a classic yeasted crust.

The way I'm copycatting
the domino's pepperoni pizza

Is by nailing the sauce.

I'm gonna take some whole
san marzano tomatoes.

I'm gonna cook those down
with some garlic,

Some oregano,
all those beautiful italian

Herbs and spices, buzz it up to
get a nice, smooth sauce,

Add a lot of sugar
because that shit is sweet.

Domino's is not, like,
a heavy sauce pizza.

I'm going straight in the oven
to bake these, guys.

I don't think domino's
is frying their wings,

So first is marinating my wings
a little bit

With some salt, some oil,
get them tossed with flour,

Pop those in the oven.

Let's see how it comes out.

I'm gonna fry them first, 'cause
it wasn't completely soggy.

You want to fry

So, classic chicken
wings are always deep fried.

Domino's definitely doesn't have
a deep fryer.

However, when they get their bag
of frozen wings,

Those are par fried.

I'm, like, 95% sure.

I'm gonna bake 'em to render
some of that fat off first

'cause they didn't seem very
fatty, then pull them out,

Dredge 'em in the flour,
and then bake them again.

There's that word again.
So no frying?

No frying.
I didn't know domino's

Was so complex.

In our three minds,

made domino's too complex?

deep-frying her wings,

But I'm gonna use the oven.

So, you want to take them
out of the fryer.

Now we're gonna bake 'em.

Go bottom rack.

I know for a fact that domino's
only bakes their wings,

So I'm gonna do a double bake.

I'm throwing the chicken wings
in the oven raw,

Then when they're about
80% cooked,

I'm gonna toss them
in olive oil,

Some salt, a few seasonings,
and a lot of flour,

Then throw them back in the oven
at the highest temperature

Possible to get 'em
nice and crisp.

I hated having twins as brothers
growing up.

They always ganged up,
they had telepathy.

Twins are --
we're weird, man.

We have, like,
a special bond

And we speak
a different language,

And so it's like it's very tough
for singletons, which call...

it's our slur.

That's what we use.

So, you guys saw
the dough process.

It was really about getting it
nice and even,

And the sauce, I just took
pre-made plus tomato sauce,

Added my own herbs and spices,
a little bit of seasoning.

For the wings,
I'm pretty sure when domino's

Gets those wings,
they were fried once and twice,

And then they bake them
to order.

You nailed the cheese.

I think the sauce
is not sweet enough.

For the wings,
I did a little bit of oil,

A little salt,
garlic powder in there,

Tossed that all together,
and then just roasted them

In the oven.

This doesn't feel like
domino's.

No, it feels a little bit
more like pizza hut.

Well, it's half pizza hut,
border papa john's,

And a little domino's over here,
and one slice of little caesars.

- I think I got the caesars.
- You got the little caesars?

I wanted to give you a little,
like, you know,

Kind of taste around the world.

The wings
are definitely closer.

Brothers lucas,
here is my copycat.

Really wanted to
nail the sauce.

I didn't use jarred.
I made it straight from scratch,

But definitely a good amount of
sugar in there.

I also noticed that they do
a little parmesan

And garlic butter
around their crust.

For my wings, I did a double
bake with flour,

Little bit of salt,
little bit of garlic and onion.

Hopefully
you're tasting domino's.

Yeah, I mean, it's good.

It's just -- it's --
it's not dry enough.

Sauce is --
yeah, I think
I would make it sweeter.

has a pretty decent pasta.

I've never had alfredo
from domino's.
I never will.

So, for the remix round,
I'm gonna make

A butternut squash ravioli
with chili flakes in there,

Parmesan, some of that
mozzarella cheese.

To kind of play
as the wing part of this,

I'm gonna give you guys
this really yummy

Chicken-flavored
cheese filling,

And it's gonna be stuffed
inside of these.

Oh.
Which are zucchini flowers.

Close it up, and then
we're gonna fry it later,

And you'll literally have,
like,

Your little chicken wing
experience.

Yes, clever.

My in-laws are macedonian,

And they have a thing
called pita,

Which is basically kind of

Their version of, like,
our pizza.

It's basically a pito
that's flavored with schmaltz,

Which is chicken fat,
'cause we got to tie in

Those chicken wings.
Yeah.

Ricotta, some crumbled feta.

I'm gonna wrap it all
and basically make

Mini little pitas.

Okay,
now that sounds amazing.

And then as the pepperoni,

It's 'nduja,
which is an italian

Spreadable pepperoni,
essentially.

How'd you
come up with this?

I don't know.

When I thought of
wings and pizza,

Like yourselves,
it's an iconic duo.

So I wanted to do a duo,
just being comfort food,

Something
you're never mad at.

For tonight's remix,
I'm taking pizza and wings

All the way to morocco
by making biscuits and gravy,

Which is something very special
to me.

I'm taking some lamb ribs to
mimic that bone-on chicken wing.

So I'm gonna do a sun-dried
tomato biscuits and gravy,

'cause that's round
with the sauce.

I'm gonna take peppercorns,
ras el hanout,

Garlic, ginger, coriander,
and grind it into my own paste

In order to marinate
these ribs.

Iconic comfort food duos
taken to a different country.

Oh, I mean, I didn't know
domino's could do all this.

They can't!
This is the secret menu.

It already smells amazing
back here.

This feels better.

So, I took phyllo dough,
I brushed it with schmaltz.

So, here's your
chicken flavor.

Inside is a mixture
of feta, nduja,

Which is that spreadable salami,
and ricotta?

And then,
over on the side,

Bacon confiture with a little
bit of fresh herbs.

And then, in your little bottle
is that dipping sauce --

Roasted tomato,
roasted garlic vinaigrette.

So, find your bites.

Just like pizza,
every bite is different.

So, we have some lamb ribs
that have been braised

In ras el hanout,

Topped with a chili sauce.

And the crumble on top
is gonna be

Some crispy chicken skin.

For the pizza, we did a lamb,
biscuits, and gravy.

And then,
in the the biscuits,

I hit it with sun-dried
tomatoes, roasted garlic,

A little lemon zest,
a lot of fresh oregano,

Then, topped it with
a little za'atar spice

And some feta cheese.

Oh, yeah. Yeah.

This tastes like
the sauce,

Feels like a crust,
almost.

When I bit into
the biscuit,

I was biting into
a slice of pizza,

Insofar as the cheese
