[Rachel] Alice Burkewas many things to many people.
To some, she was good.
To others, bad.
But the image of her that sticks in my mind,
the one I can't erase,
is that of a mother who could find no peace
without her daughter's touch.
That we played some part in their reunion renews my faith
that The Legacy fulfills some greater purpose.
