[Divine Destiny]

[Episode 9]

Come on.

You monster. Where do you want to escape?

Miss Zhang.

You old monk.

How dare you come here!

Do you know what this place is?

Hui Garden is where His Highness receives important guests.

Get lost!

After I arrest you,

I'll report it to His Highness.

Mr. Ji.

The wine tastes good.

I'm a disciple of Xixuan.

Aren't you afraid that Xixuan Sect

will burn down your Nanhai Temple?

Take them away.

Old monk, untie me!

I'll show you what I'm capable of.

Let go of me!

Old monk, let go of me!

Ruochen.

Mr. Ji.

I'm Ji Ruochen.

I hope Master Huihai can release them.

Mr. Ji.

You were enchanted by the two monsters.

I'm helping you.

Don't listen to him.

Just cut the chain.

Mr. Ji.

Don't make another mistake.

You are selfish.

Yes. So what?

I heard that Xixuan Sect is unreasonable.

Now I've learned it.

Next time I meet you,

you won't be so lucky.

Let's go.

If I see you again,

I'll shave your eyebrows.

This is not fun.

They came aggressively,

but left like stray dogs.

Not funny.

I'm leaving.

Mr. Ji.

Since you're here, stay.

I need to

think about it.

Mother.

Miss Zhang.

Do you know why I slapped you?

Yes.

I left Xixuan Mountains without permission and came to Haofang.

But I didn't do anything wrong.

You didn't do anything wrong?

Huihai almost caught you.

You and dad are in Haofang.

Why didn't you come out and help

when you knew Ruochen and I were in trouble?

It is the hierarch's order.

Ruochen is the Ultimate Banished God.

He will survive the calamity.

This is also a good way for him to restore his divine power.

Yinyin.

I'll ask someone to send you back to Xixuan Mountains today.

No.

You can leave him to die.

But I can't leave Ruochen

alone in Haofang.

Yinyin.

You just don't give up on Ji Ruochen.

Ji Ruochen.

When you left Xixuan Mountains,

did Senior Ziyang tell you that

when you make a triumphant return,

he'll let you marry Fairy Gu?

Did you refuse him without hesitation?

I've heard about it.

Don't lie.

No.

But I...

Ji Ruochen.

Do you think your plan is clever?

I know.

Senior Ziyang also knows.

That's why he mentioned the marriage again.

He wanted to warn you.

Ji Ruochen.

You must marry her,

unless you die in Haofang.

Madam.

Ji Ruochen.

Yinyin is my only daughter.

I don't want her to

spend the rest of her life in pain.

I'm begging you.

Since you can't run away from your divine destiny,

please give up your mortal destiny

and let Yinyin go.

I'm begging you.

Madam,

I can promise you

I won't let Yinyin down.

I will protect her.

I will really protect her.

Ji Ruochen,

this is your promise to me.

If you hurt Yinyin,

don't blame me for being heartless.

Yinyin.

Yinyin, aren't we going to wait for Mr. Ji?

Wait for him if you want.

This...

Festive lanterns. Have a look.

Why didn't you wait for me?

Go find your divine destiny.

Why are you getting in my way here?

Yinyin.

I thought you didn't like him going to Fairy Gu.

Why are you asking him to go to her?

Is this what people in the mortal world

calls breaking a promise?

Don't you want to hear

what I just told your mother?

What you said is between you and her.

It has nothing to do with me.

I want to know.

Yinyin. Yinyin.

I want to know.

-I want to know. -Shut up.

Fine. If you don't want to hear it,

let's go back.

Let's go.

You fool.

Are you really not going to tell me because I didn't let you say?

When did you become so obedient?

Don't use your monster arts.

We just escaped from Huihai.

The monster energy will attract him here.

If you want to know,

I'll tell you.

Then what are you waiting for?

Tell me.

I said

I would never let you down.

How are you going to fulfill your promise?

Tell me.

You'll know when I eliminate the monster.

Tell me now.

I want to hear it now.

What should I say?

Are you going to tell me or not?

If you don't tell me, I'll leave.

Let's go.

Yinyin.

Aren't we going with Mr. Ji?

Miss Zhang, what's wrong?

I just feel a little upset

because I am no match for that old monk.

Then you should be upset.

You won't be able to defeat him anyway.

You...

Yinyin.

I'll tell you after I fight with Bamboo Snake.

Your Highness, leave now.

Why are you panicking?

The Imperial Advisor said

as long as the people are here,

they can protect me from calamities.

Wait. Where is Xichen?

She should be with the Imperial Advisor.

Your Highness.

Let's get in the carriage first.

Unfortunately, Huihai and Liu Yechuan are useless.

They couldn't control Ji Ruochen.

He escaped again.

Calm down.

I've sent someone to keep an eye on Ji Ruochen.

Once he discovers where the demon is,

I'll send troops to ambush them immediately.

When the demon and Ji Ruochen are both injured,

I will take the treasure from the demon

and kill Ji Ruochen.

Impressive.

Master.

Junior masters.

Master.

According to your order, Qiushui, Xuanzhen, and the others

have set out to Haofang to help Ruochen eliminate the demon.

Mr. Ji.

You're still here.

Did you get drunk

so that the King of Haofang forgot to take you when he ran?

What are you talking about?

I wouldn't leave even if he took me with him.

The demon is coming.

It's safer to be with Ji Ruochen.

You are smart.

Ruochen.

Why is he here?

I'm Yinfeng from Qingxu Sect.

Fairy Gu asked me to help you kill the demon.

Look.

A banished god is a banished god.

Fairy Gu is more respected.

At this moment, someone is still willing to help us.

Thank you, Yinfeng.

The demonic energy is overwhelming, and the fire is everywhere.

The demon is about to show up.

Senior Qiushui.

Take this token and go to

the military camp in the city with Xuanzhen and Senior Bingxian.

Send as many soldiers as you can

to help the people who haven't been evacuated.

If anyone stops you,

kill him.

OK.

Bye.

Let's go.

Fairy Gu.

You and Yinfeng

continue to patrol in the west of the city.

Priests, you patrol outside the city.

OK.

I'll go with Senior Yinyin.

Who wants to go with you?

I'd better go with Qingyi.

Huihai wanted to catch you yesterday.

I don't know who will come today.

Of course it's safer

for you to be with me.

It's none of your business.

Look.

It must be a monster.

Little girl.

Ji Ruochen is the vanguard.

You dare to disobey his order?

Besides,

he wants to protect you.

Yes. Lord Vanguard.

I'll follow your order.

Mr. Ji.

I'm just a scholar.

I can't go with you to kill the demon,

but

I can give you a gift.

A book?

This is the Qianyuan Manual.

Although it's a little tattered,

I bet

it will be useful.

Then I'll accept it.

Thank you.

Let's go.

Little green worm.

They are a couple. What's the point of going with them?

Stay here.

Let me tell you a story.

Yinyin always said it when she was angry.

She wanted the whole world to know that she was angry.

But this time, she didn't say anything.

It really makes me worried.

It seems I'm thousands of miles away from her.

The army in the city won't listen to the order.

They said it was the King of Haofang's order.

Senior Qiushui and Senior Xuanzhen were very angry.

The King of Haofang insisted on waiting in the city.

The King of Haofang

is really willing to risk his life for wealth.

Fairy Gu said nothing happened there.

Yinyin,

do you want to take a look?

Fairy Gu also wrote down

the mantra to seal Bamboo Snake.

It might be useful to us.

I don't want what's not mine.

I'll pass.

Does that mean she'll listen to her mother

and leave me?

As long as she doesn't leave me,

I'll tell her everything.

When I was in Xixuan Mountains,

I was always afraid that someone would find out.

So I kept it a secret.

When Sect Leader asked me to come here,

I knew I couldn't hide it anymore.

I wanted to tell you several times.

But

I didn't have the courage.

First of all,

we don't have any deep grudges.

Second, you said

you don't like Fairy Gu.

Did you

have an engagement before you became a disciple of Xixuan?

Or are you married?

What are you thinking about?

If I were married,

I wouldn't have pursued you

to make you sad.

It is more important than this.

I'm not a banished god.

I am a fake.

I've been hiding this.

I was afraid that I wouldn't have a chance to become a disciple of Xixuan.

I was afraid that I couldn't see you again.

I'm afraid that after they know the truth,

you and I will both be laughed at by the rest of the world.

Were you afraid?

Yes.

I thought you despised me for being a fake banished god.

I'm thinking

how about sending a paper crane to Gu Qing

to tell her this.

I should tell her face to face.

I want to see her look.

Don't you blame me for hiding it?

Of course I blame you.

Why didn't you tell me earlier?

Otherwise, Gu Qing

wouldn't have pestered you.

The hierarch wouldn't have forced you to marry her.

And

I cried so sadly that day.

But you didn't tell me.

I...

I think you really want to marry Gu Qing.

Right?

I'm a fake banished god.

I don't deserve Fairy Gu.

That's true.

As a mortal,

it's better for you to be with me, who is also a mortal.

But why do you have the bluestone?

And it reacts to you.

This stone belonged to Yinfeng.

But it's a long story.

As for why

it regards me as its master,

I can't really explain it.

Whatever.

After the demon is eliminated,

you can return it to Yinfeng.

Let Gu Qing and Yinfeng be a couple.

After they return to the God Realm,

I will establish memorial tablets for them

and worship them.

You.

What?

Nothing.

However,

if I'm despised by decent sects,

will you really not dislike me?

If anyone dares to bully you,

I'll beat him up.

If I can go back to Xixuan alive,

I'll make it clear to Master Ziyang.

I'll go to the Taixuan Palace to propose marriage in front of your parents.

If you don't show up,

I'll teach you a lesson.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

I just didn't want you to get wet.

Since you're not here for the demon,

why did you come to Haofang?

To meet someone, and to kill someone.

To kill whom?

When I regain my consciousness of god,

I'll know.

[Qianyuan Manual]

The Dreadstar Fate-Infusion Technique?

Why does Ji Tianxia have this kind of forbidden technique?

Who on earth is he?

You're awake.

Morning.

Morning.

Did you sleep well?

The demon.

It's really in Hao River.

I'll go down and take a look first.

Let's not alert it.

We should hide our traces with the secret technique of the Heavenly Fox.

Okay.

Let's go.

The Imperial Advisor was right.

Inform the Imperial Advisor now.

Let's go.

Fairy Gu taught me the seal mantra and formation.

Let me try.

It seems that the god's seal doesn't work either.

The demonic energy here is so strong.

But I can't even summon the Wenwang Landscape Tripod.

I wonder if the secret technique of the Heavenly Fox works.

Master! Madam!

Mom. Dad.

Ruochen.

There is spiritual power on the head of Bamboo Snake.

The treasure must be here.

Go get it.

Hurry!

We won't last long.

I see it.

Ruochen.

Judging from the way of taking the treasure,

I think he must have unfathomable power.

Bamboo Snake lost the treasure.

It's even more ferocious.

Tighten the chain.

It seems that the treasure will definitely be mine.

I didn't expect Xixuan Sect to get the treasure first.

I wanted to let you go after getting the treasure.

But now I have to kill you.

Ruochen.

Ruochen! Ruochen!

Yinyin.

-Let go of me! -Calm down.

Ruochen.

Ruochen was swallowed by Bamboo Snake.

Tell me he won't die, right?

Let's land first and discuss.

-No, I have to save Ruochen. -Yes. Everything will be fine.

Yinyin.

-Let go of me! -Yinyin.

I need to save Ruochen.

Yinyin.

Ruochen!

My true spirit is disappearing.

It's disappearing so fast.

Can't I really survive this calamity?

The Dreadstar Fate-Infusion Technique.

The most dangerous star sign

should be introduced into your own fate.

It can help people in danger significantly improve their power.

But once this technique is used,

my lifespan will be shortened.

And if anything goes wrong,

my true spirit may be destroyed,

and my soul may disappear.

Whatever.

Ruochen. Ruochen.

I was so worried about you.

Are you okay?

I thought you were going to die.

Ruochen.

I'm fine.

Don't worry.

You just hit me hard.

I'm sorry for making you worried.

Ruochen.

Ruochen.

Are you okay?

I'm fine.

You're bleeding.

This is Bamboo Snake's blood.

It stinks.

Are you okay?

I'm fine.

Jingxiao Zhenren.

I came to Haofang under the order of His Majesty

to get the Shenzhou Energy Map.

Now that Xixuan Sect has got it,

please return it.

I will give it to His Majesty.

The map was taken

when Bamboo Snake was born.

Xixuan Sect doesn't have it either.

Jingxiao Zhenren.

Listen to me.

As long as you give us the map,

we'll let go of bygones.

Please don't be stubborn.

Jingxiao Zhenren.

The map is useless for improving your power.

But it's closely related to

the prosperity of our dynasty.

Protecting the people has always been Xixuan Sect's responsibility.

If you return this map,

it will benefit the people.

Believe it or not.

Anyway, we don't have the map.

Okay.

Fine.

Since you are so stubborn,

don't blame me for

upholding justice.

Look at you.

What justice?

How shameless you are!

And you, monk.

You slandered us!

Honey.

Xixuan Sect knows

the use of the map.

You all know that too.

When Ruochen proposed

to seal Bamboo Snake before it was born,

you overtly agreed but covertly opposed.

You refused to help.

Now I know you wanted to

take the treasure

after Bamboo Snake was born.

After the treasure was taken by someone else,

you made excuses

to whitewash it.

I thought you didn't help

because you don't get along with Xixuan Sect.

I didn't know it was because of this.

The treasure is not here.

Even if it's here,

you losers don't deserve

the treasure that concerns the fate of the world.

Ji Ruochen.

You are a fake banished god.

You are the biggest hypocrite.

A fake banished god?

You don't believe it?

Ruochen has the bluestone.

How could he be fake?

Sun Guo.

Ruochen has a token as evidence.

His identity

was confirmed by the leaders of Xixuan Sect.

How could you say that?

So,

Xixuan Sect lied.

You found a fake banished god.

It shows you have gone astray.

Today, I will enforce justice on behalf of the Heaven.

Ruochen.

I've sent a signal to my seniors.

They will be here soon.

We got this.

Take Yinyin to find the treasure.

The treasure is more important. Go.

Be careful.

Go!

Let's go.

You saw it.

He is a fake banished god.

He's not your divine destiny.

You also saw it.

These people have evil intentions.

Maybe they lied.

I have to ask Ruochen.

What if he admits it himself?

I trust him.

You trust him.

Then I'll tear off his mask and show you who he is.

The Eight-Trigram Map shows

the treasure is in this direction.

Why is there no trace of it?

Master said

the treasure hunter is much more powerful than us.

It's good enough to follow him here.

We can just search every inch of this place if there is no other way.

Yinyin, look.

Why is there an inn suddenly?

Did I not see clearly?

Let's go inside.

Boss.

Boss. You have guests.
