they'll get a clue.

There's an infinite number of
cheese varieties to choose from,

but the most popular choice

a staple ingredient in Neapolitan cuisine.

Cheese makers take great care
to create the right texture

and then expertly stretch it

and plait it into braids called treccia.

Completing this Detour
will be extremely difficult,

but it's what teams will
