and to appoint to it punishment in the form of 3 years of imprisonment,

with deprivation of the right to drive for a period of 1 year.

Based on Art. 75 to remove Ostapchuk Marina from serving a sentence

in the form of imprisonment with the establishment

of a probationary period of 1 year.

In accordance with the requirements of Art. 76 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine

to oblige Ostapchuk Marina to periodically appear for registration

in the authorized body on probation.

The verdict can be appealed to the Kyiv Court of Appeal

through the District Court of Kyiv

within thirty days from the moment of its announcement.
