Put our naval academy
Inspirations down on paper,

And the westfield mall people?

They were sold on our visions.

We'll lay our boat pieces out
In three sections,

Which will allow
For that boat feel

Without taking up the boat room.

The 7.5-foot-tall
Cylindrical aquarium

Will be the focal point
In the center section.

We'll build a mast
In two pieces --

The fish-safe lower piece
Inside the aquarium

And a 6-foot section
To sit on top of the aquarium.

Signal flags will be attached
To the top of the mast

To pay tribute to the hometown
Naval academy heroes.

The bow and stern of the boat

Will house the plumbing
And filtration on the inside,

While each piece will have
Built-in seating on the outside.

To give it
All one cohesive boat look,

We'll finish it off with a giant
Navy-colored blue-and-gold sail

Flowing from the mast
To the stern of the boat.

And one of the things that they
Want is -- you guys see these?

These are flags
That the navy used to use.

They're called signal flags.

And they used to hang them
On the bow of their ships.

So, this actually represents
A letter right here.

So if you're on the water
And you see these,

You know it's a navy ship.

How big is this tank?

It's a 60-inch-diameter
Cylinder.

A real wooden mast.

In two parts.

Stage house sent over
One of their themeing guys,

The above-water part

To make sure both pieces
To the mast line up.

And that's outside,

It's gonna look shifted.

For a popcorn dispenser,

Where customers can try samples.

Above the dispenser,
Our center insert

Will simulate kernels popping
Out of a handmade kettle.

Finally,
Once we apply custom graphics

And add in
Some white and yellow fish,

This tank is really gonna pop.

The guys in the shop
Are getting started right away

On making the acrylic

To the exact dimensions
Of the glass box.

Our popper centerpiece
Will have an airtight seal

To keep the popcorn
From getting soggy.

A reinforced steel stand will
Support the weight of the water

And all the custom atm flavor
We're gonna pack into this tank.

And while all that's going on,

To check on the sail
For the boat tank.

So we're gonna put one under
The bow and one under the stern.

It's gonna drain down,

It's gonna go through this pump,
Through the mechanical,

The chemical,
Going through the u.V.

And then we're gonna
Go through a chiller
To cool the water down.

So, that's perfect
For the closed system.

On the other side,
You have the open system,

Which circulates
The whole top of the tank.

Crated up, and let's
Move forward, all right?

They can shimmer.

They'll shake,

So they're really, really cool.

Oh, I just love it.

So, these yellow cichlids --
They're actually

The most popular cichlids
In the aquarium hobby.

Most people like to raise them
Because of their color.

Also, too, the catfish --
They're actually really cool.

Cichlids make great parents,
So what the catfish sometimes do

Is they sneak into
The cichlids' area,

They lay their eggs, and
They actually let the cichlids

Take care of the baby catfish,
Believe it or not.

Oh.

It's pretty cool.

I think it actually
Broke the refraction,

And it makes it look like

You've absolutely knocked it
Out of the park for us,

And this is gonna be
An absolute focal point

For our new dining café.

There are signal flags
Up top,

And the signal flags
Represent letters.

So, up top, it says "Navy,"

And on the front of your ship
Right here, it says "Atm."

Tell us a little bit
About some of the fish.

There's a lot of stripes
In the navy,

So we wanted to get you a fish
That have a lot of stripes.

You can see
There's sailfin tangs.

There's heniochus butterflies.

That's a mappa puffer
Right there.

And the reason
They call it a mappa puffer

Is because of the unique style
Of markings on their skin.

Kind of looks like a map
Kind of in a way.

And a sailor's only
As good as his map.

At the bottom,
Those guys are called grunts.

And, obviously, all the military
Has their grunts,

So that's the reason why

We wanted to put some grunts
In there.

I think the midshipmen
Walking through

Are just absolutely
Gonna love this

And even feel more welcome
Than they already do.

Brett: I think this is gonna be
The new place

For everybody
To come and hang.

The destination.

And this is exactly
What we were looking for.

Of our african cichlids'

New 8.5-cubic-foot home.

This tank looks great
And tastes great, too.

Ahoy, matey.

We've got our sails set
To the sky

On the 16-foot-tall aquarium
Fit for an admiral.

The boat-inspired tank
Is 11,000 pounds.

Since this tank's home port
Is westfield mall,

1,100 gallons of salt water
Are pumping through filters

Tucked below the deck inside
Two food court seating areas.

So, bring your lunch
And get on board.

So, with the tanks
All wrapped up,
