[The killer bride]

[Episode 11]

Brother Yunxing!

Brother Yunxing!

♫A lifetime is just a few hundred months♫

♫Yet, by fortune, I met you♫

Yao, you...

Brother Yunxing,

♫Like two clouds crossing paths in the sky♫

I remember everything now.

♫But at different heights♫

♫We glance at each other, unaware♫

Yao,

no matter what happens,

♫That meeting is the start of fate, and knowing you is the start of calamity♫

I'll always be by your side.

♫Loving you, yet not fully♫

♫Then I'll leave you to the one destined for you♫

♫With a gentle brush of flower and snow♫

♫I spend but a few years with my love♫

♫A heart full of thoughts, yet often I smile♫

Changning!

Look at that bird.

It's so pretty.

Aren't...

Aren't you angry?

Angry?

Why should I be angry?

He Yunxing and Yueyao were like that. Don't you feel angry?

Isn't that a good thing?

I'm happy

to see my good friend

with her beloved.

What's there to be angry about?

Your good friend?

Her beloved?

So you're not pursuing He Yunxing anymore?

I originally thought they were just putting on an act

and had no feelings for each other.

Now it seems they are in love.

So why should I disrupt their happiness and make a fool of myself?

It's great that you can see it this way.

I've been waiting for this day for too long.

So...

do I have a chance?

Well, that depends on how you behave.

I...

Changning!

Have some cake.

Doctor, please hurry.

Okay.

Sir,

Xu Yun'er's illness is strange.

Many doctors have no idea how to treat her.

We could ask Doctor Huo

to give it a try.

Doctor Huo,

why did she get worse?

I'm not done yet?

Doctor Huo, you are indeed impressive.

My massage technique can only provide temporary relief.

The poison she has is quite unusual.

I need to study it carefully.

Thank you, Doctor Huo.

Don't you want to know where Sui Feng is?

To tell you the truth,

I am Sui Feng.

It was you who killed my mother?

Why did you kill my mother?

I'll kill you!

Yueyao!

Yueyao,

calm down.

Your mother was a spy for Daqiu,

but she betrayed Daqiu.

She deserved to be killed.

Nonsense!

My mother is not a spy!

Yao!

Yao, calm down!

It might be a trick.

Let me send you back first.

Jiu Feng!

Yes!

Keep an eye on her!

Yes.

[Today, I'm ordering you, Gu Shaozhen, to secretly investigate whether He Yunxing and Si Cheng]

[have any treasonous intentions. If there is any unusual activity, report it immediately]

His Majesty is worried that He Yunxing

marrying General Si's adopted daughter

will lead to too much power in the two families.

His Majesty ordered me to investigate secretly,

and report immediately

if there's any unusual activity.

What are you hiding?

The... the love letter for you that I haven't finished writing.

Who wants your love letter?

Hurry up and take your medicine.

Okay.

It tastes really good.

Mother,

were you really a spy for Daqiu?

How many other secrets do you have?

Mom.

Mom,

this jade pendant is so beautiful.

Where did you get it?

Here.

This jade pendant is a key.

There's a golden lock with your father.

Together, they symbolize

a perfect union

and unwavering love.

This is the token of love that I gave to your father.

What does the golden lock look like?

It's similar in shape to this one,

but a bit smaller.

Honey, I was originally a spy sent by Daqiu to Qing State,

hiding by your side for my mission.

Now, with the sudden outbreak of war between the two nations,

Sui Feng has ordered me to kill you.

However, over these years of being together,

you have treated me with deep affection.

I also deeply love you.

I could never bring myself to harm you.

After much consideration,

I decided to take Yao and leave you

to live in seclusion away from the world.

I left this divorce letter for you,

hoping that you will not be burdened by my identity

and that you have peace and prosperity in this life.

Yao Pan'er.

Mother,

you really are a spy for Daqiu.
