Hi, everybody, and welcome to Quick Draw Mixology, where we show you how to mix

actual drinks from the 1850s to enjoy while you watch your episodes of Quick

Draw. This drink is called the Gin and Pine, and it's intended to be drunk

during the episode 2, The Legend of Belstar.

And this is my friend Lavinia. Hello.

And so, Lavinia, we begin with, it says, to split a piece of the heart of a

green pine log. That's right.

Actual drink from the 1850s.

Okay. Yeah.

All right. This is what they're supposed to look like, about the size of a

pencil. Can I drop these in?

Yeah. Put that in there, too. Good.

All right. Then you take a quart of decanted gin, thus gin and pine.

I wonder if there's a whiskey and pine and a vodka and pine. That would be

too. Well, okay. This I feel like you could drink.

And call us your furniture.

That's true. I drank an entire quart of gin once on a train in Edinburgh,

Scotland. Didn't end well.

All right.

Then you're supposed to let that soak for two hours.

So if you're about to watch the episode, no. Go do something else for two hours,

then come back. All right. It's been two hours, and now we're going to serve it

up. There we go.

Look at that.

It looks very tasty, Lavinia. You're having trouble because you've got a

of wood in there. Yeah, I do.

Yeah, I have about three jokes to make. All right. And this is my deputy, Deputy
