- [Narrator] Jack has become the slave of the wicked queen.
Now he has taken Snow White into the bewitched forest
from which no one has ever been able to escape.
However, the local fairies recognize Jack as their prince,
and the young man manages to get himself
and Snow White out of the forest.
But, Jack has managed to put a most
unusual mirror into Snow White's pocket.
What could be the purpose of this mirror?
(upbeat music)
- Wind, earth, water, and fire?
What could all this stuff mean Boss?
- I don't know, but let's try to join
the elements powers with Malarka's sword.
(pleasant music)
- With the sword we can try to defeat the evil queen
and give Snow White back her freedom.
- Woody!
Let me try!
(groaning)
It's not moving!
- The power of the elements combined with
the power of Malarka's sword.
- Power of the elements, do you mean the force of nature?
- Don't think too hard, you might break something Jolly.
- Don't tease me Woody, I'm very worried!
Are you thinking what I'm thinking?
- Yes Jolly, I think I'm thinking
exactly what you're thinking I think.
- You know, I think the same thing.
- Oh, do you remember all the adventures we had
when we left home for the purpose of learning about life?
- Yes, we captured the three joys,
elves turned out to be generous
and thanks to you Jolly, Poppy grew up healthy and strong.
- [Jolly] You're embarrassing me.
(yawns)
- [Snow White] And when I needed to be saved
in the goblin region, you came
to my rescue with a magic root.
- [Jolly] They're spirits of fire.
Their price is Gobby, you know him.
A bit stubborn, but nice.
- [Snow White] And as I recall, the wind fairy Milfay
liked you very much.
(wind whistles)
(Jolly chuckles)
- [Jolly] I am quite successful with fairies.
(Jolly chuckles)
(pleasant music)
- Yippee!
I did it Snow White!
(giggling)
(crying)
- M-m-m-milfay!
You're squeezing too tight!
I always believed you were a great fairy.
(laughing)
- Hey Jolly, you don't have to brag!
- Are you done recalling your glorious past?
- Oh, yes.
What were we talking about?
- Jolly stop daydreaming and pay attention.
We're talking about asking for their help.
- Good idea, let's invite them over.
- Fine, let's go fetch Poppy, Gobby, and Milfay.
We'll have a great party, come on let's get going!
- Traveling alone recently has become rather dangerous.
It would be better if we stick together.
- Wow Jolly, you've sure been acting more grownup lately.
You must be getting more mature.
- Don't underestimate me, I'm not a child anymore you know?
(yells)
- Jolly are you all right?
- I'm fine, I guess I missed that rock.
(laughing)
(ominous music)
(gasps)
- I'm growing older and older with each passing minute.
The only hope for me is to capture Snow White
as soon as possible.
I do have one more card to play.
The time has come to evoke him.
I cannot wait.
Oh, but what if I've already failed?
(ominous music)
I call upon the spirits of Jonas the great magician.
(yawns)
- Who dare wakes me, what's going on, why am I here?
(yawns)
The only time people call on me
is when there's something wrong on earth,
but I'm still tired, I need my sleep.
- [Narrator] The great magician Jonas has fantastic power,
but it's risky for the queen to have conjured Jonas,
for he has powers greater than she herself.
- Oh great magician Jonas, the time has come
for you to use your great power
to save our world from total misery.
- You look a little ill.
I suppose you must have suffered a lot.
- Ah Jonas, a wicked being disguised
as an innocent princess has turned
the region upside down with her evil magic.
Her name is Snow White, and you must get rid of her.
- You look a little ill, but don't worry
I'll take care of your problem.
(laughs)
- I really think this is the right path
to the region of our old friends,
don't you agree Snow White?
- You were right, it looks familiar to me too.
- Hey guys, come on we don't have time for that stuff.
We gotta get going!
- Don't be in such a rush, Jolly.
They're just having a drink.
We've all got dry throat!
- Oh I guess you're right, we'll rest for a while.
(cooing)
- What's up Coocoo huh?
- That's strange, what's going on?
The animals are running around senselessly,
as though they've been possessed by fear.
(yelping)
- Oh my, what do you think is happening in the woods?
- I'll go check.
Look over there, I think I see something.
- Huh, oh no the meadows!
- Chamomile, do you know why the meadow changed color?
- I don't know Jolly, but the color
is fading out of everything.
- I don't believe it!
- Jolly are you all right?
(grunting) - It can't be.
- What the, what on earth is happening?
- This is terrible!
- Why'd you do that?
- Everything is turned to stone.
- Poor little squirrel.
- Awful!
If the entire forest turns to stone,
we'll have no food and nothing to eat.
What to do?
- It can't be!
This is impossible!
- What will we do then?
(laughing)
(growls)
- Here's your answer, here's something else
you won't understand.
- What are you doing?
(laughs)
- And here's something for you my little friend.
- I think we should get out of here!
(laughing)
- You've done your last bit of evil deeds,
now it's time to give yourselves up!
You there with the bird, are you Snow White?
Your sweet face belies a wicked and cruel
soul that lurks within you.
(gasps)
- What are you talking about?
You don't know anything about Snow White!
- Shut up, little kids should never talk back.
- Oh my, who do you think you are anyway?
- Listen Snow White, you have to
come with me to Green Valley Castle.
You cannot disobey.
If you do, you risk being turned into a statue.
And don't give me that sweet, innocent little face look!
- Take this!
That takes care of him.
- You little gremlins are gonna pay for this, I promise!
(panting)
- Wait, the forest will soon be totally petrified
and Malarka's sword as well!
We must defend both of them, and quickly!
- That's a good idea.
I'll go get the elves and goblins.
- That's helpful Jolly, thanks.
(laughs)
- You guys want to come along with me huh?
(barks, meows, coos)
- They're smart animals, but they might get in the way.
- You should be careful not to overlook
how useful these animals can be.
You should take them with you.
- You bet I will!
(dramatic music)
(yells)
Pocket, Milk, Coocoo!
(yelling)
- Now come on Jolly, quit laying around on the job.
- But what about Pocket, Milk, and Coocoo?
- Milk, Pocket, Coocoo!
- Come on, we've got to get out of here.
(laughing)
- I'm going to petrify the entire forest.
You'll never make it out alive!
(panting)
- Malarka's sword!
(laughs)
- Stop there, now I'm going to
turn you into cute little statues!
You'll be asleep forever!
(laughs)
- Get down, don't let that bolt hit!
- Ah in the lake everybody, let's go!
Don't worry, we'll take care of it.
- You're gonna try to hide there?
You're going to be holding your breath an awfully long time,
but you might as well start now!
(yells)
(laughs)
(barking, meowing, cooing)
- Oh what noise, I can't even take my afternoon nap!
- Oh look what cute little animals.
- Be careful, they might be dangerous
and they could bite you.
(barking, meowing)
- They are Milk, Pocket, and Coocoo.
(barking)
They're telling us something.
- Ah, all I want is a nap ah!
- No prince Gobby, let's hear what they have to say.
- What's going on little fella?
(barks)
What's that you say, Snow White and Jolly are in danger?
(laughs)
- I bet they're almost ready to give themselves up.
How long do you think you can stay in there?
Why don't you come out and give yourselves up?
Your evil will be petrified so that
harmony will return to the world!
This is your punishment for doing evil
to the queen of Green Valley Castle.
- There what are you talking about?
We are fighting against the wicked one!
- It's not us but my stepmother
who behaves like a terrible, evil witch.
- Hm, I don't believe you!
(laughs)
(yells) - Let's go!
- What do you think you're doing?
- Ha, you're helpless without your magic wand aren't you?
- Give me back my wand!
(groaning)
- Look what you've done, you stupid magician.
Ah, you were supposed to be so great.
But you just couldn't even handle a girl
as feeble as Snow White, could you?
(dramatic music)
Listen to me bat, go into the woods
immediately and await my orders.
Ha, I will turn my problems to stone.
(whimpering)
(dramatic music)
Those who will get in my way will be petrified.
Jonas, since you are worthless,
I'll turn you into a statue as well.
- You tricked me you evil queen!
- Get out of the way Jonas!
- I can't believe how foolish I've been.
I'm so embarrassed.
Snow White, I believed I had to petrify you
when all along it was the queen who was evil.
Now she wants to kill me!
Forgive me Snow White, oh please forgive me.
I was wrong about you.
(yelling)
- Yah yah!
Hang on everybody, Gobby to the rescue!
(panting)
- Malarka's sword is over there,
we've got to get to it quick!
- I sure hope nothing's happened to it!
- Don't lose your calm, we must defend the sword!
- Be brave Snow White!
(rumbling)
- Remember keep your heads down!
(squeaking)
(moaning)
(squeaking)
(barking, cooing)
(squeaking)
- Hi you guys!
- Oh Poppy, Gobby, Milfay!
We're so glad to see you.
- We can chat later, Jolly.
We have to unite our powers!
Water!
Wind!
(groaning)
Fire!
- Hooray, it's all three elements!
- The sword will regain its powers!
- It looks like it's still petrified.
- But why do you suppose that is?
- The mirror said this, there are four elements.
Water, wind, fire, we still need earth.
- You're right, but who do we know
that could help us get the fourth element?
- I don't know.
- [Narrator] The mirror did speak of four elements.
Water, wind, fire, but what about earth?
Will Snow White be able to find and use the fourth element?
