However, David wasn't as
secure as he thought.

David is crazy with power.
I want to get him now.

But I'm just waiting for
the right time to strike.

But Janine was ready to pounce.

David thinks he's the king,

but he's about to find out
why I'm the Godmother.

She began gathering players
to blindside David.

The reality is if David doesn't
win immunity, he's going home.

But in Australian Survivor's
most brutal challenge...

Both boys completely under water now.

David trying to hold his breath.

This is massive.

..David beat them all.

David wins immunity!

Shaun was back on the chopping block.

Shaun is someone that has to
be taken out of the game.

But he wasn't lying down.

I'm going to fight as hard as I can

to move the target from my
back and put it on Luke's.

I would be happy to go
against someone like Luke.

It looked like he had the numbers.

But at tribal council, the Godmother
made her intentions clear.

There's opportunity to
get Luke at any time.

There's not so much
that chance with Shaun.

The mental and physical stuff that
you go through is so extreme.

wasn't in this game,

it would be a lot harder for me.

Socially, that's where my strength lies.

Janine obviously is my number one
alliance as well as being a friend.

shield for me at the moment.

But in Survivor, like any
great strategic game,

you have to pick the right moment
to step up and take control.

I think that moment is now.

I'm ready to change things up.

I'm happy to get rid of
everyone and win at the end.

I think we need to flip.

God, Dave, we've been here so long.

I know.

Last night at tribal council I went
head to head with big Shaunee.

And I took it out.

You shall not blindside me.

I'm not going to lie. I'm
feeling pretty good.

But we are down to the
pointy end of the game

and it's time to get strategic.

From here is when your most
loyal partners will turn on you.

One minute it's someone else,
and two seconds later it's you.

Tribal council last night seemed
like it was gonna be a sure thing

going in there for Luke to go home.

And Janine took the floor
and said her speech

and do what businesswomen do

and, yeah, unfortunately
Shaun was a casualty.

I put Shaun's name down last night

because I wanted to save
my own arse essentially.

I felt like crap. I
didn't want to do it.

And I hope he can forgive me.

Right now, I definitely think
tribal lines are still very evident.

First two votes being Contenders
that have gone home

just kind of goes to show
that at this stage

they're just going to pick us off
one by one.

I definitely feel like
with Shaun gone I might be next.

We were two peas in a pod so it only
makes sense that I'm the next vote.

I'm feeling super hopeless
right now and I'm stressed out.

Six Champions and six Contenders
at merge,

but when the numbers
were six-six, Davey won the battle.

I came out. I was the chief.

I got rid of Andy, I got rid of Shaun

and I'm back on top of the world.

Like, I'm super in control
of this game.

I am the strategic mastermind out here.

I've got a team of loyal
soldiers backing me all the way

and I'm calling the shots.

And also I have an idol,

so I'm in charge of my own fate
at the next tribal council.

I wouldn't say I'm untouchable

but I'm about as close as you can get.

Luke and I are so tight
and such a good unit.

works really well for my game.

and basically completely

that I've had

and I've been working

Once you've been flipped on,

to want to go back and work
with that person again,

especially when
they don't come to you at all

to have any kind of strategic chat.
