this major renovation.

But it will feel bigger 'cause it will be more open.

Get rid of the tub you have, since you don't use it anyway.

So what about the closet? No built-ins, nothing.

You know, it always amazes me when homeowners bring me in to solve problems,

and then they doubt me.

I still truthfully cannot imagine that pole being hidden in a nice way.

It's hard for Taylor and Nicky to see how amazing it's going to be.

It's hard for me to get over the floor.

This house is way over budget, and it needs work.

Look, $150,000 over, it's a lot of money.

Page is going to do a really good job renovating our home,

and we're going to get that money back when we sell that house.

It's given me a lot to think about.

So what is there to do?

Find more houses that are possibly better than this.

It is a house that I would consider.
