sort of contusions

ribs, the sternum there,

abrasions on his face,

the one cheek in particular,

it's like somebody
held him down.

- So that's what killed

Broke his neck or
his back, maybe?

- Not the back or the neck,

but two cracked ribs
showed up on X-rays.

That's a lot of force.

And there was some
vomit up in his throat,

and I'm guessing I'm gonna
find some in his lungs.

- Asphyxia?

- Positional
asphyxia, suffocation.

- So this could've
been an accident.

Criminal negligence, maybe.

We don't know the intent.

- Take a look at his arms here.

There's some bruising
there, like he was grabbed.

Some evidence of scratches,

maybe from fingernails
when you grab soft tissue.

And that scrape along his leg,

that could be from being
dragged along pavement.

indication of drug use,

so they signed off on it.

Sometimes what happens is
the sensors lose their code

and you have to get 'em recoded.

Now, to get out,
what you want to do

is just put pressure
on this pressure hose

and that opens the door.

You can see he's got
a new hose in there.

and he gets stuck up there?
