I'm Carson Daly. Tonight, we're going to catch

you up on last night's big playoff episode,

where Team Adam and Team Kelsey did everything

they could to move on.

It was a tough night because their coaches each

had to make the grueling decision of picking only two

to move on to the semifinals.

about how I use my body onstage.

So just think about that for the future.
