- [Narrator] Prince Gobby and his fiance Memole
come to the woods to visit Snow White.
Meanwhile, the Wicked Queen, through witchcraft,
awakens a bad spirit meant to eliminate
the forest's tiny inhabitants.
(dramatic midi music)
The evil spirit, Ronny, sneaks up on Memole
and takes possession of her body.
(triumphant midi music)
(wind whistles)
(folk flute plays)
(fire crackles)
- Well, now this is strange.
Where could Memole and everybody else be?
She must have gone to see Snow White without me.
No, that's just crazy.
It's not like Memole to do something like that on her own.
(birds chirping)
- Good morning, everybody down for breakfast!
(door creaks) (yawns)
- Snow White it's too early.
- I get up at dawn, unlike you sleepyheads who sleep in.
Come on, wash your faces and get ready for breakfast,
I'm hungry!
And you, Jolly, please, go and wake up Gobby and Memole,
otherwise their breakfast will get cold.
- [Dwarves] Oh?
- What's wrong?
Gobby and Memole did spend the night here, isn't that right?
- [Dwarves] Well, um, not exactly.
(birds chirping)
- Oh, I see they've already gone back home.
- Well, they did say
they'd come back and visit us again sometime.
- Don't worry about it, Snow White.
Goldie made up with them, now everything's okay.
- If you say so.
Oh, Boss, by the way,
I have something very important to ask you.
- Huh?
(squirrels chomping)
- Here you go.
Here are all the books.
They're a bit dusty,
but I think you'll find all the information you require.
- Thank you very much, Boss.
- Wow, Snow White,
what are you going to do with all these books?
- Well, I hate to feel helpless,
and I want to read all of them, and who knows?
I could even find a solution to my problem.
- It may not be in these books.
- Yeah, but.
- I know we didn't find anything,
not even in the Book of Knowledge,
but it doesn't mean that other books couldn't be of help.
We have to start somewhere.
- Are you serious?
You're gonna read every single one of these?
- Why, of course, and I will start just as soon as
all of you have gone off to work.
- Mm, mm.
(birds chirping)
- Have a good day at work, you guys!
- Ooh, I almost forgot, if something should happen,
you must send word to us immediately.
- Okay!
- I made it even stronger this time,
so when you use it be twice as careful,
and whatever you do, don't look at the light.
- What are you talking about?
- Oh, don't worry about it, Snow White,
I'll take care of it.
And you, hurry up, you'll be late.
- Well, you just be careful.
- Oops, I'm gonna be late, too.
I'll see you later, Vet.
- Huh? - Bye, Snow White.
I'll see you when I get back.
- Jolly!
- Jolly always has a scheme in mind.
- Snow White's gonna be so surprised.
I'm gonna go pick her some fresh fruit
to give her lots and lots of energy.
(bird cawing)
(steady midi music)
This is exactly what Snow White needs, lots of vitamins.
Oh, I hope I got enough.
- Where is she? - Uh?
Uh, a goblin?
But what are you doing here?
- Where can I find Snow White?
- Snow White?
How do you know her?
- Memole told me about her.
- Oh, so you're Memole's aunt.
Don't worry she's resting at our cottage.
- Hmm, that's fine, Memole will be at the cottage soon.
- Oh, so is Memole with you now?
Hey, where are you going?
Wait a sec, I'll walk with you, if you like.
Whoa!
Aw, I think I broke my tailbone.
Huh?
Oh, thank goodness you're here,
I need some help getting out.
Hello, can you hear me up there?
Wait, wait, don't leave, I still need help!
Don't leave yet, wait!
Hello!
Hello!
Oh, I should have known, you tricked me, didn't you,
you wicked old goblin?
You're all the same, I can't trust any of you.
Huh, huh?
Oh no!
Ah, ah, I'm sinking, I'm sinking, I'm sinking!
Help me, help me, help me, oh please!
- Huh?
- [Jolly] Somebody please, I'm sinking!
Help!
Help me, help me, please!
(crying) - Huh.
- Ahh! - Jolly!
(birds chirping) (water rushing)
Wait, are you telling me
that all the goblins have left without helping you at all?
- That's exactly what I'm saying.
None of them even tried.
- Well then, you must have done something to offend them,
because the goblins that I know help everyone.
- I've been nothing but kind, besides, Gobby,
you know me better than that.
(birds chirping)
(door creaks)
- Huh? - Uh?
- Memole? - Oh, Memole!
Oh, thank goodness, I thought you weren't coming back!
Where's Gobby?
- Gobby?
He should be here any moment, unless he got delayed.
Snow White, there's someone outside
that I'd really like you to meet.
- You want me to go with you then?
- Yes, exactly. - Huh?
Oh! - Oh, Gobby, Jolly!
- Memole! - Memole.
- What were you thinking, Memole?
Why did you leave without waiting for me?
- Well, you see I, that is.
- And you need to explain something to me.
I had a horrible day, it was awful,
and it was all because of your aunt.
- Really? Memole's aunt? - Really? Memole's aunt?
- I was talking with her and then all of a sudden
I fall into a deep pit.
No one would help me out,
not your aunt or the other goblins.
- I'm sorry for the trouble you went through,
I don't think the goblins had anything to do with it.
(gasps)
Look over there, there they are!
- They all came to see Snow White?
- You must excuse my aunt's appearance,
she is a little strange, but she's also very kind.
Okay, Jolly, Prince Gobby,
could you please go and escort them here?
- Well, I.
- Let's let bygones be bygones, come on, Jolly.
Ah, good day to all of you!
- Wow-uh. - Uh, hello?
- They are strange, aren't they?
- Yeah, you could say that.
(screaming)
(laughing menacingly)
- Let us go! (groaning)
Let us go, right now! (groaning)
I demand to know what's going on!
- Exactly, what is going on here?
- Come with me. - Ah!
Memole, Memole!
What is wrong with you?
Don't pull me! (screaming)
- Ah, Snow White!
- I said come with me now! (struggled yelps)
- You're hurting me, Memole, let go!
- Run, Snow White, you have to get away from her right now!
- Memole, just where do you think you're going?
- She's of no concern to you.
The goblins will take care of her now.
- What's going on here?
- Oh, this is terrible,
I must warn Chamomile and the others!
- Snow White is one of us now.
Come on, Snow White, we're taking you home.
- Let go of me, Memole.
- You leave Snow White alone. - I order you
to let her go at once.
(explosion) - Huh?
- Alright! (groans)
Shut your eyes right now, Snow White!
- Ah! - You, too, Gobby.
(explosion) (groaning)
(worried yells) - Hurry up and seek shelter!
- Poor Memole.
- Wait, Memula said that the goblins
will be taking care of Snow White?
- Mm. - Hmm.
Why should the goblins be interested in Snow White?
- Yes, it is very suspicious.
- Ah.
- The Queen could be behind this.
- You mean Chrystal? (gasps)
- Sure, she's always up to no good.
- So, that must mean that the goblins
are now working with her.
- So it would appear.
- No, I will not believe it.
Mm.
(intense music)
(muffled yells)
(evil laugh)
- [Dwarves] Huh?
(animals alerting)
- You must come with me now.
- What's she doing?
- [Gobby] Snow White!
- You can't get away.
The doors will never be able to completely protect you.
And it is our sworn duty to deliver you to the Queen.
- Now do you see?
Is this enough proof to quiet your doubts, Prince Gobby?
- Impossible.
Something must have happened to Memole while I was away.
- We entered into a sworn covenant with the Queen
and Prince Gobby, you must honor it, too.
- What is this nonsense, Memole, what are you--
(groans)
- What's wrong with you, why are you doing all of this?
(intense music)
- Come back, Memole. - No, don't go, Gobby.
- You don't understand, Snow White,
something has taken control of Memole.
I have to go save her.
- Taking control?
Who would do such a thing?
- How do you know that somebody is using her
against her will?
- Memole is kind and sweet.
Her mere presence warms the heart of everyone she meets.
She'd never hurt anybody, least of all Snow White.
- That didn't seem to stop her from kidnapping Snow White,
she even confessed to being in cahoots with the Evil Queen
right in front of all of us.
- Yeah, how can we believe you?
- Huh?
Hmm, you have to give me some time.
They're all victims of the Queen's cruelty.
Goblins are naturally good and peaceful.
I'll prove it to you.
Please.
(grunting)
- Gobby,
you have the trust of all of us.
- [Dwarves] Huh?
- Gobby knows Memole very well.
Why should we not believe him?
- Thank you, Snow White.
- Gee, I don't know,
the goblins will be back any minute now.
- The only way that we'll get through this
is to work together.
Don't you agree, Boss?
- Yes, we must trust Gobby, he's our only hope.
- [Dwarves] Mm-hmm.
- Thanks so much.
- No, thank you, Snow White.
- Hurry, hurry, don't slow down.
(maniacal laughing)
(midi chorus singing)
(chimes)
(steady bassoon melody)
- Mm, there they are.
(laughs)
- So, are you ready, Vet?
- Everything's going according to plan.
Be careful, Cuc.
(wings flapping)
Okay, that's it, we're done.
We're ready for them now.
(dog barks) (cat meows)
- Okay, now you guys.
(bassoon melody plays)
- Alright, Snow White, be careful.
Watch your step. - I'm fine.
I'm fine, I can do it myself.
We've gotta hurry up, we can't wait so long.
- Don't worry Snow White, we'll be right behind you.
Now, go ahead.
- Mm-hmm.
- After you, Prince Gobby.
- No, you go right ahead my little friend, I insist.
I'll follow you.
- No, please, I insist.
- What's wrong, you still don't trust me?
- I was just trying to be polite.
(crashing)
- Huh? - Wha?
- Oh no, what's going on?
- They're attacking us.
- Oh, we gotta get out of here.
- Jolly, hurry up.
(groaning)
(footsteps)
- Ugh, those confounded dwarves have escaped.
They've taken Snow White, hurry, we must catch them.
- Hurry, let's go to the mine.
(footsteps) (panting)
(intense music) (grunting)
(gasping) (sighing)
- Snow White!
- Are you feeling alright, Snow White?
- Yes, I'm okay.
(panting)
- The Princess is a little weak because of the poison.
- We have to hurry, the sun is going down.
- They're going to be reaching us soon.
- They're almost here, what are we going to do now?
- You just leave them to me.
- Huh? - Gobby?
- I think I can buy us some time,
I have just the thing to deal with them.
It's a matter of honor for me as a goblin prince,
I must not allow harm to come to Snow White.
What are you waiting for?
Go on without me, I'll hold them off.
In the name of the Goblin Kingdom.
(squealing)
(thunder rolling)
I, Prince Gobby, command you to strike.
(whooshing) - Oh no, a storm cloud!
(lightning strikes)
(footsteps)
- My goodness, this is incredible.
- Gobby!
- Don't underestimate the power of a goblin prince.
(thunder claps)
- Storm cloud, storm cloud, come to me, I command you.
- Look out, Prince Gobby!
(thunder crashes)
(whooshing)
- Run for cover! - Ooh!
(yelling)
(thunder rumbling)
- Ah, why did it have to be lightning?
- Uh-uh-uh.
- Everyone, hurry as fast as you can!
(panting)
(sighing) - That was close.
Are you alright, Snow White? - Huh?
- No, no, no!
I can't believe I couldn't even stop that little storm cloud
and I'm the one who created it.
I've got to be the worst goblin prince
this kingdom has ever seen.
I'm so weak.
- Don't be so hard on yourself, Gobby, at least you tried.
That's all that really matters.
- But.
- It's okay, Gobby, you don't have to pretend with us,
we know that deep in your heart
you really care about Snow White.
- You are a little temperamental like Jolly.
- But you're honest and kind.
- Why are you always comparing us.
(laughing)
- I tend to agree with Gobby.
Memula, Memole, and the other goblins are victims
of a strange force.
- Huh? - Are you serious, Chamomile?
- Gobby, as far as you know,
is Memula some kind of a witch or something?
- Are you saying what I think you're saying?
(whooshing)
- No, her powers can't be real.
It must be some sort of trick.
- Well, that's an entirely different story.
- Looks like Gobby was right, Boss.
The goblins aren't even in control of themselves anymore.
And I believe we must all offer you a heartfelt apology.
- I'm sorry, Gobby.
- I'm sorry we doubted your sincerity.
- Can you ever forgive us?
- I should have apologized earlier,
but I didn't have the nerve, I'm sorry.
- No need for apologies, my friends.
It's enough for me to know that you understand
that Memole is innocent and that goblins are not evil.
(crying)
- We are sure glad to hear that Gobby.
- Well look at you, you little hypocrite,
you mistreat Memole all the time,
but when someone else does it, you cry?
- You take that back.
(laughing) (laughing)
- We can talk about this later, let's go!
(footsteps running) (panting)
(sighing)
- I think if we stay inside here, we'll be safe.
- Ah, we're finally here.
(gasping)
- Oh, the sun is going down.
- In the name of Prince Gobby,
I command you to shine your light.
(crackling)
- [Dwarves] Whoa!
- Oh, what happened?
- [Dwarves] Hmm.
- That's strange,
I don't think I've ever been down this tunnel before.
- Well, familiar or not, we've gotta get down this tunnel
as far as possible to get away from the goblins.
(metal clanging) - Huh, what was that?
- Uh, ah, ooh!
Oh, I'm slipping, I'm slipping, I'm slipping, ahh!
- Ah!
(screaming)
- [All] Whoa!
(screaming) - Oh, I see a light!
(groaning)
- Where are we?
(metal clanging) - Huh?
What's going on here?
- That is-- (hopeful music)
(metal clanging)
- [Narrator] While the goblins chase them without mercy,
the group of fugitives end up in the cave
containing Mylarka's Sword.
Will the magic power of this sword be enough
to stop the evil of Queen Chrystal
and save the Land?
Only time will tell.
