mentioned directly to the responding officer

that this light switched from yellow to red

faster than any light that he's ever seen.

And I have included testimonials from multiple people

who have been in similar accidents

at this very intersection, mentioned something similar.

I feel with all of the evidence that has been provided,

there's no reason for this case

to move forward to a jury trial
