[Lovesickness]

[Episode 21]

This is a top-quality Hotan jade.

This gold-inlaid jade signifies

peace, wealth, and an auspicious and harmonious marriage.

It can be given to the girl you like as a gift.

The girl you like?

Xiao'an, what do you think of it?

Your Highness, you asked the wrong person.

How would I know about these things?

Your Highness, do you have a girl you like?

Yes. Of course.

Yu from the Shangchun Brothel,

Jiao from the Yuehua Pavilion,

and Li from the Tingyu Pavilion.

All of them are girls I like.

Your Highness, you're really good at making jokes.

This vase looks like a gourd,

symbolizing blessings and wealth.

The glaze on it is bright and translucent,

signifying peace, wealth, and auspiciousness.

This Colorful Vase is not bad,

and its symbolism is good as well.

I can give it to Imperial Brother for a good omen.

It's fine that this maid of yours is ugly.

But how come she has no sense at all?

Xiao'an, serve tea to His Highness.

This treasure is a precious find

from the Western Region.

It is a jade thumb ring

meticulously crafted by a master artisan.

A jade thumb ring?

It is even better.

Xiao'an?

I'm sorry, Your Highness.

It's okay.

You...

The tea has run out. I'll go and get another pot.

Your Highness, you seem to

care about this maid of mine very much.

Do I?

It's just that I haven't seen

such a clumsy maid in a long time.

I need to use the restroom.

Why is the jade thumb ring here?

The jade thumb ring...

Is what should happen going to eventually happen?

Xiao Chu, Xiao Chu.

What should I do?

What should I do?

I must not let the history repeat itself.

This luminous pearl is worth a fortune.

It's from the East Sea.

It can be used at night to make the house as bright as during the day.

This painting of Autumn Breeze is a genuine work of Master Yan.

I traveled thousands of miles for this painting,

rushing from the capital

to Yongzhou to buy it

before Yongzhou's richest businessman.

As everyone knows,

this painting is one of Master Yan's earliest works.

Your Highness, have you seen anything you like?

These are just some ordinary treasures,

nothing interesting.

Indeed.

Every year,

Imperial Brother bestows countless rare treasures

upon you.

Of course, such common items

can't catch your eye.

I spent a lot of effort

to get it.

Everyone, take a closer look.

Take a closer look.

This is an invaluable treasure.

Xiao'an. Serve tea to me.

Xiao'an? What are you waiting for?

Serve tea to His Highness.

You can't drink it.

I can't drink it?

Hurry up.

Are you trying to make me die of thirst?

Xiao Chu.

This tea tastes unfresh. I'll go find the owner.

Xiao Chu!

Xiao Chu, are you okay?

I'll go get a doctor.

Are you admitting that you know me now?

I've already told you it's poisoned.

Why did you insist on drinking it?

Do you know

that murdering Prince Ning is a capital crime?

How could I bear to watch you

seeking your own death?

My life doesn't matter.

I just want you to live well.

Since you're willing to die for me,

why did you heartlessly leave me?

What kind of feelings do you have for me after all?

Xiao Chu.

Xiao Chu, don't die!

Xiao Chu, I like you.

I want to be with you forever.

I will never leave you again, Xiao Chu.

You finally admitted that you like me.

You...

are still alive.

Could these little tricks of yours really stump me?

You liar!

If I hadn't lied to you,

how could I know your feelings towards me?

Since you like it so much,

let's consider it as our token of love.

It seems what's meant to happen has happened.

Is this all God's will?

Your Highness, I've heard of your elegance and charm

since I was at my fiefdom in the southwest.

Today, upon seeing you, it's indeed not unfounded praise.

Prince Ning,

I'll take this maid.

Consider it a favor I owe to you.

She's just a maid.

Your Highness, if you like her, just take her with you.

Thank you.

Prince Ning is harboring treasonous intentions?

How is that possible?

Did you try to kill him because of this?

He definitely has treasonous intentions.

Otherwise, why would His Majesty be in such a hurry

to summon him back to the capital?

Anyway, remember,

you must be cautious of him.

And you.

Don't do such silly things again.

Today, if it weren't for me,

you would be in big trouble.

I see.

Brother Xiao Chu,

I heard that Sister An is back.

It's just because I heard that Sister An is back

that I came to see her.

I didn't expect that Sister An is the girl

Brother Xiao Chu likes.

Congratulations, Brother Xiao Chu.

Congratulations, Sister An.

I'll leave you alone for now.

Yuchan!

Don't chase her.
