talk about what happened.

I'm more than willing

to talk to Chrissy and Mitch

because you continue to lie.

We get back from Tribal,

and Sai's initial response
is one of anger.

I knew there was gonna

a chance to tell Mitch and Sai

about Bianca's mastermind plan,
and that

she played us.

She played us
against each other.

- She was working all of us.
- CHRISSY: Yep.

And five minutes
before we leave, she says,

"I don't have a vote."

- So I couldn't
even talk to anybody.
- CHRISSY: No.

And it's all in my head.

- So I just managed
to get to Chrissy.

The moment Star

to find an advantage.

somewhere on this beach.

That's massive,
because only one person

is going to be immune.

Twelve of us can go home.

CHARITY:

Sai go off down a path,

So I'm kind of
trailing behind her,

looking around,
and I look to my left...

and I see an advantage

out in the middle of the field.

This is insane. I found

an advantage
in tomorrow's challenge.

I don't know
exactly what the advantage is,

but I'm hoping it gives me
a leg up to get immunity.

is absolute insanity.

And I think any advantage

And you'd be dumb to think

Um, I'm Eva. I'm 23.

Obviously, yesterday, you guys
got a big window into my life,

um, that I am
on the autism spectrum.

And I really appreciate you guys
all being so supportive.

And I'm super open about that
in my life.

So, if anyone has anything
they want to talk about

related to autism, I'm all ears.

JOE:
The person I'm most excited
to reconnect with is Eva.

I was so blessed with

that opportunity to help Eva,
in that moment.

I will never forget that.

There might be a lot of people

that won a million dollars
from here,

but I don't know many that came
out here and helped a human

that was genuinely in need
and got 'em out of it.

To me, everything else

is just gonna be
icing on the cake.

strong, like-minded individuals

some tricks going on.

and a very strong alliance,
and she's also

- a huge threat.

from under Joe.

Let's get rid of the idol."

To me,
that is the smartest move.

I would never operate like this

I feel justified

you're gonna be divided
into two teams of six.

On my go,
you're gonna race through mud

and wood shavings
until you get to a cage,

where you will use a grappling
hook to retrieve a large bag

containing a key.

Once you have the key,

you work together to get
to the top of a very steep ramp,

where you
will use that key to unlock

and solve a Survivor puzzle.

The first team of six to finish

earns the merge meal.

Oh.

Biggest food reward
of the season.

It will fuel you in every way.

But that is all you earn.

You do not earn immunity.

You do not earn a merge Buff.
For that,

you'll have to work
a little harder.

Here's how that works.

The losing six,
you got no shot at anything.

So you will watch

as the winning six compete
in an individual challenge,

where the last
person standing earns this.

SHAUHIN:

For this challenge,

it's very simple.

You're gonna balance a ball
on a pole.

At regular intervals,
you're gonna

add more sections of pole,

making it more difficult
to balance.

If at any point your ball drops,

you're out.

The last person left standing
wins immunity.

You earn the merge Buff as well.

You will be the only person

guaranteed to make the merge.

Because clearly,
13 people is a lot of people.

It is a huge house party

when you've been used
to very small dinner parties.

And you're trying
to get to know everybody.

You're watching and trying
to see what's going on,

but you really don't know

who's snuck off
to the bathroom together.

Mary, what's it like for you?

Right now, it feels like
we are all dogs

in a huge dog park.

Some of us are fighting
for the same ball.

Some of us are just sitting
in the corner.

Some people want to be
the biggest dog in the dog park.

KYLE:
You know, Jeff,
if I'm looking at it,

I feel like everybody's
sniffing butts, you know?

Cedrek knows a thing
or two about that.

- (laughing)
- CEDREK: That happens.

Finally, I got you to laugh.

It's been 14 days
I've been trying.

PROBST:
Wow. Lots

You go to a small party,
you don't know anybody.

You got to quickly figure out,

Maybe you take a couple people
with you.

"Oh, that guy's doing the robot.

what's happening over here."

You get here, this is
a house party, as you said.

You realize now,
"Oh, it's Club Condo. It's on."

- And now you're looking around,

and somebody's doing salsa,
they're doing

the breakdancing over there.

But the key to a Club Condo is
you want to get invited back.

That's what's happening tonight.

So, Eva, you've been
so open in sharing

what you deal with
in social situations

and the difficulties
that can come with that.

So, how are you doing
with 13 people?

EVA:
I mean, I like
talking to people.

The hard thing is I don't know
if they're lying to me.

I'm not gonna pick up
on those social cues

in the same way
that everyone else is.

But I'm not gonna let that
hold me back in this game.

And I think
I've made good connections

with people that, hopefully,
they feel the same about me.

And sooner or later,
they will lie to my face.

But right now, like, I'm hoping

that I can trust people.

PROBST:
Joe, if you spend enough time
with people,

you will develop
emotional connections

as well.
Not just surface. Social.

How does that change the game, fundamentally?

Well, Jeff, to really build
some of these great alliances

and some really
good connections,

you have to be vulnerable.

And because you go through
so much stress,

emotionally, mentally,
physically,

you share it with these people
on top of their stories.

So that vulnerability
strengthens you so much,

just like it did with Eva and I.

Even though it might
seem crazy from the couch,

you get so vulnerable
in these moments

that within days, you feel like
you've known 'em for years.

- Wow.
- SHAUHIN: And to echo Joe,

I didn't expect
to be telling things

to these people
that I haven't told

to my closest friends
and family.

And I think, if you look around,

everyone's nodding because

that's exactly what happens.
It's very weird.

- The deepest, darkest.
- I think people ask.

It's the strangest experience.

CHARITY:
It's complicated because

these are real connections
with real people,

but I'm also on Survivor
playing this game

with one goal in mind,
and that's to win Survivor.

But also, there's 13 of us.

That's a lot
of people to talk to.

That's a lot
of conversations to have.

There are people in this group
that never approached me today

- that I didn't talk to.
- PROBST: Really?

- Does that concern you?
- Yeah.

My left eye has been
twitching all day.

- (laughing)
- Of course.

But what you said was,
"There were people

- who didn't talk to me."
- Mm-hmm.

That's part
of being a Club Condo

- and reading the room.
- Right.

And the room is,
"Hey, I'm doing the bossa nova.

Either do it with me or find
somebody else to dance with."

Right?
That's the only dance I know.

- (laughing)
- There we go, Jeff.

- You're killing it, Jeff.
- He did the robot.

But Sai, you're agreeing?

'Cause she's not lying.
She's telling the honest truth.

This is the most
dysfunctional family

I've ever been a part of,
to be quite honest.

But it's a cliquey family, and
you can catch onto the cliques

real fast.

That's an honest statement.

STAR:
But at the end of the day, Jeff,

I can also say there's family
that I don't like.

So, respectfully,
there are big, happy families,

and you don't have
to like your Grandma T.T.

or your Auntie Nicole.

Everybody knows
the middle child gets no love.

But that doesn't mean that
they're not still your family.

- SAI: Uh-huh.
- STAR: So with that being said,

all you can hope for is
that you don't snuff the torch.

Is this a dysfunctional group?

Do you agree with Sai?

I would say they
were kind of looking at,

"Who's gonna come to me,

who's gonna trust me
to come approach me?"

I was like, "I don't know.

"I'm gonna go talk
to all the people

and see what they have to say."

But maybe I'm doing it wrong.
This is my first one.

I've never been here before.

I'm scared.
This place is crazy.

But, like, everyone's coming
at this in a different way,

and I'm looking at it
in my own way.

PROBST:
Kyle,

what's your vote
based on tonight?

KYLE:
Yeah, I think,
everybody keeps on

throwing the term
"family" around.

When I look at family members,

when I think about people
that I'm close to, it's like,

when I'm in a bind,
can I call on that person?

This entire group has not been
to Tribal together.

We don't know
who's reliable and who's not.

And that's hard because
when you think about a family,

you want to talk to everybody.

But in this game,
you can't be the person

reaching out and giving
lifelines all the time

because it might put a target
on your back.

PROBST:
David, if the vote goes
the way you think it's gonna go,

how will the dynamic change

for this party, for this family,
for this dog park?

DAVID:
I think this is gonna

set the stage for the rest of
the game, this vote right here.

This one's important.

I think this season has been one

of honesty and integrity,
which is different

than most seasons I've seen,
and I think

we're gonna find out
where this season's headed.

Said from a guy who's yet
to be at Tribal Council.
