Dangerous. I would say it's very dangerous.

You've got to be wondering why I'd spend a second on something as crazy

-sounding as time travel.

Well, maybe this really began when I was a kid, back when one of my favorite

movies was The Time Machine.

If that machine can do what you see it can, destroy it, George, before it

destroys you.

Then again, there's the sort.

Alfred Weber is an Ivy League lawyer, a former White House advisor, a real

insider.

Alfred Webber, what on earth are you into now?

You contact me and say it's imperative that I meet you and talk to you about

what? This is the deepest, darkest state secret that the United States

possesses. Yeah, that's one way to grab someone's attention.

This is a technology that allows a person to go from point...

A, B, C, D, and time. Another point, E, F, Y, G, in the time -space continuum.

The problem is, number one, that it's very dangerous, and they've hurt a lot

people doing it, and that needs to be exposed.

So Weber says the government's been working with time travel for decades,

thousands of people have been killed along the way.

And they used them in the experiment, knowing that a lot of them were going to

be killed.

They can mind control you, they can capture you, and they can send you, and

you've just disappeared.

agencies that have control of this technology are two agencies.

DARPA, the Advanced Research Project Agency, and the U .S. Central

Agency. Can they use this technology to make a weapon?

Oh, of course. And time travel has been weaponized from day one, and it's been

used against the United States of America.

This is an example that is near and dear to your heart, I know, Governor.

They had photographs.

gentleman who was the Pentagon liaison to this time travel program was a member

of the president's cabinet at that time.

And he was also U .S. Secretary of Defense on September 11, 2001.

Well, that's Donald Rumsfeld.

And is that a conflict of interest or not?

Yeah, it's right out of H .G. Wells, all right. Using time travel to plan wars,

to knock off dissidents, and for something I didn't expect.

Right now, the American public thinks they elect the president.

In fact, the president has been pre -identified 20 to 30 years in advance.

And each of those presidents has been informed about that and has been

people back and forward through time. Yes, the conspiracy is they've been

it, and we don't know about it, and it's an ultra -secret program.

It's the ultimate weapon that any government can hold.

This is ludicrous. Well, Governor, I looked into what you told me to

and, you know, there is something to this stuff. The CERN reactor, which is

huge atom smasher in Switzerland, tons of countries have invested billions into

this machine, and a lot of scientists are worried that it could affect the

-space continuum.

Yeah, that CERN reactor moves subatomic particles faster than the speed of

light. Now we know that we can go.

Forward in time. If we go closer to the speed of light, you would travel with,

say, you know, X amount of years. You would come back here, we'd all be dead,

and you'd still be young.

Right. Then wait for this.

The Chinese government has banned all mention of time travel on television.

Why? So they don't like Back to the Future movies.

Oh, no, governments don't do it for that reason, Ty.

Governments do it with an ulterior motive.

But the whole question is, what does the government know that we don't?

We've looked at crazy things before.

as a fraud, that also gives us credibility.

happens to be a time travel expert.

suggesting our government has been engaged in time travel experimentation.

Then in 1943, we had the Philadelphia Experiment.

The Philadelphia Experiment, a top -secret attempt to make the Navy ship

Allegedly, the ship did disappear, but it was also transported through time

the Philadelphia shipyard to Norfolk, Virginia.

There are about 33 men aboard the craft.

When the experiment ended, they found that some men apparently had

experiment. A U .S. Navy ship reportedly traveled through time in the 1940s.

Scientific investigator Morris Jessup exposed the project.

He turned up dead.

He admitted suicide in 1959.

I heard that was one of those situations where they weren't sure if he had

killed himself.

That absolutely wasn't suicide, or perhaps some governmental agent killed

because he was getting too close to the truth and might have revealed it.

So tell me about this Montauk Project.

The Montauk Project apparently grew out of the Philadelphia Experiment.

The Montauk Project.

More secret time travel experiments.

Work allegedly went on for years at Camp Hero, a military base at the end of

Long Island, New York.

Today, the site's abandoned.

But at least one scientist who claims he worked on the project is alive and

of light and open a hole in time.

selling a time travel device on the Internet.

Back in New York, Preston Nichols is explaining the Montauk Project time

machine, a device known as the Montauk Chair.

The Montauk Chair was this lounge chair that the chair guys, and they were

always guys, would lay on. They'd lay stark naked on it.

It had physiological sensors, the array of antennas around the lounge chair that

was literally picking up the electromagnetic radiation out of the

The attempt to change the course of history by sending people like him

time.

Give me a little of your background. Who are you?

Well, I'm a lawyer from Washington State in the late 1960s and early 1970s.

I was one of the 140 American schoolchildren who were attached to

Project Pegasus. American schoolchildren?

At that time, the U .S. government was working with children roughly age 7 to

11. They had developed a technology that essentially opened up mortal tunnels in

the fabric of time -space, and they technically needed small, cooperative,

intelligent human beings.

When we were jumping through that field of radiant energy, we found that we had

punched open essentially... a tunnel in the fabric of time -space.

We would travel for, let's say, five or ten seconds, and then when the tunnel

closed, we would find ourselves elsewhere.

Bishago claims he was recruited by his father, a DARPA engineer.

He and the other kids would jump through time from a facility in Woodbridge, New

Jersey, then land on the grounds of the Baton Memorial in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

which is a distance of 2 ,005 miles in several seconds.

From Santa Fe, Bishago says his father took him to the Sandia National

Laboratories, where he jumped into the future and passed.

One of the places they sent us was to the Revolutionary War period.

And, in at least one case, influenced history.

We were literally in George Washington's encampment to advise him to retreat

from New York Harbor.

The generals from today were sending you guys back? Let him finish. What

happened? Well, they weren't the generals. They were just the defense

people and CIA people aligned with Project Pegasus. How did you get access

General Washington at the time? Well, when they turned the device on, we

into view literally in his encampment. He was sitting there, a very august

gentleman. And I remember he was kind of looking at us with some mirth. He kind

of said, well, what am I to presume you are, lads? Angels?

We explained that we were time travelers from the future. We informed him what

we were instructed to tell him, which was that he was going to win the

Revolutionary War, become the first president of the United States, be

essentially the father of his country, but that all of those things depended

upon him taking our advice to retreat and move his 2 ,000 or more troops from

New York Harbor, which they did in the middle of the night there.

And your father and family were totally cool with sending their...

Well, my father certainly was because he was one of the project principals.

Bishago names names, including a future defense secretary.

Don Rumsfeld was the defense attache to Project Pegasus, and he told us that the

purpose of teleportation was primarily military. It was going to enable us to

put troops precisely where they were needed on the battlefield.

informed that their personal destinies involved becoming President of the

States. And then, Andrew Bishago produces the evidence the team's been

Yes, I do have proof of my presence at a past location, and that was the

photograph that was taken of me. I have it in my briefcase.

Sandia Laboratories, which is on Curlin Air Force Base. And that's where he said

all this? That's where he said all this. Is his father dead?

I believe he is, yeah. Okay, because I would love to talk to his old man and

his old man, how could you do this to your kid?

Air Force Base.

So Andy, this is the base right around here where all this took place.

Some of the most important activities that Project Pegasus undertook were

located at the Sandia National Labs. What have we used it for?

There was a decision made in the context of Project Pegasus that we would

primarily use time travel technology to get information about the past and

future, to engage in better contingency planning.

That's hard for me to grasp.

I mean, a lot of this has changed, but essentially Sandia was the teleport in

New Mexico.

I mean, I was driven up here probably 40 times. When you say teleport, talk to

me like I'm the six -year -old. Okay.

There was a device that consisted of two gray -colored elliptical booms that

were about eight feet tall, placed about ten feet apart on the floor.

Between those two booms would radiate a shimmering field of energy.

and it had the capability to bend the fabric of time -space. So when we leapt

through that field of energy, a vortal tunnel opened up in the fabric of time

-space. You're talking Star Trek here to me. Actually, I'm talking the opposite

of Star Trek. In Star Trek, you disintegrate the teleportee at the point

embarkation and then reassemble them at the destination.

We were jumping through literally a hole in the fabric of time -space.
