[Peacock in Wonderland]

[Episode 37]

Muyang.

Father.

It's the middle of the night.

Why aren't you asleep yet?

Where's Hua Ni?

She's already asleep.

Father,

have you ever heard of a plant called Shanglu?

Yes, I have.

The fruit of Shanglu can be used as dye.

Girls like it.

I remember ancient texts mentioning

that Shanglu can be used as medicine,

having the effect of clearing the mind and enhancing wisdom.

Have you heard of it?

Those rumors are unreliable.

Shanglu is poisonous.

How could it be used as medicine?

Muyang,

I know you have your own thoughts.

I won't stop you, nor will I inquire.

But now,

you're married.

You mustn't take risks anymore,

do you understand?

I only wish for you and Hua Ni to be safe and healthy,

having a happy marriage.

Your wish

is also my wish.

Don't worry.

Alright, go to sleep.

Hurry.

What's wrong with you?

Why can't you even block two of my moves?

In terms of martial arts,

you've always been better than me, haven't you?

Give me your hand.

What are these?

I'm feeling tired today,

and got a rash.

You use Shanglu and Gansui powder, right?

Du Moqian, are you out of your mind?

Shanglu is highly toxic.

A slight mistake

could be fatal.

How could I let Yu take risks?

Don't worry.

The dosage I gave her

can treat her illness

without harming her at all.

So you tested the medicine on yourself?

Du Moqian,

are you trying to kill yourself?

She's my life.

This is me saving my life,

isn't it?

[Minghua Hall]

How do you feel?

It feels like

I had a big dream.

I can't remember many things.

I'm still a bit hazy until now.

Don't worry.

All of this is temporary.

-The Master has fully regained consciousness. -You'll definitely get better.

It's just that the medicine was potent.

She'll be temporarily blind for a few days.

No need to be nervous.

She'll recover with a few days of rest.

Thank you.

Imperial physician,

there's one thing I'm not clear about.

Let's discuss it on the way.

Do you want something to eat?

I have no appetite.

If there's someone who, compelled by circumstances,

has consumed a large amount

of Shanglu and Gansui powder to test the medicine on himself,

is there any way to save him?

It is highly toxic.

How many days has the person been taking it?

It's been more than ten days, I'm afraid.

If that's the case,

it's probably beyond help,

beyond the reach of even the immortals.

What medicine did the imperial hospital prescribe?

It worked so quickly.

Yu will be fully recovered in a few days.

Muyang,

what's wrong?

Are you unhappy?

Sir, what's wrong?

I'll go get the imperial physician right now.

Don't go.

Du Moqian!

Are you out of your mind?

How could you come up with such a method?

Every day's delay

would have added

to Yu's danger and suffering.

Even so, you shouldn't have tested the medicine on yourself.

Then who could I turn to?

Who could I trust to test the medicine?

Yu has already abandoned me.

All I can do for her

is this.

Maybe if I die,

she'll remember me a bit more, right?

Qian, don't talk nonsense.

I'll find a doctor for you.

I'm sure that you'll be cured.

Wait for me.

Wait for me.

Let's go.

Let's go.

Stop crying, Ni.

It's useless.

How could you say that?

Don't give up, please!

Muyang, let's find a way to save him.

He's lost a lot of blood.

I'm beyond help,

with only a few days left.

Sir.

Muyang,

Hua Ni.

I'm sorry

for everything I've done to you.

If one's heart and desires could be controlled,

I would also like to be a free and straightforward person.

Tell me.

Do you have any unfinished wishes?

Zhixue,

is the night beautiful tonight?

Master,

the moonlight tonight is incredibly beautiful.

It has been so long

since I've seen the moon.

Master, you'll surely get better.

Greetings, Master.

Greetings, Master.

Muyang.

Hua Ni.

You're here.

I didn't expect

that there had already been people from the Moon Pavilion in the Court.

It was my fault.

My negligence

and misjudgment

led to being set up.

Master, don't blame yourself.

Your priority now is to recover.

Only then can you manage the overall situation.

You are not in good health now.

We've found someone

we trust

to help Zhixue take care of you.

Thank you.

Zhixue.

Help me back.

Zhixue?

♫The moon is hazy when the wind passes the court♫

Thank you.

You are serving me very carefully.

♫How can I dream about the past when it's gone?♫

♫When we parted, I understood♫

How's the weather today?

♫The deep love hidden in your eyes♫

I want to go out for a walk.

♫I'm waiting in vain♫

♫I look back, but I can't see your smile again♫

Let's go.

♫I love you so much that I can't write it down♫

♫I'm willing to seal away this destiny for you♫

♫If I don't dream or wait♫

♫Can I forget this life?♫

♫But the wind in my previous life♫

♫Blows past my eyebrows♫

♫If I don't ask or hate♫

♫And if my obsession is not strong♫

♫Let the dream come to its root♫

♫In your city♫

Your Ladyship.

What are you looking at?

Isn't this an eternal flower?

How could there be an eternal flower

in your era?

Your Ladyship, it was you who brought it here.

I brought it here?

Don't you remember?

Why don't I remember bringing it here?

Do you really not remember this flower?

I don't remember this flower.

Then do you remember

how you joined the Peacock Sect

and became the Holy Envoy?

It probably was because my rain prayer succeeded.

Do you remember

how you joined the Flowers Kill?

Flowers Kill?

Qingqing.

Do you remember

how we rescued Shen Tong?

Shen Tong?

Who is it?

Qing Jian's pill

was indeed not an ordinary one.

Don't overthink it.

I think maybe I've just been too tired lately.

So, I can't recall many things.

Don't worry.

I'm sure I'll remember.

Really?

Stop worrying.

It's okay.

If you can't remember, then don't.

I'll accompany you to revisit.

I'll fill in

those memories for you, okay?

So, what is Flowers Kill?

The Flowers Kill

is a really powerful organization.

A powerful organization?

Who's the leader of this organization?

It's you.

Me?

Am I that powerful?

Are you also in the Flowers Kill?

I am.

As long as I'm with you.

Do we get paid in the Flowers Kill?

Yes.

We get paid a lot.

[Frost Pavilion]

Are the lights still on inside?

The Lantern Festival is coming soon.

I wonder

if he is still staying up late to embroider for me.

I wish I could embroider clothes for you for the rest of my life.

The eternal flower...

were brought with me when I traveled through time.

The measuring cup...

was used when I prayed for rain.

And then...

the thing that connected my life and Muyang's

is...

What is it?

The thing that connected my life and Muyang's...

It's the Red-tailed Bug.

Muyang?

Not only were our lives connected,

but we also couldn't be more than one Zhang apart from each other.

What is this bowl for?

Here.

Holy Envoy, thank you for your blessing.

Thank you for your blessing.

I don't need to remember an awkward past like this.

So, today,

are you still willing to grant me the Glass Flower Bowl?

Is today a special day?

Why are we making flower lanterns?

It's not a special day.

These flower lanterns

are used to help Her Ladyship regain her memory.

Qing Jian is really malicious.

Her Ladyship's memory

deteriorates day by day.

I don't know what to do.

It's okay.

Let's talk more in front of her.

Maybe over time,

she'll remember.

Anyway,

she can forget anything,

as long as she doesn't forget the Lord.

She can't forget us either.
