Every team has won more than one leg of the race,

so a well groomed moustache can definitely give

anybody a competitive advantage.

One of the biggest things that's helped us throughout

is the decision to grow these moustaches.

It's been a huge motivation for us and

carried us right through.

As best friends, we're the only "non-sibling team".

However, Catherine and I feel we know each other

even better than siblings because there's things that

you keep from your siblings.

There is nothing that we keep from each other.

It's the most special feeling to be in the finale of

The Amazing Race Canada.

Being here in the finale blows my mind.

I learned having terminal brain cancer

doesn't define me.

She's showing anything is possible.

We wanted to wear our orange shirts on the final leg,

just to keep bringing our energy and support to

all the families that have been impacted

by residential school.

Our dad is a residential school survivor.

He has taught us so much about perseverance.

He's a big inspiration, and I just hope that it's

enough to get us there in first place today.

Our mom worked so hard to raise us as a single mother,

and bring us to where we are today.

Nobody and nothing can get in our way.

The final four teams are now flying on the same flight

over 4300 kilometres from Toronto Pearson International

Airport to Vancouver, British Columbia.

Once they touch down, they'll make their way

to Cardero Park at the edge of the seawall

to find their next clue.

After racing over 20,000 kilometres from

coast to coast, it all comes down to this.

Four teams will put it all on the line

as they race to win...

what it's like to become a real life action hero.

First, one racer will slip into a wetsuit and

jump into a Dauphin AS365 helicopter.

Then, two teams at a time,

they'll take off and fly over Stanley Park,

towards Caulfield Cove in West Vancouver.

Once the chopper's in position,

each racer will need to perform a hover exit,

which is a fancy term for a 20-foot drop

into the ocean below. ...Woo!

Once they splash down,

they'll need to swim over 100 feet to this buoy

where they'll retrieve their next clue.

"...the water below and retrieve your next clue

from a nearby buoy." Let's go.

skate backwards, turn back around,

and navigate through these cones,

step through these eight hoops without touching them,

and glide through this strip on one foot.

Once they' successfully complete the course

in 75 seconds or less, they'll receive their next clue.

This is where the moustache and the Rambo look

comes right in, yeah.

We've rollerbladed a bunch, not with the four wheels,

so I don't know what the dif.

Once they've correctly solved all the riddles from

the race, they'll receive their final clue.
