and the United State's
attorney's office

for the eastern district
of New York in Brooklyn,

It's hard for me to speak

to what an individual
is thinking

when they continue to commit
crimes on tape.

but when you look back
in context,

if there's a pattern
of criminal activity

committing those crimes,

statute may come in.

That permits mandatory
minimum sentences
