Salvatore D'Aquila

The Mafia King of New York City

The ruler from 1910 to 1926 was succeeded by an Italian named Carlo Gambino

It was in 1920 when Carloths underworld presence was known to the American Mafia

His was the worlds first criminal family

Carlo gang will have a share in every illegal deal

They were experts in indulging in crime without leaving back any evidence

At the same time they had joined hands with many higher officials and would reward them for their works

Carlo Gambino passed away in 1976 due to cardiac arrest

Even after his death the Gambino family still continues their illegal business all around the world

It was during the 1970's when the first reference about a similar family was found in Kerala Police's report

It was the deals made by Carlo and his family who had migrated to Northern Malabar that had put the police in trouble

All the efforts put to arrest that criminal family repeatedly ended in failure

This family was known by a name among Kerala Police: "Gambinos"

Carlos thus became the King of Kerala Underworld Mafia without any competitors, The story continues

I'm the Doctor, where is you mother?

Yeah, come in. She's there

God takes his favourite people to him sooner, you don't get tensed son

Grandma came to know only after Doctor called

I have made arrangements for all the necessities there

Doctor told me she's been sick for few days. Before dying...

Mom was very adamant that nobody should be aware of this. Thats why i didn't tell anyone. Sorry

In a way it was for the better

She went away without troubling anyone

No need to stay there alone anymore son, Grandma is coming

Your work will happen even if you stay here

OK

What kind of a step is this

Come

You've grown

I last saw you when you were a young boy

Bring all your luggage

Yes

Come, let's go. It's getting dark

Get in

Dad's sudden death

It's after that my mother became sick

For the past few years me and my mom were the only people there for each other

Now, after mom's death I feel really lonely

How is the new place?

It's good

Grandmas house is near Jawahar Colony

Really? Even I stay nearby

Hardly 1 km from there

Oh

Who else stays there other than grandma?

Uncles. Not just 1, but 4

Then why haven't you said anything about them yet?

I didn't try answering her for that

Even my mom had hid many things about them

Maybe she doesn't like seeing them or mingling with them

Mother was afraid of them

Similarly even they were living scared

Mother tried telling me something about them during her last days

But, the words were unclear because of the pain

What could it be that mother tried to tell me?

3...4...5...yeah

Hey I have already counted that

I only have to keep it back, right?

Yeah, just keep it

Haven't I already told you not to snort like this

The elder one among them is Jose uncle

He is in hiding

Sometimes even the police comes searching for him

Even my other uncles are doing the same business as Jose uncle secretly

I can always see money being stacked here

But I couldn't understand what their dealings were

I think it's something like drugs

Ohh..you woke up Mustafa?

Here

Do you need juice son?

No Grandma

Do you like your stay here?

Yes, I like it

The juice is good

No thanks, I'm good

Hey..hey..come here

come..come..come

Ah here he comes

Haven't you finished counting till now?

Yes we're done. How much do you want?

Put three stacks in my bag

Haven't you heated the water yet mother?

Ohh no.. I forgot

I had told you I have an appointment at 9 right?

Don't get angry, I'll get it done right away

What is this mother?

The baby will catch fever if he bathes in cold water

Keep it in

Get lost man

Their mother is everything to them

Even it's the same for her

Their mother supports them in all their illegal activities

I'm trying to get along with this situation

The most decent among the uncles is Aby Uncle

Only Aby uncle has a family

Currently he is the only one who wishes to stop all the illegal activities and set things right in the family

And for that reason he had spoke to the others except for Jose uncle regarding this

They all even make fun of Aby uncle

Still he has hope for a better life

Hey give it to her also. Be careful

What happened? Isn't lunch ready yet?

It's getting ready

Just 5 minutes

How long has it been. I'm starving here

Hurry up

What's going on

Are you hungry?

Even I'm hungry

We both have the same menu

Idly in the morning

Rice in the afternoon

Why isn't there anything on the table?

Please calm down Aby

catch

Don't you have any car to play with?

I will buy you a Benz

This isn't todays paper

Have you kept it in the bedroom?

No, I haven't taken it

It,s noon. Can't you even get the paper

I have been busy all day

Okay I will get it now

Police comes in search of Jose uncle everywhere. Especially here

Aby uncle usually mocks them and sends them away

Even though they are angry about it, they don't show it outside

The person you are looking for is not here, nor does he ever come

Who told you what our intentions are

Get Lost

Do you need this flower?

It's got a really good fragrance

You won't get such fragrant flower anywhere nearby

Take it sir

Haven't you been waiting for a long time..take it

His arrogance!

I'll get rid of his arrogance today

Leave it. We can take him some other time

Wife and kids are in the car

Have told them I've come to get vegetables

you said you had to say something over the phone

Things aren't like before

You have to increase my share

My answer is still the same

It won't happen

That would be troublesome

No

Will you suffer the losses in this business?

That...

Now you're getting stuff for free

It's like that when you get it for free

Typical human behaviour

Solomon, don't forget that I'm a police Inspector

I've been passing a lot of information to you from our department

That's because we are giving you ten times of what your department pays you in an entire year

I can easily replace you with any of your superiors in the department

But you've been part of our deals since my father was running the business

So now don't start getting greedy sudhakaran

Mustafa...

Ask Jose to stay away for a few more days

Sound the horn

Speed up...overtake them

Sound horn..let's deal with him

Hey stop, you buffoon

How dare you drive while talking on the phone

Get lost you bugger

I'm gonna...

They don't know who they're messing with

I'll teach them a lesson

Shit

Hey hold this

Why do we need this?

Just blow his brains out

Shoot

Get down

Come out

Hey look there

What is your issue?

Get down

Come if you've got guts

Where are you going to?

Why are you loitering around?

Bang him right in his chest

Bro let's scoot from here

Run

Now do you understand it's use?

Hey...What? Mustafa!

What do you want?

Hey put one more piece from that

I asked my son..not you

Eat son

What an appetite you have

What is it?

Why aren't you eating anything mother?

Jose

Where would he be now?

He had called me

It's his carelessness

Nothing will happen to Jose

You eat something mother

Hi

Catch it

Pass it here

This is Salma, my classmate

Sorry, was my classmate

Where do you stay Salma?

Kottaram Road

This is my Grandma

I'm Solomon

They are my uncles

We stay in Jawahar Colony

Come visit us some day

Let's get to know each other better

I will come

Go..go..

I had thought we all could spend some good family time on such a good day

But this guy has been snorting ever since he came

Can't you stop it?

Only you have a family in this house

Everybody did have once

You all spoiled it yourself right

Don't make me say too much

Aby, let it go

Now he will start snorting making that an excuse

He just needs some reason to do it

We all are living with the money we're getting from this

Nobody forget that

His shitty advice

one day we will stop all of this

That day you won't be able to stop even if you want to

You're right

I'm telling you too

Mustafa bring me some water

What happened Mustafa

Do you know who I am?

Aren't you Jose uncle?

Yes

Mustafa

Go

How much longer will you have to live hidden like this

It's not a simple crime

He's labelled a traitor of the nation

He won't even get bail

What is the evidence against me?

Just that weapons were seized from my vehicle?

Isn't that enough? Aren't weapons considered evidence?

Although the car was used by me

I'm not the RC Owner

Hey kids are sleeping there, let's go

Don't start nagging in between a serious conversation

They will sleep over there, don't worry

Brother...brother...police

Police? Where?

Close the door immediately

Brother get away from here

Solomon, Where?

Fooled You

You got me all tensed up

We have to buy a few groceries

What?

We have to do grocery shopping

Everything is empty

I'm going to the supermarket anyways

Make a list and give me

Hurry up. I will wait

Hey, Why were you going to the supermarket

Simply, Just to meet brother Jose

What is he doing in the supermarket if he is in hiding

What is the emergency?

Nothing much. It's just a small deal

Why are you making it small. Make a big deal itself

Haven't I told you not to interfere in these matters

Don't you remember our kids?

I'm interfering in that

What am I supposed to say when they ask what their dad does for a living?

That he is a drug dealer?

Didn't you know all this from the beginning

Haven't I told you everything about my business

I wasn't mature enough to understand these things at that time

Police visit our house almost everyday searching for Jose

Why are they coming here?

Even the kids are scared

Aby we can work hard together to lead a decent life

Or else

Be patient for a little longer daisy

I'm really fed up

I know. This is like a whirlpool

I want to escape from this more than you do

I want to end all this before our kids start realising things

You go now. I have work to do

You send me the list on Whatsapp

I have to sneak around to come meet you

Can't we end all this?

What are you gonna do after ending this?

We can invest in Share Market

Don't I need to have computer skills for that

I don't know anything about computers

Then we can start some other business

Why do we need to start some other business?

Hasn't Dad already established a good business for us

Medicine Business

It's called Drug Dealing

Drugs are also medicines

We only need that business

Okay. I just wanted to start anew decent life

Hey

Any common man do what you are saying right now

But to be a Gambino

Is not everyones cup of tea

You need guts for that

Leave it if you're not interested

I'm going for shopping

I'll drop you in the way

Hey

You could've seen him if you had come 5 minutes before

We don't necessarily need him

We can adjust with you too

Let me know when you decide

Okay, I have to go now

Did you tell her?

Okay

I will call you later

Does she know?

No haven't told her yet

What is this solomon?

This is all fate

What fate are you talking about?

Son

Solomon

Solomon

What are you doing?

Where is Mother?

She went to big brother's house

Aren't you ashamed to drink beer like girls?

This is my wish

Okay

I have been wanting to ask you something for a while now

What is it?

Do you have any case against you?

Stop beating around the bush and tell me what it is

Don't you have a girlfriend?

No

Why not?

i don't have time to waste in a relationship

Then how are you planning to waste your time?

By drinking beer?

Or by snorting drugs?

Hey

It's been one week since Aby's death

For him

For his soul

Have we done anything?

No

Alex

Shouldn't we do something Alex?

Yes..we should

Finish your bath quickly and come

I need to go somewhere

I need a car

We already have a car here

Hey no need to teach me stuff

I'll say..you just follow

There will be abandoned cars on road

You should bring a car like that here before 11 pm

How can I do all this?

You can

This is also a chance for you

you will get more such chances

If you can succeed in this one

This is how you learn new stuff

So I'll see you at sharp 11 pm

Ok?

His bloody snorting while going for something important

I'm gonna thrash you

Take that too

Where is the car?

Parked behind the house

We will be back soon

If someone calls you

Tell them we all are here

Here

If they ask again, then tell we are in the toilet

Let's go

Come

There is a suspicious car at Thondayadu Bypass road

Can you please confirm the exact location

I only came to know it's at Thondayadu Bypass

We are on our way there

Hey

You messed with the Gambinos bastard

What happened?

Why are you alone?

Where are the others?

Just shut up and go

Get lost

Phone ringing

Phone ringing

Phone ringing

Hey Mustafa

I like your hairstyle

From which salon did you groom it

It's not from a salon

Is it self groomed?

A friend of mine did it

Friend as in girlfriend?

What was her name?

I forgot

Salma

Sal...ah

It's hard to believe she cuts so well

Does she cut for outsiders too?

See this hair?

I need to make it stylish

She will cut if you ask her to

Won't you ask her

Afterall

I am your Uncle

Hey Mustafa

What is your name?

Mustafa

I need to clarify a few things with you regarding a murder case

Okay

Jose..Alex..

Then there was one more, Who was it?

Solomon

Yeah, Solomon

He alone escaped

The police is looking for him

What is your full name?

Mustafa Ahmed

Is Ahmed your Father

Yes

What is your relationship with them?

With this family

This is my mothers house

So Jose and Alex?

They are my mothers siblings

What is your mothers name?

Aleena Carlos

How was your mothers relation with them?

Does she visit often?

No

Even I had no connection till mothers death

Has it been long since mothers death?

She passed away last month

She had cancer

Where were you yesterday?

At Jose uncles house

Where did you say they had gone yesterday night?

I never said that

Then tell now

Where did they go?

They were at home

Okay

How was your relationship with Aby who died in a police encounter

He was very friendly

Everyone liked him

What about the other uncles

They were troublesome..weren't they?

Nothing like that

Aby uncle was a decent guy

Where were you at the time of Aby's death?

I was at home with mother

How did your uncles react to the news?

I didn't get you

He was shot right?

How did your uncles react to that

They all were very depressed

Were they seeking for revenge out of this depression?

Anyone would react that way right?

Only Solomon Uncle created a ruckus

So it must be this Solomon who planned the revenge right?

No sir

He did create a ruckus

And then he cried a lot

I forgot to introduce myself

I'm Crime Branch D.Y.S.P Pradeep Kumar

He is North C.I Alex Paul

Did you eat anything?

Yes sir

We will call you when needed

We might have to meet again

Me being at Aby's house at that time is the root to all problems

None of this would've happened if I was there

They asked for their deaths

Did you say a word to me before you started off for this?

What else should we do to those who killed my brother?

Shouldn't we kill those bastards

You tell me..Shouldn't we have done that?

He is my Son

He's the one I pampered the most among you all

He came from my womb

So I should be the one to have more grudge for his murderers than you people

But

We are not safe

Jose

Already the police have their eyes on you

Now they will make this as an excuse to raid the entire house

While your father was alive

Not even a single guy had the guts to come near our house

Now his kids

Are living scared of low grade cops

You should be able to strike fear in your enemies

Like your father Carlos

And that is why

They all called him Gambino

Even that name is tarnished after his death

Phone ringing

Tell me

I am inside

No need. I will come there

Mother, Solomon is standing outside

I will go and get him

Jose

You should go and meet that psychiatrist

Continue your meds

What?

Come

Solomon

I spoke to the lawyer

He says it's better for you to surrender

It won't workout mother

We can then get you out on bail son

This is not an ordinary case

It is police murder

They won't just simply sit

You know what will happen if they catch you

You first get an anticipatory bail

I cannot go and surrender to the police

But

Where is he?

you are right

Alex, where is Mustafa?

Do you know cooking?

Yes. Somewhat

I used to help mother at times

Mother was a great cook

And my father was a big time foodie

He loved the fish curry she made

Are you both telling stories here?

He is blabbering stuff out of hunger. Come

She told me that you have quit your education and have started searching for a job

Education is also important

Even mother said the same

Yeah

The vehicle used for the murder of the cops in thondayadu bypass has been proven to be stolen

Kerala police are also searching for car jackers who could have a link in this murder

The senior police officer has told the media that the culprits will be found at any cost

The family members of the deceased cops will be getting a compensation amount of Rs 10 lakh from the government

Who are you?

Is Mustafa here?

He is inside

Tell him Alex has come

Mustafa

A guy named Alex has come to see you

Why did you come?

Hurry up. Let's go

What all did they ask you at the station?

Recall and tell us

Don't leave anything out

Not even a word

They will try to trap you with their words

So tell me word by word

They did not ask much

What all did you tell them?

Tell that properly

They asked my name

The police will phrase the questions differently

The might ask in different angles

We should never spill out anything

Let them ask

That is their duty

We should keep our mouths shut. That is what's best for us

Especially in your case

I hope you haven't given them any clues

What was her name again?

Who's?

The girl you keep hanging out with

Salma

Did you tell everything to her in detail?

No

Are you sure?

I haven't said anything

I am sure

We should always be careful while sharing secrets with women

According to their nature they might tell it to others

Especially if it's the police

They will immediately blabber everything

You don't mind not telling her..do you?

I haven't said anything till now

It's better for both of you to not see each other anymore

You shouldn't see that girl again

Isn't that better?

Let all of this get sorted out

You don't have to worry

He will not see her again

Right son?

Fill for 500 Rupees

Don't make noise and give away your location Solomon. Just Stop

This is the real deal. This is what I have been looking for

I have stopped all this weapon dealings

Your father Carlos was the one who brought me into this field

So what? You did make a fortune out of it right?

That is why I agreed

This weapon dealing is a very risky business Solomon

Didn't you get hefty payments for the risk you took?

Just arrange 2 days stay for me here

I forgot to tell you one thing

Who asked you to come here now?

2 Men came here yesterday when you had gone out

Who were they?

I don't know

They asked if there are other tenants here

I said No

Is there any issue?

Was it the cops?

I'm not sure. They looked that way though

Will it be the police

How am i supposed to know whether it's the cops or not?

Who turned on this phone?

Who is gonna touch it in this house?

i had turned it off

The police can track and find me if the phone is turned on

Shit

They will be on their way here

I swear I didn't do it Solomon

Do you have an extra sim card

I don't even have a mobile phone

You are completely useless

Solomon

Don't give up son

*died in a police encounter last week*

Geethu turn up the volume

This happened in between an ongoing murder investigation where the police were looking for Solomon, being one of the suspects

Solomon died in an encounter with Crime Branch D.Y.S.P Pradeep Kumar and his team

Sir the Mafia has grown stronger in the city in recent times

Even after having the police and judicial system intact

You are right. There has been a spike in such crimes in the city

Now the responsibility is on my shoulders

Such incidents won't take place anymore

The first step towards it is the police movement against such criminals

You can see more of these in the coming days

Why is this happening to my kids

Did you keep me alive for so long to see all this Jesus?

Didn't we ask him to surrender?

But he just won't listen

Now see what happened

Why are you blaming him alone?

Then am I the culprit here?

Did I ask him to go into hiding

You speak as if I'm the reason for all this

It is you

It is your impatience that lead to everything

What do you mean by I was impatient

Have you forgotten the debts that dad had left for us before his death?

It's good to think about our past at times

I single handedly brought the family into this position

What position are you talking about?

Having to see the blood ridden bodies of my kids at this old age?

Is that the position you are talking about

Is that your guts?

They brought that upon themselves

You and your kids lived happily till now right?

That time none of you had anything good to say to me

Now all the blame is on me

You should be thankful

What should I be thankful for? Tell me

For giving birth to you?

It's better to not say about our upbringing

Get out

You are a psycho

It's you...you

You are the one who killed my kids

Hey don't talk nonsense

Am I the one who killed them?

Don't blame me for their mistakes

Enough

Don't say another word

You old fag

Don't touch Grandma

What is it?

Don't hurt Grandma

Hey..who are you to say that

Jose get away from him

Who are you?

Jose let go. Don't say anything

Let me go

Listen to me Jose

Who the hell are you

No Jose, don't hurt him

Stop there

Stop

What is the issue?

Hey it's nothing. We were just playing around

Mustafa is everything ok here?

He is okay. Aren't you?

I'll be taking him with me

I need to ask a few things

Sir, if he troubles you in anyway please let me know

I will set him straight

Whatever you want to ask him, you can ask me. I will give you the answers

It's not needed now

I will definitely as you if the need ever arises

I will be able to give you few crucial informations regarding the police murders

I am ready to help you out in any way necessary

Right now I just need him

Mustafa

Go

I will send the lawyer along with you

Come

I will pray for this case to be solved as soon as possible

Everything will be solved quickly if your prayers are with us

They are police

They will try to brainwash you in different ways

Don't give them anything

They are doing their duty

That's all

We both have a blood relation

Issues between us is just temporary

The one I loved the most was your mother

You are my Aleenas Son

I'll be there for you if you ever need me

Even if it means my death

I'm ready to spend any amount of money for you, because

You are my blood

It is my duty to protect you

Hey

I have already asked you this once, I'll repeat once more

Mustafa, what were Aby's brothers discussing about after Aby's death

They were talking about the funeral rituals

Did they get emotional and say something?

It's normal for any person to get emotional and express things when their brother dies

Why are you silent Mustafa

Did the lawyer ask you to not say anything?

I only need a statement from you

We can find many loopholes in this case, do u understand?

He is not a small kid to not understand that

Firstly, your understanding of things itself is incorrect

Then how can he give a statement according to your needs

And if it is evidence that you want

Then him or someone else will have to make false evidence for you

Such false evidences and statements won't stand in the court

No right?

Let's meet again

Come

That D.Y.S.P is a bit dangerous

Till now they haven't got anything from Mustafa

Might not be the same tomorrow

They know how to make him talk if they ever catch him alone

You did a really foolish thing

You shouldn't have send an amateur like him to steal the vehicle

If he admits to stealing the vehicle, then our case will be immediately lost

Why did you send him to steal that car?

Why?

I had asked Alex to do it

Nobody told me anything

I had told you to do it first

Jose, you had told him to do it

Now don't blame me when there is an issue

This is his problem

You could've stolen that vehicle

You didn't listen to me and made him steal the vehicle

That lead to all these issues

I made him do it?

Yeah that is what made this whole issue Alex

What are you saying Jose?

You should've gone and stolen the vehicle, but you never listen. That is the issue

Stop..stop..stop

I didn't call you both here to listen to you argue

Tell that to him

Hey

Now you understand right?

Alex, no matter who did it, it was a stupid mistake

What can be done now?

Mustafa

The whole case lies with him

We should always have an eye on him

Always..do you understand?

Yes

Alex

Where will he be now?

He is always at that girls house

Awesome..I had told that day itself

To him, as well as you

He will never see her again

What is it?

Is Mustafa here?

Yes he is

Can you please call him?

Mustafa

Why did you come?

Didn't we tell you to never come here nor to meet her ever again?

What if i meet her?

You can meet her, but after this issue is resolved

Haven't we told you everything?

What is the connection between this and the case?

I don't understand

You only need to understand this much for now

Have you forgotten what the lawyer said?

He doesn't have any right to indulge in my personal matters

I don't know anything about that but this is something that affects our family

It's better that you follow

You got a call

Tell them I'm busy

They said it's important

Salma just go inside

Can't you see that we are discussing something here

Damn call

Come let's go

There should be no contact with her henceforth

This is what I can't understand

Why should i keep my needs aside?

I have nothing to do with this case

This only affects you

So please don't drag me into this

Please leave

I will go

If you think we are the only ones who will be affected by this case

You are wrong

You are the one who stole the car that night

The murder also took place inside that car

The only evidence that the police has in this case is also that car

So even you are trapped

Definitely you will be trapped

If you love her sincerely

Then maintain a distance until this issue is solved

Or else

Even she will be trapped

I'll tell you one more thing

None of your decisions are gonna be accepted

Think what you want to do in the girl's case by tonight

Salma

Why aren't you responding?

If you want me to respond to us never meeting again, then I have no response for that

Why don;t you tell me why you're doing this?

That is our family matter

How did this family matter suddenly pop up out of nowhere?

Or did you make it up to get rid of me?

It's just for a while

Then we will meet again

Let me discuss about us with mother. Till then you please listen to me

Since you have already decided everything

I have nothing to say

I'm going

By the way, I will also have to think about this decision of us not meeting

Salma please sit down

Please sit

Salma I am saying this for your own good

For my good? I don't understand

Tell me what it is

What? Don't you have anything to say?

I didn't think of you like this

You will pay for playing with my feelings

Just wait and see

What is it? What's the issue?

Girlfriend?

No need to tell if it's a secret

You have to come with me now

Please leave me alone

The vehicle is downstairs

Come and get in

I just told you I can't come in this situation

Whatever the situation maybe, the one calling you is Crime Branch D.Y.S.P

What will you do if I don't come

I'll thrash you and put you in the vehicle. That's what I usually do

And by your look I know that you are the obedient type

If you try to disobey

We will bring your girlfriend also into the investigation

That's how the police works

So are you coming or do you wanna trouble her too?

I'll come

Then come

Is Mustafa home?

What is it?

Just to meet. Can you please call him?

Yeah

Come inside

Sit

It's okay. Can you please hurry

No problem. Sit

Where is Grandma?

She has gone out

Then I will come back later

Hey sit. Let me call him

Sit

I'll just come

Why have you brought me here?

Consider it's for your own safety

Come

I called him

Here

No thanks

I'll come and meet Mustafa later

It's okay..sit

I called him

He said he is nearby

How can I not offer anything to our guest

Drink

Have it

Mustafa is young

Don't hesitate to ask me for any help

Okay?

I am ready to do anything

Have it

Has he told you anything about us?

Especially has he said anything recently?

Has he?

No

Salma

Shall I tell you a truth?

You are really gorgeous

Especially your eyes

Take off your hand

Did the police ever come to your house?

Didn't you hear me?

Has the police ever come there?

Tell me

What did you tell them?

Did you tell them anything that Mustafa told you?

Tell me...tell me

I'm asking you

Don't mess with me

Tell me the truth

So you won't tell me huh?

You don't have to tell

Jose..Jose

Even if you wish to say

I won't allow you to

Jose let go

Shut up

Let everything end with you

Let it end

Let it end..let it end

Hey Mustafa

Ask him to have breakfast and get ready

I'll wait outside

Mustafa

Have you ever thought about these trees?

Trees that give shelter to all the living species

But if it's branches spread to our homes or electric posts, we cut them out without mercy

It's the same with criminals

When they start affecting the good in the society we use Law to cut them down

That's the duty of the police

A persons life is set on the foundation of many rights

A single mistake is enough to turn your life around

As long as they aren't caught they keep repeating the mistakes

Finally when they realize they will get caught

They will start erasing the evidence

Businessmen, Politicians, Celebrities

So many people like that

Take the case of your own uncles

They used political power and money to escape from all the cases

They think it is always possible

But the final victory

That will always be of the truth

Of truth only

Now they might be feeling

that they are strong

Do you think they will protect you?

They will betray you

They will get rid of even you if they see you as an obstacle

Just a smal decision of yours is required

We can overcome a much greater wrong

If you have unknowingly committed any mistakes

I can save you by making you a pardoned- witness

I know your situation

All I can do is advice

You are the one who has to decide

Why are you telling me all this?

I don't know anything. I'm going

Where were you yesterday?

I..

Was at Salmas house

What was the occassion?

How's Salma doing?

Fine

Phone ringing

Don't run..Stop

Hey stop there

Mustafa

Hey

Shit

Where are the car keys?

Hey where are the car keys?

I haven't seen them

You can't find anything at the right place in this house

What? What is it?

Mother, where are the car keys?

It must be somewhere here

Move..Just move aside

Always making silly excuses

Can't find it anywhere

Jose

Shouldn't it be there?

Hey

Where is that girls house?

Which girl?

Salmas..where is salmas house?

Don't you already know that?

Hurry up and tell me where it is

Didn't we both go together

Just answer my question. No need to interrogate me

What happened to you Jose?

Hey shut up

Just tell me bastard

Tell me

Answer me..Where is Salmas house

Where is Salma?

She is not here

Where did she go?

She went to her aunt's house yesterday

She's not answering the call either

You sit

Uncle shall I use the toilet?

Sure.Go ahead

Phone ringing

Phone ringing

Hey hurry up and leave that house

Jose is on his way there

Hurry up and leave that place

Can you hear me?

Uncle I need a favour

What is it?

I need to go to the town urgently

Come

Hey stop there

Hey..you

Hey..stop

Is that how you cut vegetables

Put it in this

Here, this is a special preparation

Taste it and tell me how it is

It's good

Take it down in 5 minutes

I'll just take a shower and come

Don't fall asleep

We're not getting bail as expected

The court has already rejected the bail twice

You are not putting in proper efforts

How can you say that?

Do you think I won't try?

Things are getting out of hand

High Court is our last hope

High Court or Supreme Court

You will have to throw money wherever you go

Change the lawyer if you have to

Don't get tensed son

The lawyer is not the issue

I need to get out quickly from here

Do whatever is necessary for that

By hook or crook. Understand?

Alex

Why are you so silent?

Why aren't you talking to mother? Did someone die here

Jail and court are destined for men

Enough

Now don't start arguing for that

I've always been a squabbler for you right?

After all I had grown watching you and dad always fight

Just get lost without creating a scene here

I am going

It's because of you that everyone is suffering today

I have to decide whether to bring you out or not

I am your mother

It'll be good if you could remember it at times

Son

Say something

Why did you ask me to come?

We have to take a decision in his case

If you're talking about Mustafa then it's risky

Because he is the sole witness in this case

If something happens to him in their custody then it will be a huge headache for all of us

Not just that, he is in their secret hideout

It's hard to find

He is in this address

This is a huge risk

Is there some other way? I can see the possibilities of getting a bail

Just possibility

Can you assure me that?

How did you get this address which is only known to the police

Narendran

I've been seeing this ever since Carlos was running things

I've been playing this game for quite some time now

Even when Carlos got shot

I never gave up

It is for them that I held strong even back then

What I'm saying is

No matter who comes in between me and my kids

I will cut them down

But still..Mustafa

Mustafa

He's gone

Not just from the house

But also from mind

Don't expect him anymore

Once even she had left us midway just like this

His mother

Now even him

There is no use in joining back broken pieces

For me my kids are everything

If the Lord wants Mustafa to be sacrificed in order to save my kids, then let that happen

My kids are more important to me than my grandkids

No matter how scoundrel they are

I cannot think of a life without them

This puts my career at risk

No matter what you offer

I won't put my career at risk and join you

You should've raised them properly

Only you and your kids have to suffer the consequences for that

Don't try to drag others also into your issues and doom them

The main evidence of this case is the gun used to commit the murder

Forget the police, even the military won't be able to find it

And that car

That is in their custody

Even though the car belongs to someone else

It was stolen by Mustafa

He is a witness to Salmas murder too

If he admits all this

All of us will be inside

Not all of us, just your kids

Only them. Isn't that right?

It might be right

You know the share you have in the various deals with my kids

Don't forget all that and speak Sudhakaran

Do you have proof for that?

Just because you say so doesn't mean evidence doesn't exist right

Mustafa had accompanied Solomon once to fix a deal with you

Are you trying to blackmail me?

I hadn't thought of it till now

I need my kids to come out

For that I will use whatever means necessary

No matter how gruesome it is

I need some time to think

Go ahead, think

Take your time

You have time till dawn to think

Then it's time to act

You know me very well Sudhakaran

I'm not like my kids

I had never thought I will have to see my kids in this situation

That too as prisoners

Mustafa

Come in Son

Who is that?

She's our neighbor

Grandma please come with me

Why?

I need to tell you something

Sure, we can speak

Don't get tensed

Mother will take care of all your needs. Okay?

Now you must've understood

that the police custody is not safe

You stay with Grandma

She would need a helping hand at this age

And you don't have to be scared of your uncles either

What problem do you have here anyways

Uncles and nephews having a quarrel and solving it are all common incidents in every house

For me you and them are all the same

I won't let anything happen to you while I'm alive

I am Advocate Arundathi Menon

Aren't you Mustafa

Yes

Where were you till now

Come with me

Tell me where were you

I just stayed away for a while

We arrested the guy who came to attack you

Why didn't you call me till now?

I lost my phone in between

Did you meet someone after going from here?

No

Mustafa

I'm in a lot of tension today

We will know the verdict of the case today

They must have told you most of the things

Now all you have to do is support them. Leave the rest to your conscience

You have the freedom to decide things yourself

A single statement can decide the outcome of a case in the court

Many things are in our favour in this case

Now it's your statement that is going to turn the case around

Every word you speak in the court is like a fired weapon

Just one mistake and it will turn against us

Then it will be used as evidence by the prosecution

Then they will have to continue as prisoners without ever getting bail

The prosecution has no solid witness other than you in this case

Similarly nobody other than you

can save your uncles

Mustafa

I know you loved her a lot

What happened has happened

Be relieved that your mother and Salma are in the care of God now

Now all you have left in this world are your Grandmother and Uncles

They need you till the judgement of this case is passed

That's the nature of the police

They will forget you once the case is over

Then they will replace you with another person for another case

You are just disposable for them

They grow in their ranks by using people like you as pawns

The standing of prosecution depends on your decisions Mustafa

You have to take that decision from your conscience

Maybe

Once you tell the truth

You might lose a few things in life

But you will never feel guilty for standing up for the truth

Sometimes we'll have to hide a few truth

Because

Telling that to the society will not bring back the people that we lost

For the sake of your deceased mother

You are helping her brothers

Through that

I will get back my kids

It's a mothers request

They are culprits

And they deserve the punishment for that

I trust you

You are not like them

You cannot be like them

In order to win the case I will ask you in court whether Salma was a drug addict

And you should say she was

Then I will ask you

Whether you were aware of her illicit relationships with other men

Even for that you should say Yes

As for the reason of death

It has been proven because of overdosing in the post-mortem report

Isn't this an insult to the entire Kerala Police Department sir?

Do you think you did the right thing?

This is the victory of truth

How many innocents are being punished in this country

This judgement

Is a befitting reply to the arrogance of the police

The trust in our Judicial system has been restored once again through this case

They turned my grandson into a false witness

They threatened him and forced him to give false statement

He overcame all their threats and told the truth as it is in the court

The police has a habit of arresting any innocent if they fail to find the actual culprits

The plans of those who are jealous of my kids growth has been shattered here

Sir please sit there. I need to take a closeup shot. You can say anything if you have to

Pack all these and leave this place immediately

Or I will throw all this away

Sir

How are you?

Were you able to find the actual culprits?

I hope you will be able to find them soon and bring them before justice

Mine and my family's prayers will always be there with you

Don't think you are smart

Maybe this case might also get rusted without getting solved, just like many other cases in the country

Maybe

You can never escape from your own conscience

It will follow you till death

I hope you have this same level of self confidence the next time we meet

That is my prayer for you

How are you and your mother?

Yes we are fine

Ok Jose

Hey Grandma

Mustafa

Where were you till now son?

I got a job in a I.T company nearby

That's a really good news

Now you stay here itself

We have left your room as it is

Where are they?

They have gone to the church. Will come back soon

You come

Alex just call and inform them

Okay

Mother

Here

Did you pray well?

Yes I did. Whole heartedly

Mustafa has come

Has he?

You go and bring him down for lunch

Okay I will bring him

Hey Mustafa

Why are you sitting here

How long has it been

Son

Life is unpredictable

We expect one thing

But something else will be waiting for us
