[Destiny & Saving]

[Episode 3]

What? The Void Cauldron?

Why is it the Void Cauldron?

The Void Cauldron.

You want me

to disappear forever in three realms, right?

Ni Huang.

My sister was right.

Men are all heartless and untrustworthy.

I trusted you wrongly.

You actually toyed with me

for the sake of the three realms.

Ni Huang.

I will destroy these three realms.

Ni Huang, Ni Huang.

Demon, hand over your primordial pellet!

Ni Huang.

Sacred Flame True Fire.

Sacred Flame True Fire

and Primordial Ice

are two totally different divine powers.

Celestial Edict will certainly trigger a disturbance.

Guard the demoness!

I will go guard the Celestial Edict.

Yes.

This divine artifact

is indeed extraordinary.

With the Celestial Edict,

one can reverse heaven and earth,

revive the dead,

and command the three realms.

The Celestial Edict,

which can overturn the three realms,

I will get you soon.

Ni Huang!

Why didn't you dodge?

The law of karma

I never thought after cultivating for ten thousand years,

I still couldn't escape karma.

But, Ni Huang,

I didn't lie to you.

I will fulfill the promises

I made to you.

What is it?

I used the Dragon Pearl

to cover your True Fire spiritual breath

and fall from the Immortal Platform,

becoming a human.

From then on, no one in the three realms can find you.

No.

No.

Except for me.

Yuan You Divine Lord, Tuo Sang

was trapped by the power of the divine artifact,

and lost his mind.

You turned into a demon with a single thought.

Today, I strip away your immortal root

and cast you into the realm of unremitting suffering.

You'll repent in the state of no birth and no death,

no heart and no emotion,

no past

and no

future.

Celestial Edict has been sealed by the God of War of Gods Realm for a thousand years.

Now, the God of War has perished.

The Lijing Heavenly Realm Seal has been broken.

Heavenly Lord has decreed.

From today,

Celestial Edict is sealed into Abyss of Infinity under Buzhou Mountain,

guarded by the Shushan Sect Immortal Sect.

You have been sleeping in the Blood Demon Pearl

for nearly a century.

Now you can finally be reborn.

Who are you?

Ye Yuan, the Lord of the Heaven Demon Clan.

Who am I?

You are the Fallen God of the Nine Heavens.

A thousand years ago,

the battle of Celestial Edict in the Gods Realm

shook the three realms.

You were convicted and cast into the realm of unremitting suffering.

It was your unwilling heart

to fight until your true body was destroyed,

manage to escape with your soul essence,

and fell onto my Suyu Mountain.

This must be our fate.

The Heaven Demon Clan, thousands of years ago,

was banished by the Gods Realm,

also because of the change in Celestial Edict.

And then, we retreated here.

Now, I have reshaped your physical body with the Blood Demon Pearl

and restored your magical power,

just to remind you

this thousand-year feud.

I have not forgotten it.

And you cannot forget it.

From today,

you will be the guardian of the Heaven Demon Clan,

Chong Guang.

Guardian of the Heaven Demon Clan,

Chong Guang,

this name

sounds pretty good.

Its implication is 'You are reborn today

and see the daylight again'.

What can I

do for you?

Not for me,

but for us.

Would you be willing to join my forces

to turn the tide

and avenge the previous disgrace

one day?

Although, I've lost my memory of Gods Realm,

the hatred of my soul being destroyed

should be avenged.

Okay.

If you and I join forces,

we can definitely sweep the nine heavens

and redraw the three realms.

It sounds

great.

But,

to sweep the nine heavens,

we still need one magic weapon.

Celestial Edict.

That's right.

Celestial Edict is sealed

Abyss of Infinity,

under Buzhou Mountain.

Right?

Abyss of Infinity has been quiet for years.

But recently, there has been unusual movement.

Perhaps,

the thousand-year seal of Celestial Edict is weakening.

Shushan Sect wants to reseal it.

But coincidentally,

the Sword Immortal, Fengyue Sword Lord of Shushan Sect is in seclusion.

So,

I have come across

a once in a lifetime opportunity.

This day,

I have been waiting

for a long time.

Don't wait any longer.

Left protector, Ming Huang.

Right protector, Tu Shuo.

Star Lord of Dark Soul Palace, Ji Xingluo.

Leaders of the Seven Caves and Nine Netherworlds

pay respects to you!

I will set up another

Grand Protector

above all of your ranks

to assist me

illuminate the Heavenly Demon Clan.

Chong Guang,

come out and meet everyone!

Who is he?

Where did he come from?

From today onwards,

Chong Guang is the Grand Protector of our Heavenly Demon Clan,

second only to my position.

All Star Lords,

seeing the Protector is like seeing me.

Why don't you quickly pay respects to the Protector?

What?

Don't you

understand what I am saying?

Greetings to the Grand Protector!

Chong Guang is a Fallen God from Gods Realm,

who has come to Heavenly Demon Clan.

This is a heavenly mandate.

Heavenly Demon Clan has been ostracized by Gods Realm,

retreating to Suyu Mountain for thousands of years.

Now,

with the help of Chong Guang,

we will become even more powerful.

As long as we can seize Celestial Edict,

Heavenly Demon Clan

will surely regain the former prosperity.

Lord,

the Celestial Edict is guarded by the Immortal Sect

and is sealed in the Abyss of Infinity.

To seize it,

it will mean declaring war on Shushan Sect.

Our demon soldiers have not fought a major battle in years.

To battle with Shushan Sect,

the probability of winning against them is not high.

Under the orders of you,

we dare not disobey.

But seizing Celestial Edict is of great importance.

Please reconsider, lord.

It seems everyone has been at peace for too long.

Their fighting spirit and passion have faded.

If our demon army launches a surprise attack,

I believe

Shushan Sect will be caught off guard.

That's right,

we aim to catch them by surprise.

Suyu Mountain

has trapped us for thousands of years.

Days like this,

we will no longer endure!

Today,

all of you follow me to Buzhou Mountain

and seize Celestial Edict

to help the Heavenly Demon Clan rise

and unify the three realms.

Rising Heavenly Demon, unifying the three realms!

No way!

- Honey. - Lord.

You are pregnant.

Why not rest

at the palace?

You want to go to Buzhou Mountain?

Honey,

you're about to give birth.

Don't worry about this matter.

Return to the palace and wait for me in peace.

When our son was born,

he'll see

Heavenly Demon Clan

unifying the three realms.

After my triumphant return,

I will surely give you and our son

a grand gift.

Lord, Lord!

Rising Heavenly Demon Clan,

unifying the three realms!

Fengyue,

I didn't expect you to come out of seclusion early.

Ye Yuan,

Celestial Edict is sealed here by the nine heavens.

One who seizes it

will be an enemy of Gods Realm.

All three realms will attack.

Aren't you afraid

that you will implicate the Heavenly Demon Clan?

And even the last refuge

will be lost.

I want to rebel against the Nine Heavens and three realms!

Seize the Command!

I will stop him!

Go seize Celestial Edict!

Demonic Edict!

Child,

you must remember

you are the son of Demon Lord.

You must

survive!

Lord!

Guard the Demonic Sect well for me!

From today on,

you shall serve Chong Guang as your lord.

- Lord. - Lord.

Wait for another day.

- Lord. - Lord.

Go!

[Xuanqing Yard]

Master.

Excuse me, do you know the way up the mountain?

Master.

Excuse me,

do you know the way up the mountain?

Who are you?

So, you can talk after all.

I was having my noon class just now.

I couldn't be interrupted.

So you injured me with your sword.

I just wanted to prevent you from interrupting me.

Besides,

you made the first move.

I was just asking a question.

I called you, but you didn't respond.

So I tried to use my Phoenix Feather Chain to call you.

I asked my question and then left.

What's wrong with a brief interruption?

There's no one around in the courtyard.

Why are you taking it so seriously?

My master said the class ends at Shen hour.

So I must end class at Shen hour.

It doesn't matter if there are people or not.

It turns out you are a simpleton.

Who on earth are you?

What do you want to ask?

You don't need to worry about who I am.

I just need to go up the mountain.

Do you know

is there a way up the mountain here?

There's no path in this Xuanqing Yard.

How did you get up here?

I climbed up.

What are you going up the mountain for?

My father is dueling someone at the top of Snow Peak.

It's been three days and nights.

I'm very worried.

So, I want to go see.

My master also said

he's going to duel someone at the top of Snow Peak.

That person is your father?

The one fighting my father

is your master?

You also once cultivated immortality in the Immortal Sect.

You should know

the Celestial Edict concerns the safety of the three realms.

It is not an ordinary magic artifact.

Today,

even if you defeat me,

the thousands of disciples from Shushan Sect

will still fight to the death to protect Celestial Edict.

Fengyue,

back then, we practiced together under our late master's tutelage.

My talent is clearly far superior to yours,

yet our master passed on the Fengyue Swordsmanship to you.

He also asked me to help you guard Celestial Edict.

Now,

my divine skills have been completed.

Although our master has long passed away,

I believe his spirit in heaven

will surely see

how great of a mistake his initial choice

was!

Back then, you were moved by worldly affairs,

even to the point of severing your path to immortality,

and betraying Immortal Sect.

Our late master

was so disappointed in you that he passed the cultivation skills to me instead.

I never expected you to harbor such resentment,

concealing malicious intentions

and blaming him for being unfair.

If Celestial Edict were to fall into your hands,

it would surely bring disaster to the world.

Fine, let's see who will win in our life-and-death battle today.

Since

it is your master and my father who are fighting,

why don't we go up the mountain together to watch the battle?

No, my master instructed me

to wait for his return in the temple.

What a fool!

So obedient.

Let me ask you,

if you committed a mistake,

would your master punish you severely?

He wouldn't even punish you, so what are you afraid of?

It's not that he wouldn't punish me,

it's that I have never committed a mistake.

What a pitiful fool!

There are rights and wrongs on earth.

If you haven't even committed a mistake,

you have only understood

half of the truths in this world.

Even if you sit here until you grow old,

you cannot attain the Way, fool.

Forget it,

I'll go myself.

There's no path up the mountain. How will you go?

I'm climbing up.

It's too dangerous.

It's none of your business.

I have calculated

you have a calamity coming soon.

After I leave,

you must remember

to stay in the temple

and follow the schedule.

Calm your mind and understand the Way.

Do not step out of the temple.

This calamity,

you might be able to pass safely.

Quick, give me your hand.

Here.

Quick.

Your hand!

Move away quickly.

You can't save me.

Let go quickly.

If I let go, you will die.

If you don't let go, you will also die.

No, I will save you.

Hold on.

You just grabbed my hand.

If I didn't grab you, you would die.

Are you okay?

I'm fine, you don't need to worry.

Y-You, aren't you cold?

Cold?

Under this scorching sun,

why am I cold?

That's strange.

Is there something wrong with me?

Ice Silkworm Cocoon!

Do you know it?

I have seen it in medical books.

White jade ice silkworm,

its cocoon is extremely cold.

It doesn't get wet in water,

and isn't scorched by fire.

How does such a treasure end up on you?

I was born with an extraordinary cold body.

No one can come near me.

Father got it

from a doctor named Shi Bujiu

to protect myself.

With

this Ice Silkworm Cocoon,

I can close to everything.

But

ordinary people getting close to me

will still shiver from the cold.

Why are you not afraid?

I don't know.

But I don't feel cold.

Can I hold your hand again?

It's amazing.

You are the first person in the world who is not afraid of the extreme cold on me.

Can you be my good friend?

You are the only person in the world who is not afraid of me.

You can become my only good friend.

What is a good friend?

My father said

a good friend is someone who lives and dies together.

I won't let you die.

I will protect you.

So you agree.

You even have compassion for fledglings.

My master said

what we need to protect

are the kind-hearted people with compassion.

No.

Because I am your good friend.

How will you protect me?

I will take you to the mountain.

Aren't you afraid of making mistakes?

In my opinion,

watching you go on a death-defying adventure is a mistake.

I will do what I think is right.

Master.

Though you look fool,

you are quite sharp.

My name is Mo Xiao.

I'm not a Master.

My name is Feng Lixue.

Mo Xiao,

how will you take me to the mountain?
