Doctor.

How is Jing?

Your Majesty.

His Highness's wound

did not hit a vital point.

- Very good. - That's good.

Very good.

- Very good. - But...

But what?

Tell me quickly.

The assassin's weapon

was poisonous.

Poisonous?

What should we do?

I'm afraid His Highness...

Changsheng.

Don't worry.

Chu Ge has been captured.

She'll be interrogated carefully

and asked to hand over the antidote.

Someone,

bring the guilty woman to trial now.

Whatever the method,

we'll make her hand over the antidote.

Yes.

Father, please

let me interrogate her myself.

Child.

That's a killing machine...

Well, calm down.

I will definitely send someone

to protect Changsheng.

No.

Father.

I want to interrogate her alone.

Dad, Mom.

You guys go back first.

Be careful, Changsheng.

Let's go.

Miss Ru Jing.

Get in and see him.

Changsheng.

Go ahead.

Rest assured.

Me, Zilv and the doctor are here.

We won't let anything happen to him.

Thank you, Aunt.

Rest assured.

I will cooperate with the doctor

to save His Highness.

Wait for me.

Your Highness.

From now on,

you can be able to rest easy.

It's just that

I can't accompany you anymore.

Sorry.

Princess Consort Qin.

You can go.

I won't give you the antidote.

You can use any punishment you want.

I am not afraid of death.

I don't want you to die.

I want Prince Qin to live.

Impossible.

You will give me the antidote.

Because I believe

we are the same kind of people.

You are the Princess of Fuyu

and Princess Consort Qin of Great Tang.

You have a high status.

But me

was born in a common family.

Now

I'm just a prisoner.

How could we be the same?

These are all external things.

I mean

we both love our husband deeply.

You've come to this day

and done all the bad things

not for fame or fortune.

You did all that for Ke,

right?

The whereabouts of Ke are unknown.

Do you know where he is?

I don't.

I know.

Yeah?

You're lying to me.

In order to help him,

you took desperate measures

and risked your life.

Have you ever thought about

he would come back

for you?

Impossible.

Otherwise who do you think

notified the Royal Guards

who appeared in time?

His Highness?

He asked His Majesty

to spare your life.

If you're willing to hand over the antidote,

I can let you go.

I won't believe it.

Unless I see His Highness.

Hand over the antidote first.

Prince Qin has no time left.

Before I see him,

I won't give you anything!

If something happens to Prince Qin,

I will only give you

Ke's body.

OK.

Then let's take a gamble.

See who can outlast whom.

You...

He won't come back at all.

I know him too well.

You can't fool me.

Liu Changsheng.

Just wait to collect Lv Jing's body.

Yes.

We haven't found Ke yet.

But Chu Ge,

Lv Jing and I have never thought about

harming you.

Please let him go.

Okay?

Let him go?

The insects never intended to harm people.

But because people hate them,

they killed them all.

Not to mention

he was the one who harmed you many times first.

Will you really let him go?

Liu Changsheng.

Instead of wasting time with me here,

it's better to spend more time with Lv Jing.

After all,

his time is running out.

(Liu Changsheng.)

(I won't give you the antidote.)

(Just wait to collect Lv Jing's body.)

The doctor said

Cold Farewell Dream

is a very difficult poison to prepare.

It would be fine if it was fatal.

Surviving it

is the greatest tragedy.

What does it mean?

Tell me quickly.

Cold Farewell Dream

can cause hallucinations.

The poisoned person will not die immediately.

But he will fall into sleep

and frequently experience what he fears most

until he dies from exhaustion.

His Highness woke up.

His Highness woke up.

(Fairness and Discernment)

You're awake.

I've been lying for too long.

So I came out for a stroll.

Can you smile a bit?

Now you look like

I'm dead.

Don't talk nonsense.

Do you think

I will die first?

You're not allowed to go anywhere.

Help me up for a walk.

If you leave,

that would confirm the rumor about me.

Who will dare to marry me in the future?

It's only been a few days since we got married.

Now you have the idea of remarrying?

So,

you have to get well soon

and keep an eye on me.

Okay.

Don't worry.

I will definitely get better.

Where's the doctor?

The royal doctors

disagreed on the medication.

Then

they started quarreling.

I found them annoying.

So I drove them away.

Really?

If you don't believe me,

I'll call them back

and let them fight in front of you,

see if you will be annoyed.

Forget it.

I don't want them to bother us.

(Huadeng Pavilion)

(What are the cloth and paper afraid of?)

(Of course they're afraid of fire.)

(Wrong.)

(Cloth fears a thousand times,)

(paper fears a mere one chance.)

You know

why swallows fly south in autumn?

Because it's too cold in the north.

Wrong.

Because it's slow by walking.

Then do you know

what are the cloth and paper afraid of?

Of course they're afraid of fire.

Wrong.

paper fears a mere one chance.
