glass, matching the broken

wine bottle, found out
the scene in the wound.

And of course, wine scenes in his hair and
on his clothes.

There's no way he died from getting hit by
a wine bottle.

That's the thing.

The blow from the wine
bottle didn't kill him, though it

very likely knocked him
unconscious, at least temporarily.

So what was the cause of death?

He was stabbed in his side, chest level.

And it punctured the ventricle of his
heart, causing cardiac tamponade.

The bleeding was predominantly internal.

Very little external bleeding,
they're at the entry point

for the stab room, which
is about seven inches deep.

You think he was in life?

The shape of the wound, and the fact that
we found traces of glass in it,

makes it very likely it was from a shard,
from the same wine bottle near pure soul.

And the angle of entry makes him a very
likely detacker, was left-handed.

See, the thing is, we didn't find a shard
that size for the crime scene.

Or pieces with the amount of blood on them
you'd expect to find from a stabbing.

So that means the murder weapon's missing.
