[Episode 20]

Going to their Ancestor Hall and knocking over the Suyu Tripod?

Doesn't that mean attacking the lair of the Demonic Sect?

This method of breaking the spell is no different from nothing.

We are all trapped here.

Who can go to the Suyu Mountain and overthrow the Suyu Tripod?

Sect leader, I am willing to go to the Suyu Mountain to break the Su Suyu Tripod.

Sect leader, I am going too.

I am going too.

Jing, stop it.

Stay here.

Jing, you stay.

Why can't I go?

Jing.

- I want to go. - Enough.

Stop arguing.

The bone-melting miasma has extraordinary demonic power.

With my many years of cultivation, I can protect myself.

But your cultivation levels are still shallow.

It's hard to protect yourself if you recklessly go out.

I came here

mainly to check on you.

Seeing that everyone is safe and sound,

it means you have done very well.

You don't have to worry about the Suyu Tripod.

Just guard this place.

Make sure there are no more mistakes.

Alright, wait for my news.

Murong,

have we notified all the martial sects?

They have all been informed.

They will delay their journey to the Desire Valley

upon receiving the message.

That's good.

Now we just have to wait for the sect leader to come

and discuss together how to break the miasma.

He has been gone for a long time.

Why hasn't he come back yet?

Yeah, could it be

that there's some problem in the Desire Valley?

I'm being pessimistic.

It shouldn't be.

If there's a problem, Ce will inform me.

- Master. - Master.

Letter from Mr. Mo.

Master, Uncle.

The bone-melting miasma originates from the Demonic Sect's main hall.

We need to break the Suyu Tripod to resolve it.

I'm going to the Suyu Mountain. Wait for my news.

Mo Xiao went to the Suyu Mountain.

It seems this miasma is indeed the bone-melting miasma from the Demonic Sect.

Mo Xiao must have received a message from his Dandelion Hualang.

He also went to the Suyu Mountain.

Also? Who else went?

The sect leader has not returned for so long.

He must have determined the source of the poisonous smoke

and personally went to Suyu Mountain.

Good heavens.

Perhaps the person who resurrected you is related to this power.

If what Mo Xiao said is true,

are you the one who murdered my father?

Lord.

Speak.

Lord, someone has broken into Suyu Mountain.

Such a brave person.

It should be the successor of Fengyue.

It is indeed Mo Xiao.

Lixue.

At Desire Valley, you have let me down.

This time, he came voluntarily.

My Lixue should not disappoint me, right?

Okay, I will go and capture him now.

Okay, I will wait here for your good news.

Do you have a question?

Lord, Star Lord Shaohao has repeatedly shown mercy to Mo Xiao.

And you sent her to fight Mo Xiao, I am afraid…

There is no need to fear.

Star Lord, Star Lord.

- Star Lord. - What happened?

Why are you so flustered?

I just heard some commotion outside

and listened carefully.

The patrolling guards said someone had broken into Suyu Mountain.

If someone has broken into Suyu Mountain,

people from Tranquility Palace will deal with it.

Why are you panicking?

The person who broke into the mountain

is Mo Xiao, the Young Leader of the Shushan Sect.

Who did you say?

The Young Leader of the Shushan Sect, Mo Xiao.

The successor of Fengyue Sword Lord?

Exactly.

He actually came here on his own.

The hatred for my husband's murder can be settled today.

Lixue.

Mo Xiao, how dare you break into Suyu Mountain alone?

Do you have a death wish?

I had to come to protect my companions in the Desire Valley.

Desire Valley? Didn't you save all of them?

But Chong Guang does not want to let them go easily.

He released the bone-melting miasma from the Abyss of the Demonic Sect.

He wants everyone to perish in the Desire Valley.

Even so, this is not a place you should be.

I will take you with me.

Wait for me.

Mo Xiao.

Lord, the intruder Mo Xiao

was captured by the Star Lord Yaoling.

Star Lord Shaohao has already gone after her.

We dare not act rashly against the Spiritual Palace

so I've come to report to you, Lord.

- Are you sure? - Yes.

I saw it very clearly, my lord.

The Flying Water Dragon of Star Lord Xu Yuan, hidden for many years,

appeared today.

Xu Yuan Wushuang.

You finally couldn't hold back.

Lord, Mo Xiao is extremely important to you.

Xu Yuan Wushuang must be trying to avenge Ye Yuan.

She will harm him.

Do you want me to go to Spiritual Palace, Lord?

No need, Xu Yuan Wushuang cannot kill him.

What about Star Lord Lixue?

Lixue works for me.

She dares not act rashly.

Flying Water Dragon?

Are you the legendary Queen of Ye Yuan, the former Demon Lord,

Star Lord Yaoling?

It seems that Sword Lord Fengyue knew I would come to seek revenge on you

and he has told you about it.

I understand that you seek revenge for your husband.

But my life is connected to countless others today.

Can you wait until I finish my important tasks

before settling past grudges?

I have waited 18 years for my husband's revenge.

Sword Lord Fengyue is not here,

but his successor is right in front of me.

And you want me to wait?

No, I am not willing to wait even one more breath.

Today, I will use your blood to honor my deceased husband.

Lixue.

Star Lord Shaohao, how dare you break into my Spiritual Palace?

Did Chong Guang not tell you

that among all of Suyu Mountain,

even Chong Guang cannot

enter my Spiritual Palace without permission?

I do not understand the rules of Suyu Mountain.

But Mo Xiao is the person I want to take away.

Why did you suddenly capture him?

Why?

You little girl, you've only been in Suyu Mountain for a few days.

And you're questioning me.

Do you know that I have a vendetta against Sword Lord Fengyue?

He murdered my husband and killed my son.

Do you think that's enough reason?

Today, for Chong Guang's sake,

I won't argue with you.

Leave my Spiritual Palace immediately.

Lixue, go back.

What if I insist on taking him away today?

Then don't blame me for throwing you into the Spirit Pool together with him

to feed my Flying Water Dragon.

Let's see if I, Feng Lixue, will die here.

- Lord. - Speak.

Xu Yuan Wushuang wants to kill Mo Xiao

and tied up Star Lord Lixue too.

Lord, Lord, are you okay?

The Ice Cicada has anomalies.

Lixue.

Feng Lixue, I had no intention to capture you today,

but you insist on coming to me.

Don't blame me then.

Mother, no.

I beg you to spare Lixue.

Last time at the Ancestor Hall,

you exposed Ji Xingluo for her,

and I haven't settled accounts with you yet.

You have just come out of the Demonic Prison,

but you're pleading for her without reason.

Xu Yuan Yunchao, have you forgotten your identity

or how you survived?

You gave me my life, Mother.

If you didn't save me,

I would have died in the water long ago.

But Mother,

Lixue is my only friend on the mountain.

She never harmed you.

Please spare her.

Star Lord Xu Yuan.

Star Lord Xu Yuan, calm down.

Star Lord.

Do not act impulsively.

Sword Lord Fengyue killed the former Demon Lord.

He is the common enemy of the Demonic Clan.

Lord, it is understandable that you seek revenge for the Demon Lord.

But Feng Lixue is Chong Guang's beloved disciple.

Punishing her without reason

is going to be difficult to explain to Chong Guang and other leaders.

So what if I

don't explain it to him?

Star Lord, you have been quiet for so many years.

Why be so aggressive today?

Avenging the Demon Lord is certainly important,

but what about after that?

You and I have endured hardships for many years under Chong Guang,

for what reason?

Yes.

It's been years,

but I still haven't found him.

If he is still alive,

he must be a spirited young man who could dominate anywhere.

That's why I hate it.

The enemy's disciple stands alive right before me,

but my own child is still missing.

You ask me to endure.

Tell me, how can I endure it?

Star Lord.

I understand the pain in your heart.

If you seek revenge for the Demon Lord

and want to kill the beloved disciple of Sword Lord Fengyue,

I am willing to assist you.

But as for Feng Lixue…

I don't care.

Today, I want to kill both of them.

Star Lord.

Lixue.

Lixue.

Go in first and rest well.

Jing.

Sorry about that.

Is everyone okay?

Yes.

We really should be more careful.

No one saw this coming.

Yes,

I'll go over there and check it out first.

Okay.

Don't worry.

It's better to use internal force to break out rather than just waiting here.

I'll find a way to go up the Suyu Mountain and break the Tripod.

Jing, what are you doing here?

I need to go urgently.

I need to relieve myself.

Look. What is this?

It's just a handkerchief.

Are you giving it to me?

Why are you giving me a handkerchief?

Could it be that you think your time is running out,

and you want to confess your feelings to me?

Can you be a bit more serious?

This is a Jade Handkerchief.

- This is the Jade Handkerchief? - Yes.

It's the legendary Jade Handkerchief that is said to ward off all poisons.

But this is too small.

It can only cover the mouth and nose.

It's useless.

It can get bigger.

Let's go, stop talking.

Where are we going?

Don't you want to go to Suyu Mountain and break the Suyu Tripod?

We truly have a tacit understanding.

You know what I'm thinking.

Take it.

How do you have another one?

How many of these do you have?

Two of them, one for me and one for my brother.

I stole his.

Since both of you have the Jade Handkerchief,

why are you guarding the Changhuan Hall?

Why not retreat earlier?

The Murong family is not so afraid of death.

Stop talking. Let's go.

Chong Guang, you dare to intrude into my Spiritual Palace?

Why wouldn't I dare?

Chong Guang, Ye Yuan has given you the grace of rebirth.

Now his killer is right in front of you.

Not avenging him is one thing,

but do you also intend to stop me?

I will not stop you if you seek revenge.

But Feng Lixue is my disciple.

If you dare to harm her, I won't let you.

Fine, today,

I will claim Mo Xiao's life.

Lixue.

Do you even know the way?

You're not just wandering aimlessly, are you?

One night, I sneaked into the Shrine of Divine Mechanics

to help Mo Xiao steal the Divine Mechanism Diagram from the Tielv Division.

By chance, I saw a landscape map

of Suyu Mountain at the Fengyu Division.

I remember there's a cliff on the west side of Suyu Mountain,

which is unguarded by demon soldiers.

If we want to break into the Suyu Mountain,

the safest way is to climb up from that cliff.

You dare to steal diagrams from the Shrine of Divine Mechanics,

and even spy on the Fengyu Division's maps?

I'm going to tell my father.

That's not important now.

What's important is,

is that map real?

We've been searching for a long time.

I don't see any cliffs.

The Shrine of Divine Mechanics of the Fengyu Division

is a vital place for all intelligence and information.

Maybe you hit your head and remembered wrong.

Don't blame our maps for being inaccurate.

Since there's nothing wrong with my brain,

and your map is real,

then it must be ahead. Let's go.

Star Lord Xu Yuan, I have important matters to attend to.

We will settle the grudge between us another day.

If we wait like this,

are we going to die here?

Can't the disciples of the Shushan Sect deal with this demonic miasma?

They are all highly skilled in their magical powers.

They can go without eating or drinking

for ten days to half a month here.

But if we keep waiting like this,

we're just waiting to die.

- Exactly. - Isn't it?

That's right, this is it.

Are you planning to climb up?

What else?

There are many ways to go up.

Aren't you the best with mechanical springs?

Why not make a mechanical bird to fly up?

You don't get it.

This is Suyu Mountain, the lair of the Demonic Sect.

It's the place with the heaviest evil energy.

The Shushan Sect's spiritual power

is obstructed in this place.

Alright, then we have to climb.

What are you doing?

I'm preparing to climb.

You don't need to climb.

Just stand here.

I've come all the way here with you.

Why can't I go up?

You have to stay here as my lookout and support.

What if I get caught

by patrolling demon soldiers halfway up?

Wouldn't that be embarrassing?

But I'll be worried if you go alone.

If you go up with me,

I'll be even more worried.

Alright, Jing, be good.

Just stay here and keep watch properly.

Wait for my victorious return.

Who is that, Jing?

How did you get up here?

I saw you come up alone,

so I quietly followed you.

But the higher we climb, the more scared I get.

I'm here with you.

When we return safely, I'll marry you.

Let's focus on staying alive first.

Alright, come on.

Jing, push harder.

Jing, don't stand there dumbfounded.

We're already here, what are you doing?

Step back.

Yes.

Follow me.

Follow me.

Jing, look.

This is bad. It's a maze.

Do you have any accomplices?

No, just the two of us.

Does anyone else know you climbed up Suyu Mountain?

No, just the two of us.

Don't expect to get any information from us.

Even if you kill me, I won't tell you anything.

Fine, then stay here.

What are you doing? Who are you?

If you want to stay alive,

stay here and don't wander around.

Of course, you won't be able to get out anyway.

Someone will bring you three meals a day.

Who are you, really?

What should we do?

We haven't even found the Ancestor Hall yet and we're trapped in this maze.

Don't you think this person is strange?

Instead of killing us, he locked us up.

I don't want to think about him.

What about the people in the Desire Valley?

We need to quickly find a way to escape.

- Quickly. - Go.

Mo Xiao is here.

Why hasn't Chong Guang made a move?

You actually came.

The bone-melting miasma can only be resolved by overturning the Suyu Tripod.

I had to come.

Do you think Suyu Mountain is just any place?

You think you can come and go as you please.

Back then, if wasn't for…

I am the sect leader of the Shushan Sect.

I have to protect my disciples and uphold righteousness.

I have to risk my life in the battle.

Yuan Beichen, your Xuanyuan sword might be unparalleled,

but this is Suyu Mountain.

The spiritual energy of the celestial sword is obstructed.

You might not be Chong Guang's match.

Aren't you afraid of death?

If this is my fate, to die for all living beings,

then it can be considered a proper death.

If you beg me now, I might be able to help you.

A disciple of the Immortal Sect would rather die standing than kneel to live.

What makes you think I won't stop you?

You, you can't stop me.

Will you ever feel a little guilty

toward me in this lifetime?

Years ago, the Sword Lord wanted to pass the sect leader position to me.

Thus, I am tied to destiny,

unable to control my own fate.

That's a nice way of saying it.

The Suyu Tripod.

What's that sound?

What's that sound?

Could it be a demonic beast from the Demon Sect?

No, it sounds more like something heavy falling.

The Suyu Tripod.

The Suyu Tripod has fallen.

The Suyu Tripod has fallen. It's Mo Xiao.

He helped me save you.

Today, let's pretend that the Tranquility Palace heard nothing.

However, whether he can escape or not depends on himself.

It's heavily guarded by demonic soldiers there.

He definitely won't be able to escape.

Stop, I said that today, the Tranquility Palace heard nothing.

Master, he just saved me.

I will repay that favor.

Star Lord, someone just broke into the Ancestor Hall.

Who dares to break into the Ancestor Hall of the Tianmo Sect?

It's Mo Xiao, the successor of the Sword Lord Fengyue, Young Leader of the Shushan Sect.

If Mo Xiao broke into the Ancestor Hall,

why didn't you stop him?

If it weren't for Feng Lixue causing trouble,

he would have long been buried in the belly of my Flying Water Dragon.

How could he have broken into the Ancestor Hall

and broken the holy artifact of our sect, the Suyu Tripod?

The Demonic Abyss awaits him there.

Never mind, it saves Star Lord Xu Yuan the trouble of dealing with him personally.

Today, to see a disciple of the Shushan Sect dying in the Demonic Abyss

is satisfaction for me.

Do you want to miss

the great opportunity to avenge the former lord?

Of course not.
