Wanting a tranquil tank?

I don't know, but it's
Starting to stress me out.

Bringing a fish tank

Is going to bring tranquility
Not only for me,

Getting tattooed.

I wish I had a fish tank
To stare at

When I got my tattoo.

Literally, I was staring
At the wall. I was shaking.

A hanging aquarium before.

Geometric curves

And strong seams that can
Hold up 400 pounds of water.

Plus, we have nowhere
To hide the plumbing.

We're gonna have to drill
Through the wall

And hide it
In the bathroom behind.

You guys got to do this, man.
We have to do this.

We locked ourselves in a big
Challenge with the spade tank.

Now I need some time
To wrap my head around the plan.

But in the meantime,

We got to get cooking
On the furnitureland build.

I need you to get
A mold ready for this.

The trickiest part

About building the arch tank
For furnitureland

Is the piece
That spans over the bed.

That's a big tank.

To get the bend that we need,

We have to build a mold
Out of plywood.

Last piece.

Then we'll put a flat piece
Of acrylic on top

And push it into the oven,

Which will heat it up
To 300 degrees

And soften it enough to bend.

Then it needs to cool
On the mold for at least a day.

While the arch cools, I'm gonna
Have redneck build a wall

So we can test the weight
Of the hanging spade tank.

Almost done?

That won't even hold
A bag of potatoes.

So, at first,
We're figuring that j-hooks

Would work
And hold onto the wall.

There's no way this tank's
Gonna hang on this wall.
It's gonna be too heavy.

Now I'm just trying to
Think of how we're gonna
Actually make this work.

It's 500 pounds.

If we put a steel plate just
Like the spade with decoration,

Put some nuts and bolts
Around it,

And then let's say we put
A plate behind this wall.

We put a plate
Behind this wall.

So, now we have a plate here,
A plate here.

So, if we have a 2"X2"
Steel that's coming out here,

We weld the plate to that.

So, this tank, physically,
You pick it up, it hooks.

Now it looks like
It's completely floating.

Brett: wayde likes
To make everything

Way more complicated
Than it needs to be.

And now this bracket
He wants to do --

I think it's complete overkill.

The new dimensions of the arch.

This is perfect
For a king-size bed.

Now that the glue's drying
On the arch,

We got to get our plans drawn up
For the spade tank.

We need to see how the props
Are gonna look

Through multiple sheets
Of acrylic.

For a little mini reef,

Is a six-line wrasse.

They're the exterminators
Of the tank.

They feed on pests

Which can become harmful
In a reef aquarium.

Cool. I think that would be
Perfect in the black spade tank.

I think we should go with a few
Maybe a yasha hase goby.

Oh, he's got
That big dorsal fun.

Got the nice, big antenna
That comes up.

One thing you should know
About these little guys

Is they are escape artists.

They are jumpers.

If you notice,
We keep them in cups.

That's just to keep them
For their own safety

So they're not gonna jump into
Another tank and get eaten.

We got a custom lid that goes
On the top of the tank.

I don't think he's gonna be able
To pull a houdini.

Well, yeah. I say we definitely
Take one of those.

So, here's what I'm thinking --
A very basic coral.

We're looking
At mushrooms here.

Brett: I always recommend these
To the beginners.

It's an easy piece
To take care of.

It is a beginner coral.

As far as corals go,

Mushrooms are really hardy
And can handle a lot,

Just like someone that can
Handle a lot of tattoos.

Wayde: I love the blues

They secrete their own cocoon,

Which they sleep in.

Across a california king bed,

And weighs 3 tons.

The clients dreamt it,
So we built it.
