trace people.

So there's the SIM card number,

but each handset has an IMEI number
that's unique to the handset.

When we've run the checks
on the SIM card,

that's come back as unregistered.

However, when we've run the checks
on the handset's number,

that handset has previously been
registered to Garry Jeffries.

Garry Jeffries was in the news a
little while back

for pranking his brother-in-law by
blocking his front door

with a giant snowman.
