occurred no more than 12 hours prior to
Baby M's arrival at the hospital.

Yes. He said it was impossible that the
baby hadn't been out of his sight all

Isn't it possible that this child's
injuries occurred a full 72 hours prior

her arrival at the hospital?

That's extremely unlikely.

What's more, an aneurysm alone wouldn't
explain retinal hemorrhaging. Isn't it

possible, if not likely, that a loving
father in shock upon seeing that his

child isn't breathing...
