And once you find something that kind of sparks your interest,

I am, uh -- My head is still kind of

spinning from all of it.

>> Hope: Yeah.

Well, I-I hope you aren't having second thoughts.

>> Quinn: It was so good to hear from you.

Especially after the last time I was in this house.

I was unceremoniously kicked out.

>> Wyatt: Mom, can we not?

>> Quinn: How are things going at Spencer Publications?

I figured your dad would have you chained to your desk.

>> Wyatt: No, he's been surprisingly easy on me.

>> Quinn: Well, let's see how long that lasts.

>> Wyatt: Uh-huh.

>> Quinn: So...

What's going on?

Or were you just having a hankering for your mom's

sparkling personality?

>> Wyatt: [ Chuckles ] No, I-I just -- I-I felt like

there was something you needed to know.

About Sally and me.

>> Sally: We need to talk.

>> Thomas: Can it wait?

I heard Hope's in the building.

I want to show her these revitalized sketches for

Hope For The Future.

You know, keep proving I can be there for her in every way

possible.

>> Sally: Mm-hmm.

You might want to rethink that.

>> Thomas: You seems upset.

>> Sally: Wow.

>> Thomas: With me?

>> Sally: [ Sighs ] >> Thomas: What am I missing?

>> Sally: You sucked me into being your confidante.

>> Thomas: Okay, I-I appreciate you listening to me.

My life is...complicated.

>> Sally: [ Scoffs ] >> Thomas: Everything is

significant 'cause it doesn't just impact me.

I have to think about Douglas.

But being able to open up to you, well, it's helped me

figure things out.

>> Sally: Well, glad I could be of service.

Unfortunately, your desire to get back with Hope may have cost

me the man that I love.

>> Quinn: Oh, my God.

Don't tell me you and Sally -- you didn't get engaged to that

woman, did you?

>> Wyatt: What? No! No.

It's actually the opposite, all right?

But she did exactly what you wanted.

She just -- she packed up and she left.

>> Quinn: For reals?

>> Wyatt: "For reals"?

Don't look so pleased, either.

Look, this whole thing, it's not what you're thinking.

The disagreement isn't about Sally and Thomas.

It's about Thomas and Hope.

>> Hope: I know it can be a little overwhelming, but it's --

it's just 'cause it's all new.

>> Flo: You know, I've actually been reading up a lot about your

line, Hope For The Future.

I think that the messaging is really inspiring.

>> Hope: Thanks.

I-I've actually been trying to get back into the swing of

things, and I think it will help having you here.

It's just...

It's been difficult to focus on my line when my personal life --

You know, when everything I was looking forward to

was taken away.

>> Flo: I am so sorry, Hope.

>> Thomas: You're upset.

And I'm sorry about that.

But I have no idea what you're talking about.

Are you and Wyatt having problems?

>> Sally: You put me in an impossible situation, Thomas.

Even worse, I let you.

Keeping a secret from Wyatt?

How could I have been so stupid?

>> Thomas: Okay, you're just being a good friend.

I told you something in confidence, and you're keeping

your word.

>> Sally: You're not getting this.

I kept something from Wyatt that could hurt his brother.

>> Thomas: That's why it's a secret.

Liam is Wyatt's brother.

Wyatt would tell him.

>> Sally: Oh, right.

Then you can sneak around in the background, plotting how to

steal Liam's wife.

>> Thomas: I don't know why we're talking about this.

Wyatt doesn't know anything, and he never has to.

>> Sally: [ Groans ] But he does.

>> Thomas: What?

>> Sally: I told him.

>> Thomas: Why would you do that?

>> Sally: Because I love him, Thomas.

I couldn't lie to him anymore.

>> Quinn: So, let me get this straight --

Thomas blatantly admitted to trying to break up

Hope and Liam's marriage?

>> Wyatt: Yeah.

He admitted that to Sally.

>> Quinn: And Sally didn't think you, Liam's brother [Scoffs]

needed to have this information?

>> Wyatt: No.

No, apparently she promised him that she wouldn't say anything,

even to me.

>> Quinn: Is Liam still in Paris?

>> Wyatt: No.

No, I -- I called him.

He's on his way home.

>> Quinn: Oh, well, that's good.

Not a moment too soon.

>> Wyatt: Yeah.

>> Quinn: Oh, honey, I am so sorry.

>> Wyatt: [ Scoffs ] >> Quinn: But I'll tell you,

when somebody shows you who they are, you need to believe them.

And Sally showed her true colors a long time ago when she stole

from the Forresters.

>> Wyatt: Okay.

>> Quinn: I can't believe they even let her back in the

building.

>> Wyatt: Mom.

>> Quinn: Mm.

Also, I do not blame you for being upset or for kicking her

to the curb.

>> Wyatt: I didn't kick her out.

Sally made that choice all on her own.

Even though she still loves me, and vice versa.

>> Quinn: [ Shudders ] You know how I feel about that,

so let's not rehash it.

>> Wyatt: Mm.

>> Quinn: But let me remind you about this --

There are plenty of available, beautiful women in Los Angeles.

>> Wyatt: [ Scoffs ] >> Quinn: One in particular

who happens to still have feelings for you.

>> Hope: I'm sorry.

I-I didn't mean to lay my grief on you.

I'm still learning how to channel it, and it

sometimes spills out.

>> Flo: You don't need to apologize.

Please. Uh...

Listening is the least I can do.

>> Hope: [ Exhales softly ] Well, I mean, I've always felt

close to you, and now even more so that I know you're my cousin.

>> Flo: I feel the same way.

>> Hope: I'm glad.

>> Flo: Of course. Yeah.

>> Hope: Liam is coming home today.

>> Flo: Oh, that -- That's amazing. You must --

You must miss him so much.

>> Hope: [ Chuckles ] I do.

But...

Part of me does wonder if maybe he should just stay there.

>> Flo: In Paris? Why?

>> Hope: Well, I feel awful, you know, keeping him from

Kelly and Phoebe.

And, tragically, we weren't able to have

a family together, but he has a family with Steffy.

And I wonder if that's where Liam belongs.

>> Thomas: What exactly did you tell Wyatt?

>> Sally: Everything.

How you realized that you never stopped loving Hope,

and you want a future that includes a family with her.

>> Thomas: [ Sighs ] >> Sally: And how determined you

are to make her presence in your son's life permanent despite

her marriage to Liam.

>> Thomas: I thought I could trust you.

>> Sally: Wyatt saw the text that you sent me.

The one about keeping it between us.

I couldn't lie when he straight-out asked me about it.

I mean, I can't believe I let you talk me into keeping

something so major from Wyatt when we both promised each other

100% honesty and transparency.

>> Thomas: Okay, between the two of you.

That doesn't include my confidences.

>> Sally: Wyatt thought we were having an affair, Thomas.

I had no choice but to tell him the truth.

Wyatt comes first, and he needed to know that.

He needed to know how much I love him.

>> Wyatt: Mom, I know that you'd like nothing better than for

Flo and me to have a happily ever after,

but I'm just -- I'm not in the mood for your -- your

matchmaking right now, so -- >> Quinn: I just don't want you

to miss out on the romantic opportunity of a lifetime.

>> Wyatt: [ Groans ] >> Quinn: I mean, against all

odds, Flo is back in your life.

She's here.

She's a Logan, no less.

And she still has feelings for you.

somebody else's eye?

tail after Sally.

to a thing that I say.

best interests.

Why would I?

>> Wyatt: Mom, Sally literally just left a second ago.

I don't even know where things stand with us.

Can I just -- can I sit with this for a minute before you

start just, like, throwing Flo in my face?

>> Quinn: Well, like I even have to.

I have seen the two of you together in a room.

I see the way you look at each other -- with so much

tenderness.

Like no time has gone by since you were together.

>> Wyatt: I know. I'm just -- I'm not disputing the fact that

I think that Flo is -- >> Quinn: Flo is

the woman for you.

I mean, you were her world.

She was your world.

Circumstances intervened.

>> Wyatt: Hm.

>> Quinn: But the feelings are still there.

And I'm telling you, Wyatt, I know you better than

anyone else.

Whether you're ready or willing to admit it,

you still love Flo.

You do.

>> Hope: It's this feeling I have that keeps building.

That Liam should be with Steffy and the girls.

And I feel guilty for being the reason he's not.

>> Flo: Uh, you -- you -- You shouldn't feel guilty.

Liam loves you.

>> Hope: And I love him, too.

But we're grown-ups.

We know how to incorporate loss.

Those little girls, Kelly and Phoebe, you know, they deserve

to have a father who is there full time instead of splitting

his focus.

>> Flo: Well, have -- have you talked to Liam about this?

>> Hope: Actually, I, um...

Not too long ago, I took off my wedding ring and urged him to go

back to Steffy.

>> Flo: What did he say?

>> Hope: Heh. "No."

>> Flo: Okay, well, that must count for something, right?

What -- what he thinks matters.

>> Hope: Liam made a commitment to me, and he takes that very

seriously, and that's one of the reasons I love him so, so much.

But Steffy and the girls, that's his family.

And I know that Phoebe isn't his daughter biologically

speaking, but she is still Kelly's little sister.

And to me, you know, that makes Liam her father, too.

It -- right?

Does that sound crazy?

>> Flo: No.

No, it doesn't sound crazy at all.

Because it's true.

Liam is Phoebe's father.

not to say anything about your feelings for Hope.

And you know me -- I'm not one to go back

on my word.

But I was out of options.

Quite frankly, I never should have promised

in the first place.

You know what?

You never should have asked me to.

Or even told me.

I mean, you're talking about stealing Wyatt's brother's wife.

>> Thomas: [ Sighs ] What you left me with

isn't ideal.

>> Sally: I'm sorry.

What have I left you with?

>> Thomas: Do you think that Wyatt told Liam about my plans

for Hope?

>> Sally: Yes.

Liam is his brother.

I assume he told him.

Wyatt was really upset.

Not just with you.

But with me, too.

>> Thomas: Okay.

You're a wonderful woman, and Wyatt knows that.

You're just trying to help out an old friend.

Look, you'll work it out.

You'll get through to him tonight.

>> Sally: Not so much.

I won't be seeing him tonight.

I moved out.

>> Quinn: You can't deny that you still have feelings for Flo.

>> Wyatt: [ Sighs ] I just -- I never have.

Flo has always been a-a special person in my life, Mom.

She's -- she's the first girl that I ever loved.

And we always thought we were gonna be together.

And we probably would have if it hadn't been for you

and everything that happened.

>> Quinn: Okay.

Ah, ah, ah, ah, ah.

I carry that guilt with me.

And I will for the rest of my life.

My actions cost you dearly.

But it doesn't mean that you can't reclaim what you lost.

>> Wyatt: [ Sighs ] >> Quinn: You're here.

Flo is here.

You're both single, and -- >> Wyatt: Sally and I are --

>> Quinn: Sally moved out.

She packed a bag, and she's gone.

Because you caught her being dishonest.

>> Wyatt: [ Sighs ] >> Quinn: Something

Flo would never do.

And you know what I say to that?

Good riddance.

Don't let the door hit you on the way out.

You need to go back to the woman you have trusted

since you were a child.

You're never gonna find another woman like Flo.

She is -- she's beautiful and sweet and kind and loving.

And two other things.

She is truthful.

And unlike somebody else we know...

she's truthful.

>> Flo: I, uh... I...

>> Hope: You don't know how much this means to me,

to be able to open up and share what I'm going through

with my cousin.

I mean, you've -- you're so non-judgmental,

and you listen, and...

I'm just -- I'm really, really grateful for that.

>> Flo: If I can be of help to you in any way, then I am the

one who's grateful.

>> Hope: You even understand where I'm coming from about Liam

being Phoebe's father.

He wants to be with me, and I want that, too.

My husband is the love of my life, but

I don't think he belongs with me.

>> Flo: That -- that -- That is not true.

Don't say that.

>> Hope: There's something else.

Ever since Wyatt's cousin Caroline passed away, y-you know

how I've been spending time with Thomas and their son, Douglas?

Well, we've bonded.

You know, he just lost his mother, and I lost my child.

And it's like we're filling the void in each other, a-and...

[ Sighs ] Ever since Liam's been gone,

Thomas has opened up to me.

>> Flo: Hope, op-opened up how?

>> Hope: Uh, heh...

We have history.

Um...

Thomas proposed to me years ago, but I turned him down because I

was still in love with Liam.

>> Flo: Oh, my God.

I-I had no idea.

>> Hope: [ Chuckles ] Yeah.

You still have a lot to catch up on.

But, anyways, the point is, Thomas told me he still loves

me and wants a future for the three of us --

me, Douglas, and Thomas.

But I think the way he feels about me is just because of the

attention I've been giving to his son.

I mean, Douglas is such a sweet, innocent little boy in so much

pain, and, you know, he even asked me if I could be his

mommy.

>> Flo: Oh, my God. That -- That -- that is heartbreaking.

>> Hope: Yeah, but it makes me wonder...

What if Thomas is right?

>> Flo: Right about what?

>> Hope: [ Sighs ] Maybe Douglas was sent to me.

You know how I feel about getting pregnant after having --

[Voice breaking] losing two children, and I can't go through

that again.

I can't.

But Douglas is here now, and he needs a mother now,

just like I need a child.

And, you know, maybe -- [ Sobs ]

Maybe it does feel like fate.

>> Flo: What exactly are you trying to say?

>> Hope: Thomas believes that we can heal two families --

Liam and Steffy with Kelly and Phoebe, and

Thomas and me with Douglas.

>> Flo: No, no, no.

That -- that is a terrible idea.

You and Liam have already been so much.

The --the healing needs to be done to-together,

the two of you.

Not off with other people.

Look, Hope, you and Liam don't need to leave each other

to be able to have enough love to share with all of the

children in your family.

In fact, I think it would be a big disservice to Beth, to be

completely honest.

You two breaking up in her name?

No, no. Hope, you -- You can't do it.

I will not let you.
