On Publicity Day, content was filmed

to promote this season of Married at First Sight,

which included only a few of this year's participants.

And it was here that Adrian felt slighted for his exclusion,

causing him to storm off set,

leave his ring at the apartment,

and reveal to Awhina in the heated conversations that followed,

that he's done with the experiment.
