Ennis Breeze - Real crimes author

"DNA of the Devil: Killer daughter has an abortion "

Tell how it will be with Elijah.

The audience is tomorrow,

And I hope to present all these new evidence,

A Elijah has a new judgment and declared innocent.

You think you have a chance of him Being free with what we have?

There are only two scenarios

where someone comes out free of an audience:

The first is the DNA that, for sure,

would discard Elijah, what we don't have.

Or the prosecutor admits that he arrested the accused erroneously,

and the judge agrees, The two sign an acquittal.

But that's improvable.

Callaway is what we call of "Innoocance Negador",

And I would like to say that he The exception is the rule, but ...

This is not the case.

Perdion, but what would be The worst scenario?

The worst scenario is if we do not a new judgment.

ENGY ELIJAH would be executed in 41 days.

Okay, let's take a break.

All good.

I need battery.

I get it.

I already bring a full battery.

It cost.

What is that?

I don't know, is a lipstick?

, He calls "Carmine extravagance",

you are finding you In a small boutique in Miami,

But I found it under your table in the room of homes.

Did Gillian come here?

It is better you start from the beginning.

Joyce talking.

Hi, Joyce.

Who speaks?

Your brother, Elijah, is arrested for a crime I committed.

call me "happy face".

I killed Heather Richmond, And I'm ready to confess.

When was that?

About three months.

All good.

Why did he call you?

He said he needed help.

- To do what? - He said at the beginning,

S said that someone would come Here and would explain everything to me.

And that's how that Came to end here.

Joyce.

I am Gillian.

My heart if part is only seeing you.

Can I come in?

NO CALL FOR HIM, He is calling you.

And where do you enter all this?

I believe I have the opportunity to undo a serious error.

One more thing: you have some Case file to show me?

Our!

Care if I take some pictures?

If it was he, then, why ...

Heather's death It was a long time.

Keith killed many women,

And sometimes, He confuses the details.

And if he misses something, The confession would not have value.

My God. I'm very sorry.

Enter my father lied!

What? No! Keith killed Heather.

It doesn't change nothing.

- It's kidding, don't you? - Okay, let's calm down.

Joyce, In addition to showing the files,

You did something else For Keith or Gillian?

I made a happy face in a river.

What are you?

He called a night

And said it needed A gimmick for medium.

But it looked old!

He told me to use A business, tungle.

He said he was going to grow old.

And he explained exactly which tools to use,

And I did what he asked for.

It was a brand in a rvore, I didn't hurt anyone.

I didn't have an idea of the program, of you.

I thought he would confess for policy.

Okay, I need to know What else did you do to him.

What else he asked for.

That's it, I swear.

I made the happy face, I I showed the files to Gillian.

And it was s.

Elijah knows?

No.

And you'll never know, don't you?

Joyce.

This is very, very serious.

You saw Against what I'm fighting!

What should I have done?

I said he was lying since the beginning.

Okay. Melissa, we're not sure.

We don't know what she hid, We have to tell Gabriela everything.

- We don't have it! - We have, yes!

"What if they surprised you at the audience?" - Okay, not! No way.

NO WE ARRIVED ALSO FAR To die on the beach.

Yes, Joyce did shit.

But the other side does not play clean, Why do we have to play?

And nothing she did

Changes the fact that Heather was murdered

When Elijah It was at work, point.

And the beauty of this video

What has nothing to do with with your father, not with you.

S involves Elijah, his life and death,

And I will not spoil this fucking, And you are not, okay?

cataloging an inventory,

Not to mention two breaks to the bathroom

and your half -hour break.

I must let the video run for 12 hours

to fully establish My client's libi, excellence?

I think we already understand.

I will also present the DNA test

and a confession that identifies another suspect,

Keith Jesperson, a serial killer condemned.

But, I believe These two vdes alone

already show that my client Innocent,

that your prison a grave judicial error,

And that he deserves a new judgment.

The State wants to answer Initial Defense Declaration?

Yes, excellence.

Excellence,

N We support the defense request of a new judgment.

Silvio!

The Prosecutor can support A new judgment, but I don't.

I would like to finish this condemnation.

I believe this evidence Real proof of innocence,

and if the prosecution agrees,

I would like to free the Lord Carter with a conditional suspension.

Mr. Callaway, If you choose to release?

The state does not choose, excellence.

Sir Carter,

The Superior Courts vão need to officialize,
