In the hell you visualize the universe of love, healing energy, the essence of energy from

the Divine, coming in through your skin, running through every part of your body and getting

together in your lower dantian which is deep in behind the name. And when you exhale, see

the light from your lower dantian shooting out to the ends of the universe. While you are

taking the deep breath, you scan your body from head to toe that you are aware that every

part of your body is right there with you and then you notice your mind, your heart, your

spirit and your soul are so connected with your physical body, feeling that you are whole.

Then you bring the light from your lower dantian to your heart. Now you see the light shining

there so beautifully. This is the light of your soul, this is the light of your unconditional love.

By focus on this light, now you call upon the Divine's love, call upon your master's energy to

come to support you and support all of us and support the world. And then you call upon your

ancestral energy, seeing all your ancestors coming forward, sending love and blessing

to you, to your family and joining us in this blessing, in this chanting. Now you invite your

loved ones, your family, your children, your grandchildren, in person, in spirit, coming to join you

at this moment, receiving this blessing, seeing these people, coming across this guy, sitting just

right down next to you. It's one of them, has a beautiful smile on their face. And now you're

starting to start chanting too. You visualize this vibration starting from your heart, vibrating

through your entire body, and then coming out through your lips with the golden light, blessing all the

people you invited, and blessing the whole universe. Open your heart in this way to connect to the

Divine love. Then you feel the vibration from our beloved Tibet monks and the chanting, the

vibration from your head, moving together as one. You can feel this vibration all around you,

inside you. Now you visualize this rainbow coming down from the heaven, blessing you, cleansing your

skin, your aura, your chiefial, and the internal organs, seeing the rainbow blessing you so thoroughly

from head to toe. With this blessing, you help to cleanse all the energy, the negative energy in your

aura, in your chiefial, away, because the negative energy around you in the aura will attract

negative energy to come to you. That's why accidents or any other things, negative, or challenges

will happen to you or to your loved ones. So now you use this vibration, the chanting, and the

rainbow coming in to help you to cleanse all the information, transform all the negative information

from your aura, from your chiefial, they are just extra energy in your body, in your chiefial, in your

aura, in this high vibration, you just invite them to transform, going away as butterflies back to

the universe, back to the places they really belong to. In this rainbow, in this high vibration, you feel

that your aura is getting brighter, brighter, and lighter, and lighter still, feeling that you are so

connected with the people who have passed the energy. By cleansing all the channels open, all the

negative energy around you in the aura, now you build up a powerful chiefial and aura to help you to

attract the right energy for you. You see this beautiful love being coming to you, helping you in any

levels, seeing your master, your ancestral energy, blessing you in this moment, helping you to remove any

negative information from the cameras. Thank you, feel your heart is even more open, feeling that the whole body is vibrating with

this love, joy and happiness, like attracts like, that's really happening now, now you're

extending this feeling to all the loved ones you invited in, you're seeing this rainbow energy together

with this high vibration, helping them to cleanse their aura, to cleanse their chiefial, transforming all the

negative energy from cameras, from any, any reasons away from the aura. And you see, their aura is getting brighter

and brighter, their chief feel is getting stronger and stronger. Then you see all the negative energy at this

moment, that transform into also beautiful butterflies from the aura of your loved ones, going away back to

the universe. And you see this butterflies are so beautiful, so happy to go home, and you are so happy that you can do

something to help them to move back to the right places they really belong to. Now you go deeper to invite

any spirit which have been hanging around us, causing negative challenges in our life. Now at this moment, they're all moving away, going away,

going away back to the universe.

Now you see, any types of energy, having, giving you challenges, now at this moment, they also got

transformed into beautiful butterflies, going away back to the universe.

See the light shining in your hearts so beautifully.

Their aura has been so purified, all the negative energy got transformed, all the negative spirits, and the forms of energy in your aura, in your chief field.

In every one's chief field has been blessed and transformed.

And you are so forward to the rest of the youth that you are going to have a fabulous life, safe, healthy and happy.

Now you bring your focus back to your lower dantian behind the navel.

See the light as an energy ball, spinning, spinning, spinning, getting brighter, smaller,

then it becomes an energy pill and your target deep in behind the navel.

So one more time, say thank you to the divine, thank you to your masters and sisters,

for helping our Tibetan monks and being forward to the strong staff, and yourself, for co-creating such a beautiful and powerful and lightning moment,

for everyone to share, helping the world to become a better place for every species of life to enjoy.

Now you can take three gentle deep breaths.

Then open your eyes and rub your hands together, and then massage your face.

Wow, so that's so beautiful and so powerful.

And for quite a few times I completely went so deep into the blessing, because I saw so many spirits around us,

and also at the very beginning, from the very beginning of the chanting,

there was a smell, such a heavy, heavy smell.

So that's why I get so deep together with you into that moment, to chant for so long,

to help to transform this negative energy in the world.

So coming to the end of the chanting, there's something that got lifted, so the air became here, much lighter.

So I finally I can smell that beautiful incense smell.

And at the very beginning it was so heavy, and so I'm just so thankful to all of you for co-creating this powerful moment of helping the world.

so that your body will be in sync with the energy of the season, some more time, and so that you are going to have less challenges
