Last semester, I stepped down as head coach due to a mental health issue.

I was diagnosed with Bipolar II disorder after I left the minors.

And when I was at my lowest, Bringston gave me a second chance,

as well as access to resources to stay balanced.

Now at Bringston, we care about cultivating

strong young athletes and well-rounded human beings.

It's the body and mind for us here. No shame, just support.

and it serves as a good reminder

that in this day and age, HIV is not a death sentence.
