was denied bail based on your

is how that argument

is even relevant

when in the Bolden versus The
State of Texas case in 1957,

right here in Judicial District 17,

the judge found that that
particular section did not apply

to a member of law enforcement
who was not a suspect

in a murder or a public corruption case.

And the prosecutor in
that case lost his job

'cause he was so careless
to cite the wrong section.

Should have been section 41.2.

And the judge in that case

while he, well I don't
remember how he ended up.

- The Bolden case.

That wasn't Judicial 17 was it?

- In my book it sure was.
