Hidden power.
Secrets. Cover -ups.
Corruption.
You think you know the whole story?
Think again.
I've been governor.
A Navy SEAL.
A fighter.
I've heard things that'll blow your mind. And now I think it's time you get
whole story.
Now.
The Gulf oil disaster.
Was it sabotage?
Could it have been prevented?
And is it part of a larger deadly conspiracy against you and me?
They want to get rid of ordinary people.
They want to get rid of the lifeblood of this country.
Jesse Ventura and his team head to the Louisiana bayou and uncover a shocking
death threat that spreads far beyond the oil.
If a criminal is in a three -piece suit, they kill people and they get away with
it.
Evidence that the oil cleanup is using a toxic death agent with devastating
global effects.
For going on close to three months, I've had brown stuff running out of my ears.
A heartless plan to use this bill to force millions out of their homes.
It's like we're being attacked by terrorists.
An evil government conspiracy that began with Katrina that won't end until
they create a wasteland and kill you, your kids, everyone but those with
power.
The intent is to starve us to death.
And shocking allegations of a CIA scheme that reaches into the Oval Office.
Barack Obama was a CIA agent?
BP, big business, depopulation, death, and the Gulf Oil spill
conspiracy.
I'm Jesse Ventura, and this is Conspiracy Theory.
Jesse Ventura's investigation of a Gulf oil spill conspiracy has led to a
meeting with Dr. Reese.
The doctor heads a secret multi -billion dollar government program to depopulate
the United States Gulf Coast.
Jesse is here to expose the doctor's shocking secret to the world.
You have allocated $40 billion to move people out of here and depopulate this
area so that they can turn it loose to corporate interests and turn it loose to
oil industry.
No, that's incorrect.
That's incorrect.
You got $40 billion.
No, we don't have $40 billion. That's not true? Not yet.
Not yet.
The BP oil spill was the biggest environmental disaster in history.
It was a tragedy, all right, a real foul -up with lots of people to blame.
But was it a conspiracy?
I began to find out after I got a call from a couple of investigative
journalists.
Sari Kane and her partner, Dr. Leonard Horowitz, were about to lay out some
startling information.
BP knew the rig was going to blow.
Hey, I'll admit, some of it sounded crazy, but a lot of conspiracy theories
until you start investigating.
You sounded urgent.
Well, I think you're the only one that can help me at this point because I've
already written many articles about it. I believe that the Gulf oil disaster was
planned.
Wait, you're saying British Petroleum put all that oil into the Gulf on
Yes.
All of the evidence, there's a lot of it, indicates that they were planning
ahead of time. The evidence begins months before the spill as giant Wall
players start selling off hundreds of millions of dollars of BP stock.
BP's chief executive, Tony Hayward.
cut his losses too, almost like he knew something was going to happen.
In fact, BP's CEO had unloaded about a month ahead of time a third of his
stocks in BP. That's the CEO of the company.
Hayward sold his shares in his own company on March 17th, weeks before the
made BP stock plummet. He made millions.
People who held on to their BP stock lost their shirts.
They didn't do it alone, though. They had help.
You had Transocean Company also.
Transocean, the biggest offshore drilling contractor in the world.
BP owned the 194 million gallons of crude oil that gushed into the Gulf.
But the rig that blew up, they were leasing it from Transocean.
Transocean owned the oil rig.
And their stocks that morning of the disaster had opened up in the European
stock exchanges with a special put option available to the inside player.
A put option. That's like buying insurance on your stock price.
Interesting. But who'd need insurance?
Maybe a guy who owns the oil rig that's about to drop to the bottom of the
ocean.
What type of profit are we talking about here? I mean, this is millions,
billions, billions of dollars of profit.
But according to these two, there was another player involved, a name that
really raises the red flag.
They had help.
They had help from Halliburton.
Halliburton, sure, I know that.
Yeah, Halliburton.
The energy corporation that used to be run by Dick Cheney has a role in this
one, too.
Halliburton was in charge of reinforcing the oil well with cement when it blew.
And they were doing some other business on the side.
Halliburton purchased the Boots and Coots cleanup company right before this
disaster occurred.
Doesn't that seem strange to you? Why would you need the largest cleanup
in the world? Why would you need to purchase that?
Jerry Kane's story checked out.
Eleven days before the blast, Halliburton announced it was scooping up
and Coots oil well firefighters for $240 million.
Boots and Coots had done a lot of the work with Halliburton during the Iraq
I have to ask, I guess, the billion -dollar question today, why? Why would
do this?
Well, it's all to create what I like to call crisis capitalism.
Crisis capitalism?
Crisis capitalism. That's actually creating the problem and offering the
solutions for it. So you're saying that they planned?
Yes. They actually make a ton of profit out of it.
With boots and coots contracted to BP, Halliburton began making money right
away. And get this.
Halliburton's profits jumped 83 % during the oil spill scandal.
So it all comes down to the money again.
That's exactly what happened. And everybody else be damned.
The people that live in the Gulf be damned.
The shrimp in the wildlife be damned. It's all about profits. Exactly.
That's their God. Their God is money and power.
Kane and Horowitz delivered a real one -two punch.
Or should I say a one, two, three punch?
The evidence was stacking up that everyone connected with the rig had
to gain from the disaster.
But who else was involved? And how far did this conspiracy reach?
Time to roll.
I talked to some credible people who told me that the BP oil spill was
deliberate. Why would anybody do that?
Simple. Follow the money. It's because they can make more on cleanup than they
can pumping crude.
Yeah, there is a school of thought out there that believes that Halliburton and
BP did it because they're sick of environmental regulation.
They want to move to the Middle East.
Yeah, Halliburton moved from Houston, Texas to Dubai.
Why would anybody want to deliberately destroy the planet like that?
That's what we're going to find out. People, it's time to go to Cajun
Coming up, Jesse Ventura takes a big chance and takes a boat ride into the
surrounded by BP heavies.
Is the dispersant dangerous?
I couldn't tell you.
Then, deadly poison in the cleanup.
Jesse finds the chemicals used to break up the oil could be killing you.
All of a sudden, our whole community had this stomach virus going around.
It wasn't a stomach virus. It was chemical induced illness.
And later, he uncovers a chilling motive behind the conspiracy.
The intent is to starve us to death.
Jesse Ventura and his team have charged into their investigation of a Gulf oil
spill conspiracy.
They've moved their operations to the Gulf of Mexico to chase leads that
sinister forces and motives were behind the spill.
Jesse and investigator Daniel Cooken arrive in Juma, Louisiana.
This is where BP set up its local command center, around the corner from
Halliburton Road.
Okay, Daniel, I got an important interview in here.
See if you can find some locals that'll talk about this. Yeah, I'm on it.
Meanwhile, June Sarpong is in the Gulf City of Pensacola, Florida, about to
discover another powerful piece of information.
Environmental attorney Mike Papantonio has more evidence that the inside
knew.
the spill would happen it's one thing to say that they were negligent but it was
far more than that they knew that the blowout preventer had been
weeks before it actually blew up first of all it could have been prevented with
what we call an acoustic switch the acoustic switch ignites the blowout
preventer from a distant site if all things go bad on a rig
If the explosion has taken place, if people are jumping over the side to save
their lives, somebody from a distant site can hit a button and it will cause
blowout preventer to engage.
In other countries, it's law that you have to have an acoustic switch.
Why isn't it here?
The reason we don't have that in the United States is because lobbyists have
thrown so much money into the process. And we had a vice president, Dick
who gave the oil industry these huge passes.
on what they had to comply with as far as regulation.
One of those things was the acoustic switch.
Dick Cheney, the former head of Halliburton. You remember, Halliburton
the oil spill cleanup company 11 days before the blast.
11 days.
What you had is wanton and reckless conduct. Now, that's the equivalent of
somebody... licking themselves up, jumping in a car, and driving through a
school zone at 55 miles an hour. If they kill somebody, they go to prison.
Unfortunately, in America, we treat criminals differently. If a criminal is
three -piece suit and he works for a corporation like BP, they kill people
they get away with it.
Back in Louisiana, I was meeting Adam Dillon, a former cop who'd spent 10
in U .S. Army Special Ops.
He was hired by a BP cleanup operation to keep an eye on the spill.
What's wrong? What's going on here?
I was recruited to come down here and start working on this oil spill several
weeks after it happened. Like an observer controller over the entire
operation for Grand Isle. In a nutshell, you were put in a pretty powerful,
responsible position.
Yes.
There was not one bit of oil that hit the shore that I didn't know about.
Why aren't you working for him now?
I found out something of grave importance to these people.
And for whatever reason they needed kept quiet, they were afraid of something
from me.
While I was learning what Adam Dillon found, Daniel was finding evidence of a
wider conspiracy from one of the locals.
John Harrison has property nearby.
He says he moved out after BP moved in next door.
Harrison took photos and video of the operations.
You can see it wasn't just BP who moved in. It was local police and the U
.S. military not working with the company that was gushing all that oil,
for them.
Early on, there was National Guard there also.
And what were they doing? Doing security on BP staging area.
So what did Adam Dillon find out that was so important?
A cover -up.
I was transferred from Grand Isle to fly around in the airplanes all day and
spot the oil on the water.
I didn't realize the massive scale of this oil spill until I got out there.
everything we saw on the surface, there was 100 times more than that under the
surface.
And a lot of the numbers just were not adding up with what we were briefing to
the media.
I took these pictures to the people with BP that were supposed to be in charge
of constantly updating this information.
And within 24 hours of that happening, I was gone.
In other words, fired. Pretty much.
Adam Dillon knew the cleanup effort was a sham. But what else did he know? On
that last day, he said his bosses tried to find out.
They took him into a trailer for an exit interview.
It was more like an interrogation.
I've run interrogations, not only as a soldier in Iraq, but as a police
I know what an interrogation looks like.
We sat down. They asked me to open my briefcase. They wanted a copy of the
drive off of my laptop. They wanted to copy everything, including all my
personal contacts, off of my iPhone.
Clearly, they wanted to intimidate you. I guess, but they're not going to.
Well, you know, let's go over to BP. Yeah, let's go check out the command
center.
We arrived at the BP command center.
They wouldn't let us in.
You can see now that security guys are starting to hang out by the deputy
sheriff over there checking us out.
I've been in military installations that did not have as much security as this
place does.
Before the cops made it over, somebody else did.
A BP exec.
He had an offer.
His bosses wanted to take me for a ride.
A ride into the Gulf.
Sounded fishy, but what the hell?
Coming up, is BP poisoning the waters intentionally?
I've got a paper in front of me.
Headline, BP gives feds little finger will continue toxic dispersants in Gulf
oil spill.
Then, Jesse finds evidence that human victims are already piling up.
For close to three months, I've had brown stuff running out of my hair.
And later, it's not only Louisiana and the Gulf.
The depopulation conspiracy targets you.
They want to get rid of ordinary people. They want to get rid of the lifeblood
of this country.
The Gulf oil spill conspiracy has led Jesse Ventura and investigator Daniel
Kukin to Grand Isle, Louisiana.
This was the staging area for the cleanup of the BP oil spill.
Now the BP PR team has invited Jesse on a boat tour to show him how well they've
cleaned up.
I came to Louisiana to investigate an oil spill conspiracy, and the guys
responsible invite me on a boat ride into the middle of it all.
Yeah, I had my suspicions, but I figured it would be worth the risk.
First stop was their own little beach.
They were going to show me how well they were cleaning up the spill with a
dispersant called Corexit.
But really, Corexit doesn't clean up oil at all.
What it does is break up the slick into little globules, smaller balls of oil
that sink to the ocean floor.
The oil's still there.
You just can't see it.
This is a small tarball that has washed up.
It's mixed with dispersant.
And this is just one area that we've been working, and most of it's been
cleaned, and that's just a smaller one. There is some other areas, but that's
where we have been cleaning for several months.
Now, there's areas where it's obviously way worse than this.
Yes, as the current comes in and out, you don't ever know. How long do you
this could go on for? I mean, this could be going on for years.
I don't think so. I think Mother Nature in this time is going to take care of
it.
Sounds like they're positioning themselves to get off the hook by
Nature.
Now, this stuff you put on it, what was that called again?
It was some type of dispersant. The dispersant. Right. I'm not sure what the
chemical makeup was.
Is the dispersant dangerous?
I couldn't tell you. He couldn't tell me?
This guy must be living under a rock.
Back in Grand Isle, Daniel was finding out that everybody knew about the
of Corexit.
Do you have any experience with Corexit stuff?
I've been out there in the middle of it for the last hundred days, and I've been
sick the whole time.
David Arneson fishes these waters.
He's helped in the cleanup.
And like a lot of the other guys down here, he's been splashed with that
stuff.
I had sinus problems and just nonstop earaches. For going on close to three
months, I've had brown stuff running out of my ears.
Any of the workers out here, have they gotten sick at all?
As far as the illnesses and people, we're not getting any sickness.
He shut me down.
I wanted to get in depth, and he shut me down.
Did he think we wouldn't hear the talk of the whole region?
I imagine if you stuck your head in there for two or three years. Well, it's
still got to be somewhat dangerous because you make us put on our chicken
That's right. Chicken feet. Chicken feet.
If you had to imagine what this place is going to be like in five years, ten
years, what would it look like?
I think it's going to be a ghost town. If our industry don't come back, you're
going to have to go somewhere to get work.
So we'll have to.
It'll be a forced move.
That's a scary thought.
And maybe not so far -fetched when you see all the death and destruction this
spill's already brought.
We got back on the boat, and they handed me a new mouthpiece to feed me more of
the party line.
I've got a paper in front of me that talks about the dispersant that's been
in the water. Is it what they call corexit?
Is that what was used out there? It's an EPA -approved dispersant that's used
for situations like this. I've also been informed that they told you to stop
using it.
Did they tell you to stop using it? At one time, yes. They said that they were
suggesting that we stop using it.
Headline, BP gives feds middle finger. We'll continue toxic dispersants and
oil spill.
Funny that they keep using Corexit, even when they were told not to.
I knew why, and it had everything to do with the conspiracy.
We'll see if he comes clean.
Is BP connected to Corexit at all? Are they a subsidiary?
Not to my knowledge. Not to your knowledge?
Gotcha. Everyone around these parts knows the BP -Corexit connection.
Coming up, Jesse confronts the BP spokesman with evidence he's poisoning
population.
Arsenic, cadmium, chromium, mercury, and cyanide? Those are poisons.
Approved by the EPA.
Then, his conspiracy tipster exposes an evil plan to depopulate Louisiana and
turn the state into a giant oil refinery.
It's a replay of 9 -11. It's a replay of the Exxon Valdez. It's a replay of all
of these events. And they know it because they don't care.
And later, explosive allegations.
A CIA plot that reaches into the Oval Office.
Barack Obama, since the early 20s, has in fact worked for Central Intelligence
Agency.
Jesse Ventura is confronting a representative of BP, the corporation
millions of gallons of oil into the water, and a toxic oil dispersant called
Corexit into the environment.
And he's about to expose why the company insists on using the poison in the
cleanup.
Let me read to you what scientists have said.
Corexit also contains arsenic, cadmium, chromium, mercury, and cyanide. Those
are poisons.
And adding that to already the oil mixture, what's that going to do?
Again, I would say that that product, whatever its constituents are, were
approved for that use by the EPA.
Approved? A month into the spill, the EPA ordered BP to stop using Corexit and
find something less toxic.
BP claimed it couldn't and kept spraying.
Have you continued to use it after they told you not to?
To the best of my knowledge, no.
Witnesses claim that there's still C -130s at nighttime dropping this stuff
in the ocean right now, doing it at night so it won't be seen during the
daytime. I have no knowledge of that.
I'm going to give you a big one now. BP has decided to flex its muscle, and BP
just gave the federal government a big fat middle finger.
Throughout this entire process, it's really been one of extremely good
cooperation between the EPA, BP.
Is BP connected to core exit at all?
Not to my knowledge. Not to your knowledge.
My knowledge, no.
Not to his knowledge.
In the industry, it's common knowledge that Corexit is manufactured by the
Holding Company.
Nalco. It's got huge connections to BP.
A member of NALCO's board of directors was a top BP executive and an 11 -year
board member.
Maybe that's why they use this toxic dispersant, even though many others
approved by the EPA are a lot less lethal and twice as effective.
You know, I don't have specific knowledge of that.
Give me a break.
There's another quote. BP says over 15 % of oil cleanup workers show high levels
of core exit dispersant toxin, figure likely to be much higher.
All appropriate safety precautions were taken for its use and those who would be
exposed to it, either in application or subsequent exposure.
He might as well be reading from a script.
And you gotta wonder what kind of script they're writing.
Because back on shore...
Daniel was finding out that the Corexit dangers go beyond the water.
It's killing the locals, spreading through the air.
It's almost like a weapon of mass destruction.
It's like we're being attacked by terrorists. I just really think that
out to destroy... Who's they?
The government.
Instead of protecting the American people, they're set up to protect the
corporations.
We are all expendable.
Was this done on purpose?
Absolutely not. People are saying that the cleanup can actually be more
profitable than the oil itself?
I have not heard that.
I don't think the BP man was too happy about the way our little PR tour went.
Neither was I.
I was getting the runaround. I needed someone who could give it to me
And wouldn't you know, As soon as I got off the boat, I got a call from my
conspiracy insider.
It's in the cleanup.
It's in the cleanup.
It's about depopulation.
A plan to get rid of all the people in this entire region and turn it into the
biggest oil refinery in North America.
Alex, where are you at right now?
I'm in New Orleans, but not for long. Can you come up here as soon as
Alex Jones was about to lead us to the biggest conspiracy of all.
This goes back to Katrina and New Orleans.
Coming up, Jesse finds out about the test run for the murder weapon that
kill you.
Almost all the cleanup workers are dead.
Then, the conspiracy engulfs the Oval Office.
Mr. Barack Obama is a Manchurian candidate. George W. Bush is another
candidate. And that's why you have the BP Gulf oil spill.
And later, Jesse confronts the mysterious doctor in charge of the
depopulation program.
You've allocated $40 billion to move people out of here. Not yet. Not yet.
yet. What does the doctor mean by not yet?
Just even Tauru's investigation of the Gulf oil spill conspiracy has moved from
the water to the land.
Conspiracy tipster Alex Jones has asked the governor to meet him in New Orleans,
in a dark corner of the French Quarter.
What do you got for me?
This is a lot bigger than just the oil spill and the problems that's caused.
The biggest issue is what they're using to, quote, clean it up, the core exit
and other dispersants. And we go back to the Exxon Valdez.
The Exxon Valdez, the oil tanker spill in Alaska in 1989.
Almost all the cleanup workers are dead.
Their average life expectancy is only 51 years. Wait, wait, wait. These are the
guys that worked cleaning up the Valdez, and they're all dead now? Almost all of
them are dead.
Alex Jones had it right. They're putting this core exit in the Gulf right now as
we speak. Yes, they've used hundreds and hundreds of times conservatively in the
Gulf what they use at the Exxon Valdez, and there's a huge cover -up.
This was looking a lot more sinister than goosing the corporate bottom line.
on record saying they want to depopulate this area. They want to move everybody
out of here. So they're basically turning it into a giant toxic waste
it'll be their own private refinery, the biggest one in North America.
Depopulation, forcing people to move out or killing them.
Then they'd have their own private region to drill without worrying about
regulations or environmentalists.
The next morning, I made my way to the 9th Ward.
That's the neighborhood destroyed after Hurricane Katrina when the levees burst.
Some people think the government was behind that, too.
Alfred Weber met me by the new levee that's supposed to keep the place from
flooding again.
He's a lawyer and an environmental activist.
He was about to lay out a scenario that made Alex Jones' accusations look tame.
Katrina, the oil spill, the loss of life, all part of one master plan.
Our analysis, as shocking as this may seem, is that Katrina was a test
or a run through.
The ultimate goal is this area would become a petroleum servicing
area.
So you do not have the people.
Katrina as phase one of a depopulation plan. The levees blowing up.
With the destruction of lives and property, they got 150 ,000 people to
the state.
The United States people are devoted to freedom. People like Richard B. Cheney
and George W. Bush serve in international war crimes racketeering
that are in favor of subservient people.
So they're looking to build an elite theme park of the world where...
our 7 billion people now would be reduced.
You've made it clear that Dick Cheney and George Bush are culprits here. Well,
we're three to four years now into a new president, President Barack Obama.
Is he part of this also?
It is with heavy heart that I come here with the information and with sound
research that Barack Obama, since the 1980s and his early 20s, has in fact...
worked for the Central Intelligence Agency.
What you're saying is Barack Obama was a CIA agent?
He was what they call a CIA asset.
He was enrolled in the early 1980s by Zbigniew Brzezinski.
Mr. Brzezinski is the head of the Trilateral Commission, and Mr. Obama had
pre -identified as one of their candidates to be U .S. president.
So what you're telling me is that these presidents we vote for have already been
handpicked. Mr. Barack Obama is a Manchurian candidate.
George W. Bush is another Manchurian candidate.
He was taught to govern from the right.
Barack Obama's taught to govern from the left, but their policies are the same.
And that's why you have the BP Gulf oil spill.
That was only for starters.
Weber had the proof that BP has the government in its foily pocket.
BP gave a $500 million grant to Dr.
Stephen Chu, who is Barack Obama's director of energy when the BP oil spill
happened while he was at Lawrence Berkeley Laboratories. Dr.
Chu brought in Dr.
Coonan, who's the BP scientist, as his deputy.
BP is running the Department of Energy of the United States.
In 2007, Stephen Chu was heading the National Laboratory when he got a $500
million grant from BP's chief scientist, Steve Koonin. Now Chu is
Obama's energy secretary and Koonin is his undersecretary.
What we're seeing here is the corporate takeover of our government.
And our country.
So what's phase three? We may have famine in the decades to come if
the Gulf Stream and if the North Atlantic current collapses and we have a
mini ice age. Wait a minute. Ice age? They're talking about global warming.
we're shifting all the way to an ice age?
That's not as far out as it sounds.
Satellite data shows that the oil spill has stalled the current known as the
engine of the Gulf Stream, the warm ocean current that flows north through
Atlantic. The Gulf Stream helps warm the climate of northern Europe.
If the BP oil spill is successful in breaking the loop of
the Gulf Stream to the North Atlantic current, that may cause a new...
Mini ice age as we had in the 1700s and the 1800s, extremely cold
winters. Forget global warming. A mini ice age plays right into their hands.
Fuel and heating oil will be even more crucial. And lots of people will be
killed off.
To bring it down to a brass tacks level, they're messing with our climate,
aren't they? Our climate, our food supply.
And the intent is to starve us to death.
A lot of that's speculation.
I was dealing with the here and now.
What role do they have in this whole big scenario, the Corps of Engineers?
The U .S. government agencies have been co -opted, the U .S. Army Corps of
Engineers, FEMA. They are engaged in...
implementing the depopulation. And so they're attempting to depopulate the New
Orleans area right here as we speak.
New Orleans and the Gulf Coast.
They want to get rid of fishermen. They want to get rid of ordinary people. They
want to get rid of the lifeblood of this country that has been here for over 300
years.
It turns out the evidence was hidden in plain sight.
Daniel got a hold of it.
Governor, I may have what amounts to a smoking gun. I've got a document from
Army Corps of Engineers that outlines a $1 .2 billion plan to depopulate the
Mississippi coast.
It may be part of a much larger $40 billion plan to take it up into
and depopulate the Gold Coast.
Really?
Coming up, Jesse Ventura confronts the mysterious Dr. Reese and the architects
of the Gulf Coast depopulation program.
We have developed a comprehensive program where we will relocate people.
Jesse Ventura may have the smoking gun in the Gulf oil spill conspiracy.
A secret depopulation program cooked up by the U .S. Army Corps of Engineers.
The same government agency blamed for the Katrina disaster in New Orleans.
I've got a document from the Army Corps of Engineers that outlines a $1 .2
billion plan to depopulate the Mississippi coast. It may be part of a
larger $40 billion plan to take it up into Louisiana and depopulate the entire
Gulf Coast.
Jesse has arranged a meeting with Dr. S .I. Reese of the Corps of Engineers, who
leads the depopulation project.
The doctor has brought along a PR man in an attempt to control what information
gets out.
Control?
They have no idea how much Jesse Ventura already knows about the government's
plans.
When you started walking up, I started turning to her and said, I think that's
Jesse Ventura. Oh, you got it right.
Anyway, what's going on down here?
We have developed a comprehensive program where we will relocate people.
long have they been living here?
Some of these houses along the coast have been here for over 150 years.
Hey, it ain't so easy moving families with roots that deep.
Hard hat on, they can't see the emblem. They probably think we're beeping
spokespersons.
Surprised we didn't get something thrown at us.
That's why I wore my Mississippi shirt.
I guess it's all a joke to them.
I wasn't sure what to make of Dr.
Reese and Dr.
Reese's assistant.
I had to get them to admit just how far the depopulation would go.
Obviously, after Katrina, it was sort of a wake -up call that maybe this is not
the area that we want to spend the rest of our lives in. What about the
corporations? What about the oil industry?
Will they be asked to move out of here, too?
No, no, this is strictly residential.
This is for the people.
Ha, got them. Big business stays to hell with the little guy.
So what will happen to fishing down here? It's dead then, right? If it's
depopulated, of course.
If you look at our program, in addition to the buyouts, there is a lot of
environmental restoration that is proposed as part of this too. Won't they
get wrecked again if a big storm comes in? You could make that claim. Then why
move people out? I think this is something, this is a national discussion
has begun.
A national discussion?
Let's discuss this.
How do you answer Judge says U .S. liable in Katrina ruling finds that
negligence by the Army Corps of Engineers led to levy breaks in New
That is a issue that is a national issue for the Corps of Engineers. We can't
discuss that.
Can't discuss it? I thought they were the Corps of Engineers.
It was time to hit them with Daniel's information.
The $1 .2 billion program to depopulate the Mississippi coast.
And the secret $40 billion plan to clear out Louisiana.
What I'm getting is they want to depopulate this area so that they can
loose to corporate interests and turn it loose to oil industry.
Well, you got $40 billion.
No, we don't have $40 billion. Well, you're requesting $40 billion to
No, no, no.
That's incorrect.
That's incorrect. So when they say to be included in the overall plan is a $40
billion to spend on the Mississippi coast, part of this would be a voluntary
buyout of 17 ,000 houses in Mississippi, particularly in Bay St. Louis, east of
New Orleans. The Corps said it is likely to extend the plan to New Orleans and
Louisiana.
I don't believe the court said that.
I've not heard that from anyone. So you don't anticipate the cost going to $40
billion? I can't answer that question.
Yeah. There's a lot of important issues they just can't answer.
But they can't hide.
I have in front of me an article stating that we've allocated $40 billion to
move people out of here.
No, that's not true. That's not true? Not yet. Not yet. Not yet.
Not yet.
First, they deny the depopulation program exists.
Then Dr.
Reese lets it slip that the $40 billion plot isn't fiction after all.
Depopulation, getting rid of all of us undesirables, starving, killing off
all of us who aren't part of their elite, ruining the environment, maybe
triggering a new ice age, all so the oil companies can keep drilling.
It's all bubbling under out there in the Gulf.
The only question is when.
No, that's not true. That's not true? Not yet.
Not yet.
They say the well's been capped and everything's going to be fine.
You really believe that?
British Petroleum, the government, the corporations, they've all been lying
the start.
They've had plans for the Gulf way before the spill.
People who called Katrina a conspiracy were ridiculed. Well, no one's laughing
now. We exposed the government's depopulation program in the Gulf.
They don't even try to deny it.
What's next?
That's what you ought to be worried about.
I'm Jesse Ventura, and this is Conspiracy Theory.
