The first game is called Big or Small.

In this game, one player contests the dealer in a hand of cards,

while the other player bets on the outcome.

Each player shall receive a deck of cards numbered from 0 to 10

plus 10 chips.

The dealer will use separate decks of cards

numbered 1 to 9 with each player.

The game shall be played over 18 rounds.

With each round, the contesting player and the betting player shall swap.

After shuffling the deck of cards that is used for contesting,

the dealer plays the top card face up.

The contesting player checks the dealer's card,

selects a card from his own deck, and plays it face down.

When both cards have been played,

the betting player must predict the result of the contest.

If they think the contesting player's card is higher than the dealer's card,

they will bet big.

And if they think it's lower, they will bet small.

It's completely psychological.

Once the bet has been made, the contesting player reveals their card.

The one with the higher cards wins.

And if the contesting player wins, they receive the same number of chips

as the difference in value between the two cards.

If they lose or draw, they receive no chips.

If the betting player's prediction was right,

they receive double the chips they wagered.

If their prediction was wrong, they lose the chips they wagered.

And if it's a draw, their bet will be returned to them.

At the start of the game,

each player will be given a deck of cards and ten tokens.

When the game starts, each player shall select eight cards from their deck

and arrange them in the spaces at their rostrum.

When arranging your cards,

you must ensure that cards of the same suit

are arranged lowest to highest from left to right.

It is not necessary to place them next to each other,

nor do they need to be in numerical order with cards of other suits.

They have to be in numerical order within the suit.

[Host] For the purpose of this, aces shall be considered face cards,

and face cards, namely the ace, king, queen, and jack,

shall be assigned values of one, 13, 12, and 11 respectively.

For example, when arranging this hand of cards,

cards of the same suit such as the ace, five and six of clubs

should be arranged in ascending order.

The seven, five and king of diamonds are currently not in ascending order,

and must be arranged as five, seven, king.

The rounds shall begin when both players have finished arranging their cards.

First, both players shall take their ten tokens and submit some of them.

If the player's guess is correct, the game ends in victory for that player.

If their guess is wrong, players shall submit tokens to begin a new round.

Each time they submit tokens,

each player shall be given an additional two tokens.

When the number of tokens held by a player whose warning light is on

goes back above five, the warning light will be switched off.

The game will continue until one player correctly guesses

the order of their opponent's cards,

and the winner of this game will be crowned champion of The Devil's Plan.
