Famous for its rich, resonant sound,

and eye-catching craftsmanship,

including intricate inlay, rosettes and binding.

This Detour requires teams to bring a mandolin to life,

adding the final pieces.

When it's music to the ears, they'll get a clue.

There's an infinite number of cheese varieties to choose from,

but the most popular choice here in Naples is,

without question, mozzarella

a staple ingredient in Neapolitan cuisine.

Cheese makers take great care to create the right texture

and then expertly stretch it

and plait it into braids called treccia.

Completing this Detour will be extremely difficult,

but it's what teams will have to do if they want a clue.
