the trunk like he didn't want me to see

inside. So naturally, I got suspicious.

Company wouldn't allow him to smoke in

Only I didn't see any cigarettes.

He was acting in a furtive and
suspicious manner.

criminal, someone in the process of

committing a crime.

Officer Hope had probable cause to
believe a crime was occurring, and the

evidence was inside that trunk.

He was right.

And that may not decide the question,
but it certainly tells you he was

the signs.
