[Peacock in Wonderland]

[Episode 36]

Zhiyang.

The woman you love the most

will soon lose all her memories.

You will forever lose your love.

What's wrong? What happened now?

Get a doctor!

All the doctors in town!

Okay, I'll go right away.

We're almost there.

We're almost there, Qingqing.

Qingqing.

I'm glad you guys are fine.

We're fine.

Don't be afraid.

The doctor will be here soon.

He...

just gave me a pill,

which was neither sour nor bitter,

but rather sweet.

I'm fine.

♫Flowers fall with the gentle kiss of the wind♫

Just feeling very sleepy.

♫Lost in reincarnation repeatedly♫

-Qingqing. -I'm so sleepy.

Qingqing.

♫Waiting for someone to turn around in Peacock City♫

Don't fall asleep, Qingqing.

Qingqing, look at me.

Look at me.

Don't fall asleep.

I'm here.

I'm here.

♫The past is like falling snow♫

In your dream,

♫Who turned the wheel of time♫

how did I die?

♫To find the person in the dream?♫

Can we not talk about this right now?

Talk to me.

♫If I can be with you in this life♫

I'm afraid

♫I'll be willing to be trapped by love♫

I won't wake up again.

♫A few teardrops♫

♫I still remember your eyes♫

In the dream,

you didn't want to be controlled by Li Zhiyun,

♫If I can let the past go♫

so you drew the sword and killed yourself.

I wanted to go with you.

But unexpectedly, we returned to the starting point.

♫Without love or hatred♫

Really?

♫We'll be fearless of separation♫

Really.

Then we will meet again soon.

Qingqing.

You can't leave me behind again, Qingqing.

Muyang.

Promise me.

You must come and find me again.

You can't leave me behind again.

♫Flowers fall with the gentle kiss of the wind♫

You must

♫Lost in reincarnation repeatedly♫

remember to come and find me.

♫Waiting for someone to turn around in Peacock City♫

Remember my eyes.

[Cloud Villa]

♫The past is like falling snow♫

Sir.

Sir.

Why did you let them go today?

She can't escape.

I just want Zhiyang to know

that I am the only person

in this world he can trust.

Sir!

Could it be these flowers?

As expected of him.

Even in hopeless situations,

he can still come up with ways to fight back.

Sir.

As you expected.

Lord has taken action against them.

[Mo]

No one can hurt him even a little bit.

Qingqing.

Qingqing.

Qingqing.

Qingqing.

Qingqing.

She's awake. Her Ladyship is awake.

She's fine.

Is she really fine?

Miss's pulse is steady.

Apart from a slight weakness,

there is nothing wrong at all.

There are no signs of poisoning or witchcraft either.

It's you

we should be more concerned about.

Thank you, doctor.

I'm glad she's fine.

Doctor, let me see you out.

I'm not dead?

Could it be...

that I have some kind of hidden "cheat code"?

Like immune to poison?

My Lord,

did Qing Jian give Her Ladyship the pill

just to scare us?

It's not certain.

He himself has said

he enjoys playing tricks on others the most.

He might be

watching us

being tearful now,

and proud of himself.

Stop frowning.

I'm fine, right?

I'm glad you are fine.

Where is Lai?

Lai?

Let me take a look.

You scared me.

Are they together now?

Lai.

I told you not to do anything.

Why are you busy again?

The clothes are dirty.

Just leave them there. I'll help you wash them.

Put them down.

By the way, how's Her Ladyship?

Don't worry. Her Ladyship has woken up.

Woken up?

I'll go take a look.

No, no, no.

Let Lord Li accompany her.

Don't disturb them.

Okay.

It was all my fault.

I'm not skilled enough in martial arts.

I failed to protect you.

If you say that,

then what about me? I can't do martial arts.

Wouldn't that make me guilty of a heinous crime?

That's not what I meant.

I just...

I know.

Although I'm not as skilled as Lord Li,

I can't just stand by and watch you get hurt.

Since I was a kid,

you're the first one who's willing to sacrifice to protect me.

Don't worry.

I will definitely repay you.

[Moon Pavilion]

You've got some nerve coming back?

I was afraid you would wait too long.

You don't need to wait anymore.

They have all failed.

Li Zhiyun!

Are you defying me?

Do you still remember who saved your life?

Of course, I dare not forget.

You hated the Peacock Sect and Master Rong

for the sacrifice.

So I spared no effort to help you avenge.

And now,

is this how you repay me?

Help me?

You were not helping me.

You were just using me as a knife

to achieve your own ambition.

Your kindness in saving my life

and raising me,

I will never forget.

I'm willing to help you

obtain the position you desire.

But there's one condition.

You must never harm Zhiyang.

What if I have to kill him?

You can try.

My Lord.

Qing Jian has already had treacherous intentions.

Why did you let him leave unpunished?

He's still useful.

So I spared his life for now.

When the time is right in the future,

I'll send him and his brother to hell.

As the formidable boss of the Flowers Kill

and a "hexagonal warrior" of the Peacock City,

why have you become prone to getting injured now?

Because I have a weak spot now.

Muyang,

I don't want to be your weak spot.

I want to be your armor.

I want to protect you.

You were already protecting me.

Just staying by my side

makes you my armor.

Whatever happens in the future,

you must never again use your own safety

as leverage.

Do you hear me?

I've already lost you once.

I can't bear to lose you again.

I won't.

But...

We left like that.

Will Qing Jian come after us?

You don't need to worry about him for now.

The flowers I gave him

weren't baby's breath flower,

they were Qiming herbs.

When we were seven,

my brother fell seriously ill,

struggling to breathe and coughing up blood every day.

It was during that illness that I discovered

that the Qiming herb is toxic to him.

But he doesn't know it.

So, when I was in the dungeon,

I provoked him, argued with him,

all to make him inhale the toxin.

While not fatal,

the toxin is enough to harm him a bit.

No news from Master Rong's side yet?

For some reason I don't know,

Master Rong has been absent from Court for several days.

No one can see her.

It's strange.

She doesn't seem like someone who would be so negligent.

Could it be that she's unwilling to release you

and intentionally delaying?

She wouldn't do that.

Wait for three more days.

If there's still no response after three days,

take this thing to the Master's Mansion.

Yes.

Not this one.

Master?

Not this one.

Master?

Not this one!

-Master. -Change it!

Master!

-No! -Change it!

Change it!

Go away!

Change it!

Play the delightful one!

Play it!

Please don't be angry, Master!

I really don't know which tune it is.

You don't know?

You don't know!

Why don't you know?

Why don't you know?

Change it.

I want that tune!

Play it!

-Play the delightful one! -I really don't know!

Play it!

I really don't know!

Yu!

Yu!

All of you, get out!

Yes!

Yu!

Yu!

Look at me, Yu!

Look at me.

I'm Moqian. I'm Moqian.

Look at me. Look at me.

Yu.

Yu, It's me.

It's me.

I'm Moqian.

I'm Moqian.

Can you play the bamboo flute?

Play it.

Yu,

you can't listen to it anymore.

Get lost!

Yu.

As long as you don't hurt yourself.

Yu?

Yu!

Yu.

I'm really fine.

I suspect it was just a candy.

Qing Jian was playing tricks on me.

Qing Jian is so bad.

If anything happens to you,

I won't live alone.

Bah!

How could you say that?

Besides,

even if you won't think of yourself,

you should think of Qiang, right?

Are you willing to make her sad?

If anything were to happen to you,

I'd be devastated too.

Good Lai. I understand.

Don't worry.

I'll be fine.

Oh no!

Du Moqian sent a message

that Master Rong is in trouble!

Master is in trouble?

Yu.

Shu Ya is Qing Jian?

Yes.

He controlled Rong Yu with the bamboo flute.

How dare he?

Is there anything he doesn't dare to do?

I was watching him

hurting Yu right in front of me,

but unable to do anything.

Now the most important thing is to wake her up.

When the flute stopped playing,

her consciousness also faded away.

If she continues to sleep like this,

she might never wake up again.

Where are you going?

The people from the Moon Pavilion have planned meticulously

and have long since left the city.

You won't be able to find anyone.

Then what about Yu?

Is she going to be like this forever?

[Minghua Hall]

The Master remains unconscious,

and none of you have any idea how to save her.

Indeed, there is currently no reliable solution.

The Imperial Hospital is discussing countermeasures.

Are there any unreliable methods?

Well...

The Master is in danger. Don't you dare hide anything!

This method is perilous,

and it's only been rumored among the common folk.

Throughout history, no one has ever attempted it.

If there's even the slightest deviation,

her life will be in danger.

Just tell me.

I'll take responsibility for the consequences.

Don't worry, Lord Li.

We will take good care of the Master.

Thank you.

Don't worry too much.

Yu is blessed by God.

Don't worry.

She will be fine.

I hope so.

How do you know how to tie this knot?

You taught me.

Have you forgotten?

Probably because there's been too many things going on lately,

my brain isn't working properly.

Let's talk about it when we get back.

You're here.

What are you giving her to drink?

It's a new prescription from the Imperial Physician.

Given the circumstances,

we can't use medication casually.

Don't worry.

They know what they're doing.

She does seem to look a bit better.

Yu will wake up soon.
