This is difficult
'cause several pieces of acrylic

Is made out of fiberglass.

This portion of it would look
Like that would be the canopy.

To serve as a picturesque home

Of saltwater beauties.

We'll top if off
With a shiny fiberglass canopy,

Which will make this tall drink

Almost hit the store's
18-foot-high ceiling.

And since great fish
Are paired with great wine,

A functioning spigot
Will allow the vino to flow

Right out
Of our bottle vineyard.

No doubt this tank will be
Vintage atm.

Before we have
The wine tap figured out,

I have brandon and redneck
Putting stripes on poles

For the carousel tank.

The problem
That I see already...

You're seeing the black.

The opposite side of that.

These clear poles will be
Spinning inside the tank,

But when your eyes see stripes
On the other side,

You can hardly tell it's moving.

If there's any way we can
Sandblast it or paint it...

We can sandblast it.

Sandblasting the acrylic rods
Will make them less transparent,

And we'll avoid
Seeing the stripes

Coming through
On the opposite side.

In the tank

To shine through these poles

To give it
A little carnival flair.

So we have to make sure
The light isn't lost on them.

With the sandblasting.

Now we just have to add
A little red paint

To make it pop
Like a striped carousel pole.

This is the bottom that's gonna
Wrap around our steel stand.

So, you put the gel down,

Then you put
The fiberglass on it,

And then the gel
Over it again.

That makes it nice and hard.

Can we do it with you?
Yeah, absolutely.

Dude, this stuff's itchy.
Be careful.

Slide over, big dipper.

Let the little dipper in.

Wayde: we're brushing on several
Layers that will dry and harden

And form the base
Of the wine bottle.

By doing what we're doing
Right now -- as you see,

The fiberglass is really soft
And pliable, right?

So, when you add
The resin to it,

The resin
Saturates the fiberglass

And it creates kind of, like,
A cross-link through the fibers.

And once it does that, it makes
These things like needles.

They literally become strong
As, like, steel almost.

All right, so,
This is the first coat,

And you still got to put
A few more coats on?

Yep.

Shiny finish.

Sculpted hills out of foam
For the wine-bottle insert

That will help replicate
A vineyard.

Then they covered it
With a layer of polygen

To make it fish-safe.
