If you're out in the desert alone.

And you'd see them.

And you'd realize that they were real.

They're coming towards you.

What will I do if they come past that

last sagebrush?

Do I get to panic then,

or do I get to just pray to God?

Charles never mentioned the extraterrestrials.

In the months before we were married.

Perhaps he thought

I might call off the wedding.

In February of 1970.

We were laying in bed at night, and he decided to tell me.

And then he said. What do you think?

And I said, I never really thought about

whether extraterrestrials exist or not.

[ominous music]

And he had swear to me that it was true.

And he said, well, I have more stories

on my computer and more that I haven't written down.

And I said, really?

And he said, well, I was with them for over two years on a daily basis.

In the latter half,

he spoke about another race, another group of people,

and also about a tall, white young woman

who panicked and almost killed him.

And I said, you know,

I'm not sure people are ready to hear that.

You saw more than one group of extraterrestrials,

and I'm not sure that I'm ready to have people

try to believe that you were almost killed

by an extraterrestrial.

The tall voice or race of extraterrestrials

who first visited the Earth, I estimate

during the middle of the last ice age, about

15,000 B.C..

My first contact,

where I actually saw them but didn't recognize them.

I was Nellis Air Force Base in 1965

and March.

I was an enlisted man.

I had just arrived at Nellis.

I was walking

back to my barracks from the weather station,

and one of the tall, high teenagers

was following me.

Now, at that time, I didn't recognize what was going on.

I thought that I was sleepwalking.

The first time

that I had contact with them, or I recognized that there was something

other than sleepwalking going on, was when I was in the barracks

at Indian Springs as the duty range weather observer.

Had gotten up at night and walked down to the middle of the barracks

where the latrine was to relieve myself and wash my hands.

And there were tall white children playing

in the cubicles on each side,

along with a tall white adult.

Now I knew

I wasn't sleepwalking, but on the other hand,

I couldn't accept the fact that they were real.

And so the confusion was immense.

At first, I just practiced denial.

I thought that maybe maybe I wasn't eating right,

so I would take vitamins or maybe gambling too much and drinking too much.

And I needed to, you know, lead a healthier life.

The first time that it really sunk in was the night I was sleeping

in my barracks at Indian Springs, and I suddenly had to go to the bathroom.

I kind of just woke up and just jumped out of bed

and hurried down to the train in the middle.

And as I walked by the last cubicle,

like, right there when I looked over,

was the tall white lady I later known as the teacher,

and she was standing there in terror of me

holding a white pencil like object.

[soft dramatic music]

Now I had to do my business.

And so I went directly to the latrine and which was, you know, the next word.

She was there and was just right over there.

And I really myself.

And then I when I wash my hands, I could see

the fluorescent light coming off the suit she was wearing.

It was a protective suit.

And I didn't want to actually be rude, you know, and look at her in the mirror.

So I just looked at the light.

And then when I finished, then I thought, well,

I'll just probably like some airman or something.

And so I'll just walk by and not make a scene.

And she was standing up

with her back up against the partition with her, the pencil

like weapon ready to fire on me if necessary.

I was in such shock.

I was beyond terror.

You know I was beyond terror.

If your terror is a luxury of emotion where you actually feel safe

and feel you can run.

Oh. When I suddenly realized that she was real,

all I could think of was just keep walking.

[wind blowing]

When I was about halfway down, I could see on the left

another tall white individual, the one I later knew

was range for Harry.

And all I could think of

was just keep walking.

When I got down to my bunk

at the end, I was the last one and I was the only one in the barracks.

I couldn't run out of the barracks because I didn't have money.

I was barefoot and in my clogs.

I decided the only thing I could do was to lay down on my bunk

and cover myself up with a blanket, go back to sleep.

And maybe when I woke up, I'd be okay.

When I woke up at

three and the place was empty,

I felt like Noah getting off the Ark.

And that was like one of my.

That was the first time I actually recognized

that something was going on.

I was in denial.

So, Charles, I want to show you this picture.

It's a picture that we found that claims

that it's authentic photo of a tall, white female.

What do you say about this picture?

The lady in the picture

is showing way more hair than tall.

Whites have tall whites have platinum blond hair,

and they only have about half as much hair

as a human would.

You know, if the lady were wearing a wig, it might not be.

It might not be too far off.

Okay, so the eyes and the nose and the mouth

and the shape of the face could be other.

The tall white features, like the nose

are not as prominent as they are on humans.

To Martha's about the same.

Their eyes are a little bit bigger,

and they stretch further around the sides of their head.

[soft dramatic music]

And the tall whites look well, just like us.

Except they're white and they don't look like us.

And they're,

Range for Harry was as tall as I am.

Almost 510, five, 11.

And based on the depth of house,

father, he sunk down in the sand and thick as footprints were.

He only weighed like 90 or 100, 110 pounds.

He was very frail, but he could run like 35 miles an hour.

His muscles ran two and three times faster than ours.

When the children are born like human children,

their eyes are about the same size that they will be when they're adults.

Because as their bodies grow, their eyes, like humanize,

don't grow as much as the regular skeleton.

So they're scared when you see their children.

They have very large eyes, but then those are the same sizes

when they're later adults.

And the tall whites

live at least 600, 800 years.

They may live as much as 2000, but for sure they live ten times

as long as we do.

This is not necessarily to their advantage,

because if they injure themselves, like if they break a leg,

it takes some ten times longer to heal than us.

[soft dramatic music]

So but they also as they get older, they grow.

They don't age the same way we do.

So when they reach, it's kind of the equivalent

of say, 50, 60 years old.

And when you start showing more aging effects, they start growing again.

So throughout most of their life, they're about my height,

give or take a few feet or a few inches.

But as they get older, they start growing again.

But they're organs do not grow

in the same proportion as their skeleton.

Their skeleton grows more than their organs.

As they get older, they get so tall.

Eight and a half, nine, maybe even 11ft tall.

They get so old that their organs are no longer able to support their body.

And they become very, very weak, very, very frail.

And the sooner or later they die of natural causes.

Another feature the tall white women had,

when they dressed up to look like human women.

Is service a place right here in the middle of the forehead?

And they wouldn't put any makeup over that place.

They would put makeup around so that they looked human.

When I was in Las Vegas,

you know, when you would see somebody, like in a casino that looked similar.

I would always begin by checking out the both

that place to see if there was a white spot there and their hair.

I'm not sure

why they never wanted to put makeup over that spot,

but considering the fact that they made heavy use of electronics,

it wouldn't surprise me if there was an electronic

reason.

One afternoon when I was at range three,

the teacher came and we talked.

She said that she and three of her friends

were going to go into Las Vegas to shop for ladies clothes.

But first, when they went into Las Vegas,

they were going to win some money and then use the money to buy the clothes

because they enjoyed being independent from the government.

And she asked how much money I thought it would require,

and where would the where would there be a good store for them to shop and.

And I suggested that they go into the Sands Casino,

and when they'd won $100, they would have about enough money

to buy some nice fashionable clothes at the shopping mall that you could get to.

It wasn't very large, but it was directly out the back

door of the sands and across the street.

One night, she and her

three friends went into the sands and won $100.

The game of blackjack is very simple for the tall whites,

because their eyesight is as good as that of a cards

they can see under the infrared, as well as the ultraviolet.

So the backs of the cards are all unique, so you might as well

deal with them face up.

And they did this late at night and the the course.

And then they took the money across the street to the shopping mall.

Somebody that was minding the store happened

to be the wife of one of my friends at Knowles, and she described

how the teacher and the three ladies came in

disguise to look like human ladies.

And the teacher, you know, would talk with her and ask her questions

while she was over by the cash register,

while the other three ladies had the time of their lives

running around the store, checking out ladies clothes until they'd all made

their buying decisions, and then they paid for them.

It came out to about $90, and and then they left.

[soft dramatic music]

She remarked how it

seemed like the three ladies had never been in the woman's version

of a woman's clothing store before, and it was one of the more humorous events

that I believe I encountered when I was in Las Vegas.

The teacher was out,

and as usual, she was enjoying the stars.

And she had brought a group of new arrivals,

and they had children and they were having fun playing in my weather shack.

And I was just standing waiting for them to finish.

And I went over to her and I asked her if there was life

on other planets, and she said yes.

There were quite a few of them.

But usually

on those planets, when the intelligent life evolved,

they began by killing off any animal that would harm them.

And she said the earth was unusual

because humans like to do so much with animals.

And she pointed out to me that I was very human.

I liked to play with horses and cows and dogs, and she said,

any one of those animals could kill me any time they wanted to.

But you know

what was unusual, said me, the more intelligent being

used my intelligence to try to decide how they were thinking,

and then to outthink them and control them.

She said life on most planets

doesn't do that.

She also said that they were plant eaters.

You know, they eat only plants and most life intelligent life on other planets.

But not all eats only plants.

And so it was no problem for them to kill off all the animals.

The tall whites.

They were not the first extraterrestrials to arrive.

The first extraterrestrials to arrive

were the greys of Roswell fame.

The Greys were here by at least 18,000 B.C..

My first encounter with the Greys

was at another place out in the deserts of the southwest.

Another valley of the Greys.

And so one of the things my clearance allowed me to do

was to go anywhere I want a day or night

as long as I was by myself.

And that included the valleys, the greys.

That's where I encountered them.

My initial encounter.

But because the Greys generals and the American generals

had decided in advance

that it was okay for me because I had learned to work

with the tall whites to go out to the valley.

So the Greys, for specific reasons,

the Grey Generals agreed.

So the first encounter with the Greys was simply

me being out at night.

And the Greys remember their eyesight, like two tall whites, is as good

as out of a cat, and they're hearing us as good as out of a dog, a mean thing.

Oh. Then, with my theodolite, taking balloon measurements

and having them come and watch me from a distance,

just stand around and watch me.

Now, if a person were out in the desert alone and say,

a Catholic priest and three nuns came and just stood around and watched him,

you'd feel a little nervous.

Now, if you're out there alone and you know that no other human

is allowed out where you are, because the last gate you passed for

human was allowed was possibly 126 miles back.

And you're supposed to be alone, and you're looking out there and you see

people who look like you in the darkness.

But if this was the first time it happened,

you would never go out there again.

But because I had first gone out and gotten used

to the being around the tall whites,

then when I went out there, I had a track record

if you would!

Their natural clothing is gray,

even though their skin is the same color as people from Mongolia

and on the other hand, the tall whites are white, you know, totally white,

even if they disguise themselves to look like humans.

So they always have a white character to them.

So you would never confuse the Greys with the whites.

In my humble opinion,

I have never seen a picture

that allegedly was of a Grey

that was even close,

and I speak from having been out there among them and having seen them in broad

daylight at night, in the rain, in the sunshine.

And they're all individuals, just like to tall once for all individuals

to draw a picture of a Grey or a tall white.

It's kind of like saying, I'm going to draw a picture of what a person

from Sweden who lives in Stockholm looks like, right?

The Greys

meeting them is much different than meeting the tall whites,

the Greys are nice enough,

but the adults are very arrogant.

The Grey adults cannot breathe our air

without a breathing device.

They consider the earth to be a cold, desolate wilderness

with thin air.

The children of the Greys

are able to breathe our air.

This is because the Greys do not have

a separate heart and lungs.

The way we do.

And when they grow,

these organs don't grow in proportion to their body.

The children of the Greys

can go out and play on this earth without breathing apparatus.

On the other hand, when they reach an age equivalent to a human,

perhaps 18 or 19, 21, for sure

they have grown so much that they now need a breathing device

in order to walk around on this earth,

look fits over their nose, and filters out some of the nitrogen

so they're breathing more pure oxygen,

and they look like they have a big nose.

For this reason,

it's rare to see the parents, the adults of the Greys,

out with the children of the Greys,

because it's very difficult for the adults wearing the breathing

apparatus to keep up with the children who aren't.

For that reason, many people incorrectly believe

that those are two different races, but they're not.

It's just that the parents tend to be by themselves

and the children tend to be by themselves.

When I saw the first Greys,

at first I thought they were human guards,

you know, because they were just standing out there

and you couldn't make out much detail in the darkness.

So at first I wasn't actually afraid,

although there was a certain tension.

But at the time, the field I was in

was like a plowed potato field, and it was extremely difficult to walk on.

And I was trying to set up my equipment, my theodolite.

And so half of my attention was just trying to walk without breaking an ankle.

[suspenseful music]

I really didn't have the

luxury of becoming afraid, because fear and all that is a luxury item.

And when when you're really in

tough times, like you like out in the middle of the softer field,

and if you're not careful,

you'll twist an ankle and there's no help coming

in, might not be able to make it back to your truck.

So you have to think, what am I going to do

next to stay alive?

Later, when I figured out what was going on,

then I got to say use one of my favorite psychological defenses.

Well, whoever they are, they haven't killed me yet.

So if I don't do anything still shocking,

they won't.

They followed me around,

but they didn't walk up to me and say, how's it going, Charlie?

They didn't have to.

Even though

they're teenagers and stuff and sometimes unpredictable,

they weren't as afraid for.

But on the other hand,

they stood back from me.

Okay.

And that didn't necessarily mean they were afraid of me.

It may have meant that their parents had said, don't scare like you did.

The others.

[piano music]

Any time they came,

there was always a purpose to it.

It might be to just stand back and watch what you're doing and see

that you're okay, and that you didn't break a leg and you got off.

And maybe if I had fallen and broken a leg, they would have walked up and said,

do you need us to call for help?

And I was, I said, yes, or maybe they would have just

said, well, the other guys died, so you're dying two and walk away.

We're all agree water is necessary to life,

and the extraterrestrials are flesh and blood creatures.

Us we are and so the UFO,

the extraterrestrials on board the fall,

they have a need for two kinds of materials.

One is food and water

and stuff to make calls out of and so on.

And the other is stuff to repair

and refuel their craft.

The Greys who came here

first came here because of the

one of the things they needed for military reasons.

There's two bases on the moon to protect the territory

they considered their own.

Well, of course, it's

a lot easier for them, like in the Ice age, to just come to the earth

and get the water they need and carry it up there,

or to have agricultural bases and have their children

who can breathe out air without a breathing device,

take care of the plants and the and the harvest,

the wheat and so on, while also playing and having fun.

The reason the children and

teenagers, the Grey children, are here on earth, their parents want them to run

the agricultural station, you know, to grow the crops and soar like that.

It's good for their health, you know, good sunshine and all that.

It's way healthier for their children

to grow and grow up here on earth and on the moon and so on.

And so if you were talking with the Grey children

it was the most common thing would be to talk about,

you know, how beautiful flowers are or agricultural

type things.

With the Greys,

I spoke English.

The small Greys are the children

of the taller adult Greys.

The Greys and the tall whites do not use robots

or androids or hybrids or anything like that.

The small Greys are children and they have parents whom they love

or the parents and the children love each other very much.

[ominous music]

There's a lot of people claiming

that there's like a hybrid programs

from extraterrestrials.

I personaly never saw a Grey

or a tall white have the slightest interest

and breed human hybrids or tall whites

to human hybrids.

The only hybrids that I can think of would be between

the Norwegians with 24 teeths and humans,

because the Norwegians with 24 teeth

are so much like us that they can intermarry.

And after the Norwegians with 24 chiefs have been here for 2 or 3 generations,

they don't think of themselves as extraterrestrials anymore.

They think of themselves as human.

So it's very common for, you know, the Norwegians with 24 treaties

who've been here for several generations

to fall in love with humans, vice versa, and both get married.

The Norwegians got here last.

They arrived during the end of the last ice age,

perhaps as early as 10,000 or 11,000 B.C..

What are they called? The Norwegians.

I called them the Norwegians because the planet they come from

is the same size as the Earth.

And it's half iced over.

The climate at the equator of their planet is about the same as the climate

of southern Norway, and that's the climate

they like to live in.

The Norwegians with 24 teeth

have lived among us for so long.

Many of them live in southern Wisconsin and southern Canada.

They are just like us.

You know, if a person happens to run into a group of them,

like at the University of Wisconsin,

it's just like running into a normal group of humans.

The first time I saw a

Norwegian with 24 teeth from a distance of about two blocks,

maybe was when I was in Cambridge High School,

it was the that I went to have my dentist

work on this front tooth.

I was going to have

my first ceramic crown put on this tooth.

And the guy who was the patient just before me

was a Norwegian with 24 teeth.

And that was the first one that I met

and talk to.

When I got up to the dentist office, my dentist,

he was sitting in shock and the dental chair,

and this was like six, 630 at night

in November in Wisconsin.

And he was shaking and in shock.

I'm coming for him to drill on my tooth, so I want to make sure he's relaxed.

So I started saying, how are you feeling?

And he said, did you see the man that was in the stairway before you?

And I said, yeah, he looks like a nice enough guy.

And he showed me his X-rays.

Even though he was like 20 years old or so, he had baby teeth.

His still has a set of baby teeth, and the next teeth down were also

baby teeth.

Whereas he showed me

a normal human watch as if they're 20 years old, have a dull teeth

and nothing down below.

Every dentist back then in the world would tell you

it was physically unthinkable for a human

to have any kind of genetic abnormality.

That would mean you had two sets of baby

teeth.

Anyone with two sets of baby teeth

had to have an ancestry from somewhere

other than the planet, or.

The guy had come in with a broken molar.

And of course, baby teeth do not have long roots, though.

Very short roots.

And he said he'd been out swimming and this was early November.

He'd accidentally broken his tooth wanted bumped into the dock.

But he wasn't absurd.

He said it was going to come out anyway, and he wanted the dentist to simply

pull it out,

and the dentist was going to give him some Novocain at the time,

and he said, no, no, you don't need it.

Just pull it out.

So the dentist took the forceps and he was going to start pulling. And

then he felt that when he felt the pain, he'd be able to put in the knob kind.

But the guy didn't.

He just stood there and when he pulled out the tooth

and like I said, yeah, that's good.

And the dentist said, well, what about, you know, put another crown?

He said, no, it's hardly put a new one will grow in in a few weeks.

[soft music]

And a new one grew and in a few weeks

the same way, if you have a child who has a baby molar and you pull it out,

and then in a little while and you know, the tooth grows, then

of course, the new teeth was another baby

tooth.

Many Norwegians with 24 teeth

don't realize what their ancestry is,

and they just think of themselves as ordinary humans.

But they may have an uncle who was able to regrow his teeth

when he was 70 years old.

And just think of themselves as humans with somewhat different

internal structure.

The Norwegians with 24 teeth

did not have any artificial marks.

What they were looking for is the coastline,

because on the coastline you could have sandy beaches next to water,

and then you could be landing in soft sand.

However, because in the landing attempts

they can only slow down and not speed up.

Landing was a real problem.

He saw that on his ship when they came.

The pilot didn't realize that the landing area had been flooded,

and the ocean west of Norway used to be

a plane of grass doggerland

up until about 6600 years ago,

and they started coming here about 10,000 BC.

And he said, but his maps still showed that as being land when it was water,

he said, they were also coming in too far

south to make their major landing point.

So we had a real problem of trying to fight.

He had to take control and find a landing point.

He succeeded, but the landing was very bumpy.

Now for

the final landing attempt, they have radar, but looking at that

shoreline between land and water,

it's easy to be confused between the ocean west of Norway,

the ocean west of Scotland, the ocean west of green.

Bay, Wisconsin,

that's easy to find.

There are a lot of places that, if you're coming

and you're still a long way away, that you're you're sorry.

So that was a very hazardous attempt.

What they wanted from the US government was help

on the landing attempt.

Not in his case

when he came, his mother and father, but his mother.

Her parents had come on a previous ship,

and therefore they had arrived 20 years earlier.

And his mother had looked forward

the entire 20 years to meeting her father again,

[soft music]

and that when they came back,

of course, they came in a fleet of three, widely separated.

As soon as she landed, and they did.

It took them a week or so to make contact with other Norwegians.

She wanted so much to meet her father, because he had come, and he was going

to prepare a place for him, and nobody would talk to her

about it.

And after a week,

the ones who were here took her aside and explained that during World War two,

when the Germans were putting people to death,

they'd put her father and mother to death.

And he said she was so distraught

that for a week she was just in tears.

And he said that she hated humans

with a passion he couldn't explain.

And all she wanted to do was to put in the 20

necessary years that you have to, while they repair

and refurbish the ship, and to go back to where they came from.

Their planet and the earth are the same,

but Earth has a better star.

There stars a cool red dwarf.

Our sun is going to last a lot longer.

And the earth.

It's a much better place to raise a family.

Vitamin D all that stuff, you know, and there's a lot better civilization

and so on.

Their home planet is running upright in its orbit, and it's half iced over.

So it's only natural for them to feel at home in the Arctic

or in, in Scandinavia and places like that.

But they come here because they consider this

to be a better place to raise a family.

And that's what they're coming for, not so much to colonize, but

join in and raise a family and continue living here.

[soft music]

In 1951, a

group of them introduced themselves to Wernher von Braun.

They wanted to do technology transfer,

so it would benefit both planets.

They wanted the Nato style agreement with America

and wanted to partner with the Americans

so that they would have a base here

where they and the Americans could repair the ship, and both America

and them could build to the same level of technology.

And then we could do interplanetary commerce,

and it would benefit both us and them.

And Wernher von Braun at the time

was determined he was going to build a rocket ship to the moon.

And his friend Willy Ley didn't want to go to the moon.

He wanted to go to Mars.

And Wernher von Braun was going to agree

to help him on the moonshot, promising to help lay on the Mars.

Shah said to them that the America,

the level of American technology,

wasn't anywhere near where it would need to be to do that.

Okay, so they didn't make an agreement at that time.

I have no idea what they're doing since.

[soft music]

No. That's the angle

off the nose of the craft.

There's no hypersonic wings.

Notice the curve on the upper things.

Can't reach the supersonic plateau without creating a tremendous

amount of turbulence right there. And that's going to burn.

That's going to waste fuel. Waste energy.

If you tried to take that craft out into space.

Okay, you know, the only thing you could do with that once you get out

there is fall to earth, like crash and burn.

So if you want a craft

that's going to make a deep space crossing from here to a star.

Bernard Star, the fourth closest star five, three quarters, one years,

it can't leave anything behind

because space is so vast that if it left

even if it left even a few grains of sand

every mile, you would still need a fuel tank the size of the moon.

[soft dramatic music]

So the actual ships are not just extra,

so the actual ships are shaped

like ellipsoids or like it's okay.

And the shape is very important because what?

That's a double hull.

And in between those two hulls

it's like a thousand miles of fiber optics windings.

And what the propulsion system is, is it creates

subatomic particles that are slightly radioactive.

That's got to be Americans just doing that on their own.

These triangles, those are all those are all human.

None of those are extraterrestrial. Okay.

So once a could the extraterrestrial,

you see, like this one here where it's small.

Yeah. Like it's donut.

See, that can have a double hole.

I will express my opinion

based on my direct experience.

Before you can make a connection

between any craft in the sky and American nuclear sites,

you have to properly group the events.

Because the Americans may test their own equipment.

So the first group of craft

that may be inspecting American nuclear sites

may be the Americans themselves testing their own security.

Remember the Roswell incident of 1947?

Okay,

the Roswell incident began

on the 2nd of July, 1947.

As I describe in my book,

The Valleys, the Grays Army Air Base at Roswell

had previously announced

that it was going to put on one of the biggest fireworks displays

of for many years on the 4th of July, just two days later,

and therefore they were going to put on

a fireworks display that every child, including every alien

child, would enjoy watching.

A scene that was attracting the aliens who were children through.

Kraft, of children who wanted to be there on the second through the 4th of July.

The thing that was attracting them was the expected

fireworks display.

It didn't have anything to do

with the nuclear weapons or the 509th or anything.

The Project Mogul

balloons that were also been periodically released.

Those are fun things for children to play with,

were told publicly that the Project Mogul balloons

were set to maintain a altitude

of 70,000ft and travel with the winds.

Great alien children were flying, could go to the moon

and back.

It was peanuts for them to go up to 70,000ft,

so those three craft with children in them

were all playing at 70,000ft.

You can play with the Roswell with the balloons by pushing them

like a volleyball, which is not necessarily bad

because it pushes them to new places that the balloon would go.

And American scientists would think that was nice.

And on the other hand, could sit up there and watch the

not just the Roswell fireworks display,

but fireworks displays from all the cities for 100 miles around.

[soft dramatic music]

The people who

study the Roswell incident, in my opinion,

are starting from the wrong stepping stone.

So when you say that we had a nuclear blast

and it attracted other types of extraterrestrial species,

the most likely thing is it would attract the children

of the tall Grays to come and play around the fireworks.

And it may also have attracted the tall whites and their children,

the tall whites, and, to a lesser extent, the grays.

Their electronics allow them at a distance

to tell what a human is thinking.

So you'll see they they don't need to wait for the bomb to go off.

They can just fly over when the workers

are working on it and electronically

read the minds of the workers to see what's going on.

They don't need to wait for the actual blast.

Only the children would wait for the actual blast

because they find it entertaining.

So the aliens may or

may not have an interest in the nuclear side.

You can't be sure unless you know what the aliens are thinking,

unless you've talked with them, because the aliens are only going to do

what they believe to be in their best interest.

Of course, aliens know all about nuclear propulsion.

They even know more about way more about nuclear physics

and the different types of subatomic particles than humans, too.

So they might.

The aliens, if they were inspecting American nuclear sites,

might simply be trying to decide how much we have learned

or have not learned about nuclear physics.

And in between, you may have other events going on about nuclear sites.

My direct experience

with the tall hordes on the Grays are that

they're always thinking of their softer sounds,

and what's in their best interest.

They might not see it as a problem for them.

Remember, they've been here since at least the middle of the last ice age,

and the tall whites live ten times longer than we do,

and the graves of 200 to 300 years, which is much longer than we do.

Whether or not they care if we use

nuclear weapons on each other, they really might not.

On the other hand, the idea that another alien race,

I don't know, reptilians or something, would come here to Earth

and threaten the lives of Grey alien

children who are playing in the sunshine.

That's unthinkable.

The Grey alien generals like the tall white generals,

they live in a world where the only law

is what they decide to enforce.

If anything were to happen that would threaten their children,

they don't wait for orders.

None of them

want humans with nuclear weapons

to be traveling around like nearby stars

with nuclear weapons.

They don't trust humans.

And so the idea that when we set off a nuclear weapon,

they may feel some anxiety may

very well be the case.

But remember that if you were to fire a nuclear missile

directly at a tall white scout craft,

the missile would never explode.

The missile wouldn't even make it to the scout craft.

The missile would just fall in pieces when it got close

because there are several others and I mean at least nine.

There may be as many as 27 other force fields

that humans don't know about, that the aliens have total

control over.

During the two years

that I was out on the gunnery ranges,

I personally observed the deep space craft

for the Roswell Greys, for the tall whites

and the scout craft for the Roswell Grays

and the scout craft for the tall whites.

And I personally observed how careful they were

when they were constructing them, how they were streamlined, and so on.

It became apparent that there exists

her real out in the world of physics and our real world.

Many more types of force fields than what

Einstein and his friends understood

there to be.

And when you take into account those extra force fields

which are part of all matter and all photons,

then this led to Hall photon theory,

which I first copyrighted in 1997.

What it was is filling in the gaps that were missing

from Einstein's equations and from the knowledge

of regular physics.

For example,

when Einstein said that the dimensions of an object

get shorter as it accelerates towards the speed of light,

and when Einstein said that time for a person on board,

a craft of that nature would slow down, accelerating towards the speed of light,

he was implicitly assuming that he already knew

everything there was to know about the structure of matter,

about every force field that would exist in nature.

Of course, in 1902, that wasn't even close.

In order for

a piece of matter, say like a brick,

for the dimensions to get shorter in the direction of motion,

it has to have another force field, giving it a reference point.

There goes relativity.

Another problem that Einstein had with relativity

and with his concept of time

and so on, was Einstein had all these ways

that you could make time slow down,

but no way you could make time speed up.

And you had all these ways that you could make

the dimensions get shorter,

but no way you could make them get longer.

So according to Einstein, if relativity were perfectly correct time

slowing down and things getting shorter, we'd live in a pretty unsymmetrical world.

We'd live in a world where the dimensions of the fingers on my left hand

would be different than the dimensions of the fingers

on my right hand by huge amounts.

And in Einstein's world, there was no way to reset things.

There was no way to get back to the supposed normal flow of time,

or the supposed normal dimensions.

In other words, he couldn't possibly be correct,

or else half of the earth would be shorter than the other half,

or to be ripples in time all over the earth.

Hall photon theory seeks

to correct that by identifying the missing force fields

and the missing subatomic particles that carry them,

and correcting the equations to add

the missing terms.

It's my belief

that there's a lot more to physics and what Einstein knew about that.

There are many more force fields, and these force fields allow large

mirrors, tall galactic scale mirrors to exist out in space.

And they also allow the images

of galaxies to be reflected in those mirrors,

so that when you're looking at a picture of distant galaxies,

you're sometimes you're looking at a real galaxy,

but sometimes you're just looking at a picture or reflection

of some other galaxy in a large galactic mirror.

A mirror is an edge phenomenon,

and one of the things that's

that Hall photon theory is predicts

is many edges in space,

like clouds of gas in interstellar space,

do not readily intermix cold

gas clouds stay together with cold gas clouds, hot ones stay together with other.

And when they bump into each other, they just move around

like weather formations.

They don't intermix and all become the same temperature,

and they form edges in between.

An actual weather front where you before what you stop

traveling in cold gas, and you're now traveling and warming gas as an edge.

That edge might be as thick as 10,000

light years.

When you're looking at

galaxies and mirage galaxies, you might not be able to see the mirror

if it was close up because it's so thin, you might only be able to see them

if it was far away, because all things are possible.

When I look at the NASA photographs,

there's all sorts of edges

in space and lenses and mirrors

and so on, and they prove there are more force fields.

The forces are traveling faster than the speed of light.

Einstein was wrong about that.

They prove

that gravity itself is traveling faster

than the speed of light.

There's way more to physics

than what you would ever think for.

The alien craft would be shining

a certain type of new subatomic nuclear particle,

possibly one not yet discovered by humans

onto the reactor

and in effect, forcing a new kind of radioactive decay

so that the the radiation is not being

generated.

Now, the physical details

about it, before a person would go into the physical details of that,

you'd have to be specific about the type of radiation

that was reduced and the type of particle that they were using to reduce it.

Remembering that the humans may not know

what particle that is, but the aliens may,

and they may be doing it as a way of helping the humans.

So I repeat again, the

importance of properly grouping them according

to which craft or which type of craft is involved

may be aliens.

They may be Americans doing it or other scientists doing it,

or there may be other things going on.

Einstein had a theory

that said you could slow down time, but you could never speed it up.

Hall photon theory says you can't speed up or slow down time.

It's just time.

That's reality.

My direct observation is that time

runs at a constant rate.

Period.

Time doesn't speed up.

Time doesn't slow down.

It's easy

to have missing time experiences when you're around UFOs.

And I speak from direct experience

because it's easy for the tall whites

or the Roswell Greys to electronically hypnotize you.

And of course, when it's done

electronically, you have no warning.

As I describe in my books,

when I was walking from my theodolite stand to my weather shack,

out on range three Range Four Harry using his electronic equipment

could hypnotize me so quickly

that I could remember taking 12.

Step 12 and finishing step 14

but not remember taking step 13.

And of course, in between two hours went by.

And that's why people experienced missing time

just because they've been hypnotized.

Einstein's equations

seem to imply that silly things happen

when you accelerate towards the speed of light is because

he's talking about events

where the craft has not been designed

to be accelerated that fast.

If you want your craft to exceed the speed of light,

the first thing you have to do is surrounded with a bubble,

a shell of other force fields,

force fields that were not known to Einstein.

And what you have to do is to streamline your craft

so that those force fields

do not experience turbulence or shockwaves.

That's what the fiber of the ceramic

based fiber optic windings are all about.

The scout craft, the deep space craft for the tall whites

and the greys are streamlined for high speed travel.

By the way, they've created

the windings for it using the ceramic fibers.

Therefore, the craft

just accelerates through the speed of light, the same way

that an airplane will accelerate through the speed of sound.

The US Navy photograph of the tic tac

shows that.

I'm told the words.

We're told that the pilot's instrument for measuring thermal,

radiation coming off the tic tac

did not detect any, and therefore

the center of the tic tac was the craft referred to as the tic tac.

It was very, very cold.

Hall photon threory says

that's not quite right.

The tic tac is surrounded

by a bubble of force fields that control

what happens to the thermal energy in heat waves?

They're not allowed to go turbulent.

They're not allowed to bounce around randomly.

They're directly controlled by the force field.

And therefore the instrument that reads them,

doesn't read them correctly.

That's part of Hall photon theory.

I've personally seen the tall white scout craft

raise up from the desert at Indian Springs

and take a few seconds to power

up, and then moving

directly away from me down my line of sight,

travel a distance of about seven miles

at an average speed of 8000

to 12,000 miles an hour

to just go pop down there and stop,

and then power down and sit down

while the occupants on board were just sitting there in the chair,

talking the way we are here in the living room.

The protective bubble

protects the inside of the scout craft

including the material

from which the skull craft is constructed

totally from what's going on outside.

And that includes the force of inertia.

That means that the people on board,

not only did they not in the craft itself,

the force fields are stronger than the material made up,

which the craft itself is constructed from.

The force fields are permitting are not permitting anything

to actually touch the craft,

and that includes the forces of inertia.

And so for the craft in the Navy footage, the Tic Tac to be sitting at,

say, 30,000ft in the wind of 120

miles an hour, without being moved, but just sitting there totally stationary,

not vibrating or anything makes perfect sense,

because the ones that I have seen when they were traveling from

zero to when they're traveling, not seven miles

at an average speed of 8000 to 12,000 miles an hour

did not create shockwaves.

They did not create sonic booms.

They did it in perfect silence, as they're

taking total control of everything that happens around that craft

and telling it exactly where to go

and how to get there.

The second thing

is that the craft they're running have a double hull,

and in between that hull is something like, I would estimate,

a thousand miles of ceramic based

fiber optics, ceramic fiber optics.

This glass ceramic based fiber optics is something

like 49.6% aluminum,

50.2% silicon dioxide.

And the rest, you know, other all the other minerals.

Well, that melts at about and between the temperatures

of 1800 degrees Fahrenheit and 2200°F.

And when it melts, it melts into a glob.

And when that glob falls from the craft, it cools in the air

and looks like a large melted rock.

No craft bounces, no computer,

no craft debris hits the ground, melts rocks and bounces up.

What happens is they have the explosion, the air and the melted rocks are falling.

So some of the debris that when you're out in the crash sites, some of the debris

that a person would be looking for would appear to be ordinary melted rocks

sitting on the ground that you wouldn't think would be there.

If that's the case, it means that those rocks fell from the sky

and had to have been melted by an explosion in the sky,

and that would be an alien craft.

The secrets of the propulsion units, they don't want to share.

It's because for them, the first important consideration is

what is to their advantage.

What's in it for them?

Remember, they didn't just come here in 1950 or 1936

when FDR established the Desert Southwest Game Ranch,

which is the area that their base was on areas 53 and 54.

They came here at least

by the middle of the last ice

age, for sure, before the Egyptians knew hieroglyphs.

The tall white writing looks like hieroglyphs.

If you looked at the tall white writing

and you looked at the Egyptian hieroglyphs,

remembering that the hieroglyphs are sounds that you made to hieroglyphs

from Egyptian hieroglyphs are meant to be read aloud.

And it looked to me like the tall whites

back, say, 6000 B.C., or sometime

just picked a few hieroglyphs, a few of their hieroglyphs,

like 31 or 32 of them, or 36 of them

that coded for the sounds

that they made,

that humans made that were the same.

And then taught the Egyptians how to read

and write using those hieroglyphs.

Because that's when you look at the Egyptian hieroglyphs

and you look at theirs.

Yeah, yeah, that's what it looks like to me.

The tall white hieroglyphs.

The writing is always pink against white

because their eyes change as they grow older.

They become more sensitive to different kinds of to the different kinds of life.

And that tall whites, when you say, well,

when might they have chosen to do technology transfer?

Well, they might have been doing technology transfer with cavemen.

They might have been doing technology transfer

with the ancient Egyptians, the Egyptians giving them reason.

And then maybe giving the Egyptians electric lights or something.

And so you see their their approach

to technology transfer that they're using with the American government.

This is hardly new.

They may have been doing that, like with the ancient Assyrians, the child INS

and so on, or of the Native Americans in the southwest.

But they may have been doing that for thousands and thousands of years.

I'm the oldest of

five, and that's my sister Margaret,

my brother John, my baby Rebecca.

And Monica was not born yet, so she's not on the picture.

Of the extraterrestrials

is a very small part of our life.

God is first, our family second, and everything else

is really of lesser importance.

Oh is he?

They have the sound on, probably.

I know us.

If God created

us, why would I limit him and say, well, God could create us,

but he couldn't create any other creatures.

I mean, that's pretty arrogant.

But I do hope that if I ever met one,

I would behave in a manner that was a credit

to the human race.

First of all, when I read it and said, we have to publish this,

it was because I thought it was a good instruction

book for how we can all be better people, or in other words,

something people could read who didn't believe

in extraterrestrials at all could get the message

just the way you get messages in a novel by reading somebody's story.

I thought it was a handbook.

That's where I got the idea

for the title Millennial Hospitality.

That's actually my idea, not anybody else's,

because our children will have to be more hospitable

because they will be dealing with these people

in the next century.

When they told me, or on my first trips

out to the valleys of the Greys, nobody ever briefed to me.

Nobody ever debriefed me.

Nobody could do that.

They would just say, well, you're a weatherman,

and we'd like you to take some balloon measurements, measure the winds.

I was a low ranking enlisted man,

and I was well aware of the general.

Do not ever have to tell me anything.

So when they sent me out there,

I decided, and I'm very religious, that I would just try to do

the best I could according to my orders.

I was just going to try to go out there, do as I was told

and come back in one piece.

At Indian Springs

there was 41, at least weather observers before me,

who wnet out there for over the seven years before me and most of them,

if not all of them were compromised, came back terrorized,

and a few had been burned, a few had been injured.

Things got out of hand, and the aliens felt

they had to defend themselves or their children.

And in the Valley of the Greys,

it was my understanding, based on what

one of the guards, human guards, told me, that they had sent

seven men out before me in turn, you know, one at a time.

And they had all vanished without a trace.

The only thing that they'd ever found of was one man's truck

parked to the safe house in Las Vegas, Nevada.

So when I

first started going out to the Valley of the Greys

and just going out and doing weather reports,

and when I say weather reports, I don't mean good ones,

because going out there at night could be really difficult.

I mean, really dangerous.

You might be lucky if you got to do some random measurements

when you were hoping for 12 or 20, you'd be happy to just say,

I walked out there and I came back alive with all my equipment.

When I'd come back

and the guards would see me, the human guards.

I can't explain the look of respect they used to give me,

not because they thought I was so smart, or that I had done things so well,

but because I'd come back alive without a mark on me.

One time I

asked one of the psychiatrist who?

One of the men who identified himself as the highest

ranking psychiatrist in the CIA.

Why? I survived 41 men before me did not.

And you said it was because I was able to stay in denial for so long.

Because I was able to deny

when you you'd see them and you'd realize that they were real.

But then you'd say, well, to protect myself, I'll pretend they're real.

But then later, when they go away, I'll pretend they weren't.

But by staying and self-denial

for so long, it meant that I had time.

Weeks to think very carefully.

Like if you're out in the desert alone and they're coming

towards you, what will I do if they come past that place?

Sagebrush?

Do I get to panic sound, or do I get to just pray to God?

I never thought that

what he said and wrote wasn't the truth.

It's nice to live

long enough to see my trust in him justified.

But irrelevant.

I mean, it wasn't an issue for me.

If I had died before, people started

copying things that he had written about

the crash at Roswell and such,

it wouldn't have mattered to me.

It's nice to see that people have obviously,

Grown to understand things that they hadn't before.

Simply by reading his books.

Do you think

Charles misses them?

Misses them?

No he said even after he had developed

a working relationship with them, it was still uneasy to be around them.

It was uneasy because they might forget that

he was human, and he might forget that they weren't men.

And their reflexes

when they get upset, are, you know pretty

well that is, of course, why he almost got killed.

Because an extraterrestrial got nervous.

When I lived, and it was.

Those were very emotional times.

Going out alone at night into the desert and being totally alone

and having a group of extraterrestrials walk up on you, even if they're friendly,

can be a terrifying experience.

What do you think?

They keep it a secret.

The government has lots of reasons for keeping things a secret.

And some of it is just to have

pieces of paper to train people with top secret clearances.

How to exchange pieces of paper with the top secret written on it.

So you know, 90% of my experience with the government

was maybe 90% of the stuff that was secret was,

you know, just to make sure we all knew how to handle the paper or whatever.

So there are lots of reasons for keeping things a secret.

Do you think that

they will ever admit knowing about them?

And do you?

I can only guess.

And the- And I'll give you an example.

You know,

I wouldn't it wouldn't surprise me, you know, if there were things

that happened in the American Civil War

that were still classified.

It just depends on on the type of information

and the reason for doing so, you know, and the government,

my feeling is

the question, it's not so much

a question of when will the government admit it, but when will the 2

or 3000 people every day who want to say, I'm going to squeal, stop doing it?

You know, it's really hard to say.

It's really it's really hard to say what the government will do

because the in terms of governments, the American government can change its way

of doing things on a dime and just have 24 hours,

or they can just keep doing things the same way for a hundred years.

There's it's you're just kind of it just depends on,

you know, what everyone decides is the best thing to do at the time.
