform into butterflies,

going back to the nature,

back to the universe.

And then you feel the whole world is becoming lighter.

Now you bring your focus back to your heart.

Because of your love to your loved ones and the world,

your energy is more pure heart.

Your heart is more open,

and your spirit and your soul are more connected,

and your spirit, your soul, your Qi,

your energy and your body are more connected.

By focus on the light in your heart,

as you say,

thank you to the divine,

to the universe,

to your masters, to your ancestors,

to all the people who join us in this blessing.

Thank you so very much for your love,

your kindness.

Say thank you to our beloved Tibetan monks

for their contribution,

and for their powerful chanting,

helping us to heal, to grow.

Together we co-create such a sacred moment

for everyone to enjoy.

Now you bring your focus down to your lower dantian.

And see the light in your lower dantian,

energy ball, spinning, spinning, spinning,

getting brighter, smaller,

then it becomes an energy pill

and your target deep in behind the leg.

Take three deep breaths, please.

And then you can open your eyes

and rub your hands together

and massage your face.

And massage your ears.

So thank you my dear friends.

Don't you feel today the energy is so powerful?

Today the energy is much, much lighter.

Just today when I did the blessing,

I already shared that with you.

Right at the beginning of the chanting,

I smell this heavy, heavy,

it's very thick and it's not nice to smell.

That's the energy from the world.

It's so heavy.

I have never experienced something like that.

So up to be our energy joined together, chanting and blessing,

it took us the whole time,

half an hour to transform that energy.

So only the last minute,

I smelled a little incense

and everything got lifted and transformed.

So I was just so happy.

And today the energy is so, so much lighter.

So from the very beginning of the chanting,

I smell so many different kinds of beautiful frequency

from the masters and from medicine Buddha.

And so the healing is really taking place.

So the meditation today, I guided you

with a 3D transparent image.

Please do that if you can every day.

Help you to heal your heart

because the heart is the most powerful organ in the body.

And as you know,

the cost of death,

the top one, is the heart issue.

I spy open your heart,

nurturing your heart,

and we download the right information in your heart.

You can help yourself to heal much faster.

Now most of the illnesses happen.

Not starting from the kidneys.

Not starting from the liver,

but starting from the heart.

Remember that.

That's my recent discovery.

Of course, the liver and the kidneys

are also important too.

While talking about the heart,
