as it has taken you to bring Earth II to where it is today.

what they had in mind for near-Earth space,

that the vehicle was clearly of a warlike nature,
carrying no fewer than three warheads of a thermonuclear type.
It's not enough to say that the Republic of China
has undertaken to commit a wholly irresponsible act,
but an act that is in direct violation of international agreements.

It is the contention and belief of the People's Republic of China
that as an independent nation,
we have acted in our own defense
and have committed no illegal acts.
And we cannot tolerate a weapon of war so close to our national space.

Detonation of the thermonuclear devices in that vehicle

But no threat or intimidation by any nation
