no it's professional

i'm one of his colleagues and i have to talk to him

do you know where he is

you can reach him tomorrow morning at nine o'clock

why did you tell your wife

where you were going

that's my concern not hers

i didn't have a choice waiter

could we have the receipt please

right away sir

i had to find an excuse to slip away

i know it by experience

what you never believe is usually true

whenever my wife gets suspicious

she still might check on me

since she can't let her guests down

the worst she can do is call me

i'll tell her i'm discussing the caesarini

case with the judge

and that it's taking longer than expected

i don't see what the problem is

that is exactly the problem

you always managed to protect your family

who do you take me for

stop that please

you knew from the start i was married

alright i knew it

it's just that now it's been four years like this

a bit too long for a fling

so either we get together officially or bye bye

but it can't go on like this

please don't make such a show of it

let's go to your place instead

we can go over all of this calmly over there

we still have a little bit less than an hour left

we do oh but she's too nice with us your wife

she even gives us the late pass only for me

i'm no Cinderella

i'm fed up with spending my nights alone

make up your mind or else goodbye

um sorry to disturb you

uh

but the judge asked me to bring you back to your place

he's afraid you might have some trouble catching a cab

who the hell are you

of course i'm his bodyguard

you must be wrong

Luigi never told me he had a bodyguard

you see miss

the judge is working on a very dangerous case

and he fears for his life and that of his kin

but never fear

with me you'll be safe

come on let me do my job

i don't feel like accepting for the moment

the judge's favors

you know no offense

but we are through

as you wish miss

uh mister

on second thought i've decided to accept your services

well my car is parked just over there

don't worry sweetie

i wanted to apologize again for tonight

it wasn't what i wanted

but it couldn't be otherwise my dear you understand

i know remember that i love you me too

good night sweetheart

make yourself comfortable

that's very nice of you but i can't accept this

the judge wouldn't appreciate it

he's only asked me to take you back home that's all

have a seat please

it's not a crime

all right but just two seconds please five okay

a drink hmm ah

why not okay

what do you want same as you

you have a nice apartment thank you

the judge is a very pleasant man

you're not going to stop

seeing him

just because of that little argument in the restaurant

try to understand him

all that stress

the thing is he has a lot to deal with at the moment

with this case

thank you

so so what are we toasting

our friendship

the party was fine

yes except you weren't there

by the way

did your colleague join you at the restaurant

no what colleague

he didn't say his name

you had just left

so i talked to him

he said it was important that he had to talk to you

so i advised him to call the restaurant

has he left a message

no nothing at all

darling that story of a mysterious

colleague is more than bizarre

it looks like the way a jealous woman would try to test

her husband i don't believe it

hmm don't be silly am i being

you are looking beautiful tonight

more beautiful than ever

i'd like you to caress yourself

please

why don't you undress first

later darling

right now i just want to watch you

facci quel favore

not too much not harder than the room of the glass

and drink this up up up

up up

hey

listen

what your story has moved me a lot

it's given me an idea

you should write a book

a fake love letter just to tease him

oh yeah let me take care of it

yeah good idea

hmm alright i'll write what you say uh um

well

um

my dear judge

no my dear Luigi

it's more intimate

i love you so much

and you're threatening to kill me

write it down

if i'm leaving

it's for our own good

and because you frightened me

good i beg you don't make me pay for leaving you

hmm i hope that you'll understand yeah

that you won't put your threat into action your love

Gina

i'm really sorry but what can i do

yes good morning miss

i'd like to talk to the judge if i may

he's not here for the moment but excuse me

there's a man who wants to talk with dad now let him in

come in please

my respects madam

good morning i'm looking for your husband

do you know where i can find him he's not at the house

he must be at the tribunal

but if you want him to contact you

maybe i can take a message

i think i owe you an apology

i'm the one who called you yesterday evening

i lied to you

indeed i'm an old university friend of luigi's

i wanted to make him a little surprise

we haven't seen each other in such a long time

i reckon over eight years

i'm on my way to modena

and it's the opportunity to see my old buddy

i didn't dare disturb him at the restaurant

but i can't leave without seeing him you understand

i'm sorry but i really don't see a lie in all of that

well

yesterday on the phone i told you we were colleagues

but we're not

Luigi was a much better student than me at university

he passed easily

for my part i failed the first year

diplomas ain't everything

excuse me how can i get to chiappano now

leah's waiting for me and i'll call a cab for you

please i'm going to chiappano

yeah that's exactly where i'm going

i can give her a lift if you want oh that'll be great

no don't bother

we'll call a cab

no it doesn't bother me

it's a pleasure

for me to do a favor for my friend's dog

if you insist then and i'll call tonight for Luigi

goodbye

goodbye and try not to come back home tonight i will

bye mom bye honey

i'm sorry for not having a nicer car to offer you

nothing's worse than the bus

yes what a coincidence we're going the same direction

i didn't know Luigi

had such a big and beautiful daughter

in fact i'm not really his daughter

he adopted me i'm a Brazilian

what a coincidence

i love Brazil

yes

sorry to bother you

but there is a police inspector to see you

hmm let him in

morning judge madam

ispettore Rinaldi

criminal investigation

please have a seat

what is it about

well judge

it's a very sensitive story which brings me here

it's hard for me to talk to you about it

with your situation

but i'm sure that you'll understand

and that you'll be able to collaborate

i'm listening hmm

i'll be quite frank

do you know Agnes Rossini

on a personal level

inspector

is it an official visit or just an act of courtesy

i'm afraid that it's quite serious judge

you see miss Rossini

was assassinated last night

what unfortunately

i have the hard task of telling you about her death

this morning at around six o'clock

we got a phone call from the police department

and um

it was a man who seemed really worried about miss

rossini's life being in danger

he assured us that he knew her

and he said that he saw her last night at la segrestia

a restaurant with a man

he told us that he saw them argue

and at the end of it the man threatened her life

unfortunately

the person who called us wouldn't mention his name

however

but the address he gave us on the phone was verified

and obviously it was miss rossini's address

we called her but there was no answer

our policy

doesn't allow us to follow up on those kind of calls

but a few things were not right

so we went there

the door was open

we went in and you know the rest of the story

but i can't believe it it's not possible

unfortunately

it's not all

while we were searching the victim's apartment

we found a fair amount of letters

ones which you sent to miss Rossini

after reading those letters

it was clear that you had some well

intimate relationship with her

however

the most important one is written by the victim

and addressed to you

this letter said that you were threatening to kill her

it's not true i never threatened to kill Gina

judge i myself went to that restaurant

la segrestia and the waiters told us

that you were dining with miss Rossini

and more than one person

saw you two arguing at the table

yes

yes i had dinner with her last night and yes we argued

it's true

she was going on about us

continuously about our relationship

you know being jealous and all

well

i would like you to come to the police station

so that we can write a report

also

i have to tell you that we'll have to search your home

you know needless to say

that you are not allowed to leave the city

without police

authorization

i'm very sorry judge

i hope that i won't have to arrest you

my respects madam

hello

sorry to bother you

can i talk to you

in private of course

excuse me my love

see you babe really sorry

you'll never guess who came with me

prince charming himself

it's true really i thought it was dreaming handsome

body of an athlete

strong with blue eyes

blonde hair and not just a body

he is so nice

would you believe he is an old university friend

of my father

look he even gave me his hotel phone number

we should see each other tonight

oh i wish it was already

unfortunately

he's only passing through and he's going back tomorrow

i'm sure you'd like him

so nice you have to help me

put me up tonight we're gonna have fun

and my parents trust you

they'll agree to it oh please

i beg you oh

do you want to come up to the bedroom

okay it'll be easier to talk

Marissa

isn't there anyone here

what is going on in this house today

can i have some quiet

what's wrong with you

yes i've got a few problems

i'll tell you about it later hmm

where is Alexandra

she went to do some homework with her friend

did you know that one of your friends walked her here

one of my friends

who is he what's his name

go on i'm listening who did Alexander go with

he mentioned his name didn't he

he told me that he was one of your friends

and that's enough for you

anybody walks in here saying he's a friend of mine

and you let him go with our daughter

what have you got in your head peanuts

oh sorry i'm sorry

this is a very

difficult situation for now

and i'm very worried about it

i'll hire a bodyguard and then maybe

i don't know i'll

maybe i'm making too much of this

but it will reassure me

above all don't open the door to anyone while i'm gone

i've got a very bad feeling about this

i'll do my best

i'll try to be back in about an hour or so if i can

2 con motore monocilindrico a 2 tempi

i have to tell you that for me it's all forgotten

the past is dead and gone

to me you're still the best bodyguard

i've got a problem

hmm me too you know

didn't you hear some noise in the house

don't worry go back to sleep

it must have been a bad dream

the body guards here to check on things

yes of course

is that you making all this noise

i can't sleep

i'm sorry i was chatting to my friends

i didn't realize

it's alright but try to be more discreet

good night sweetheart

marisa

marisa

hmm

ma

what's wrong

do you need something huh

do you hear me

but you see i'm tired

i'm afraid i used too many sleeping pills

oh

i'm really sorry

i won't do it again

a man like yourself

not being able to react

to move

you're marisa loves you

fifteen years in jail bastard

do you have any idea what that is

fifteen years for freeing a woman from her suffering

do you realize that you stole my life

you bastard you stole my life

you know that

so i'm stealing yours too

and you know why

because all here in this house

are so dead

yeah

and and who killed him who is it

well you did my friend

yeah

and now it's your turn to be judged

like you you judged me

fifteen years

yeah and it wasn't fun

but it was worth waiting to see this

well

oh you poor judge

il cort having declared mister Luigi gloriani

guilty of murder in the first degree

sentenced him to twenty years in prison

no no

i'm innocent

i could never kill my wife and my daughter

no i remember that night when Rivera came into my house

i remember it

he talked to me while i was asleep

no no

i swear to you that it's not me

i'm telling you that it's him

it's Rivera he did this for revenge it's not me

it's terrible to see a man like gloriani end this way

i have to admit that i didn't want to defend him

his story was too spread out

but who is this Rivera

of whom gloriani was talking about

several times

okay that story goes back to nineteen seventy eight

gloriani sentenced him for his girlfriend's murder

a very dark story

the poor girl was suffering from terminal cancer

to put an end to all that pain

rabiera killed her with his kitchen knife

similar to the one the judge used to murder his family

the judge could have been a little more lenient

what happened to Rivera

is he still in jail or what

Rivera is in hell

after five years in prison

he hanged himself in his cell

that is why judge gloriani will end up in a mental home

a man cannot come back from hell
