and rescue board.

After completing each challenge,

they'll get a piece of their next clue.

When I was about five years old,

I had an incident where I almost drowned.

So, going into the open ocean

has been one of my biggest fears.

a hotspot for sunbathing, people watching,

partying and water sports.

Which is why you see so many lifeguards

up and down the shoreline.

Teams will join these dedicated lifeguards

in a rescue training exercise.

With one team member driving

and the other riding the board,

they must use this lifesaving device

to search for a victim stranded offshore,

pull him to safety, and then rush back to shore

to complete the rescue.

When they're safe and sound,

they'll get a piece of their next clue.

and requires some of the skills needed

for acrobatics and wakeboarding.

When it all goes right, it's like walking on water,

but when it goes wrong... The falls can be spectacular.

This scramble requires teams

to soar like an eagle for 60 seconds.

Let's hope they can rise to the occasion

for a piece of their next clue.

Their only chance of making it is to learn

from watching these young experts.
