opening a winery of their own

is a lifelong goal.

The culmination of years
of investment,

dedication and hard work.

And certainly not something
they would let go of easily.

Unless, of course,
that winery...

were to become haunted...

and frighten
the owners so much

that they had little choice

but to abandon everything
they worked so hard to achieve.

That's what allegedly happened
at one winery in England.

And when
a paranormal investigator paid a visit to it...

...he understood why.

in Hampshire, England...

A paranormal investigator
named Alex

is exploring
an abandoned winery

with a sinister reputation.

I'm Alex,
and this is my video.

Wine and mead
were revered beverages

of choice for the pagans.

And they celebrated life
with wine,

they celebrated death
with wine.

If you did build something
like a vineyard

on top of an ancient pagan
burial ground,

you might just be
inviting entities

to come and party
and imbibe with you

in your establishment.

And if it didn't feel right when Alex walked in,

what happens only minutes
into the investigation,

only reinforces that feeling.

On the other side
of the building, from where Alex is walking,

one of his static cameras...

...picks up a door
slamming by itself.

Anytime doors slam,

I automatically think
of, like, a spirit,

just trying to get
my attention.

So once that door, you know,
close the way it did for this gentleman,

I was like, "All right, buddy,
you need to start paying attention,

because either
they don't want you there,

or they want you to know
that they are there.

And, either way, the odds
are not in your favor.

And perhaps
most importantly for Alex,

as he walks around the winery,

whatever is in here with him,

seems to be getting
much closer.

I don't know
what would have caused

those wine bottles
to fall over.

Uh, he's certainly not
manipulating them in any way.

I've also had a similar case

with objects flying
across the room.

But it wasn't a bottle,
it was a wine glass,

and it was hanging on a rack.

So this thing just kind of
took off on its own and shattered.

When you start to have
bottles and wine glasses,

things that could clock you
in the head,

that could cause
some serious injury.

Alex begins the process of leaving the winery.

But not before one final scope
of the premises.

A decision

which yields
the most terrifying result

of the night.

As Alex moves
the camera around,

in a doorway,

seemingly staring
directly at him...

a shadow figure.

Who's there?

And it looked like
you could see the outline of a head, shoulders,

even kind of like a torso.

But it looks like it just kind
of fades into the darkness as you go down.

A lot of times when people
do see shadow figures with the naked eye,

it's not how you would see,
like, your own shadow.

It's not so defined.

A lot of times, it's kind of
hiding within a shadow.

It seems to match
a lot of eyewitness accounts

that I've heard about
over the years.

And it's a good indicator

that Alex is correct
to leave the winery when he does.

is making a video for fun,

while Soledad
is in another room.

But this apparently harmless activity,

is about to become
next level freaky.

Keep your eye
on the doll behind Priscilla

as she displays her toys.

Did you see it?

Watch again,

as the doll's hand
knocks over a toy cup...

by itself.

But Priscilla doesn't seem
to fully register it,

and carries on.

Until...

The doll once again moves its arm,

and this time, Priscilla,

whose phone is in selfie mode,

sees it and reacts.

Honestly, I didn't believe her until I watched the video.

And then, I couldn't
accuse her of making it up,

because there's no way
someone could have moved the doll from behind.

There was a wall there.

I wanted to get a lighter
and set the doll on fire,

because it was so terrifying.

I loved this one.

This is everything
that I am looking for

in a clip of the paranormal.

This is a situation
we've all experienced.

Something moves
in our peripheral vision,

and we're sort of like,
"Huh, what was that?"

She kind of glances at it,

but it's, like,
not a big deal.

The second time it moves,
which is way slower,

way creepier...

It so clearly just

scares her out of her mind
and she's gone.

It's both, heartbreaking
from a human standpoint,

and quite unsettling
from a paranormal one.

When we do investigations,

especially around
haunted dolls,

we're trying
to establish whether

the doll has the interests
of an entity,

usually like a younger spirit,
like a child spirit,

or is this entity
or spirit that,

that using the doll
as kind of like a ventriloquist would,

to interact with
or communicate with the living.

Whatever it is,
Soledad is desperate to find out what's going on.

So she consults her daughter

and other family members
who have lived in the house...

and received
some unsettling responses

that begin to shed some light.

After what happened,

my daughter told me
that the doll would appear

in different places
in the house.

She had slept with it
next to her,

and then it appeared
by her feet in bed.

Then, we realized that
there might be a reason why this is happening.

The house had some history.

Before we moved in,
my sister and little nephew lived there.

And my nephew said
that in the same room where the doll moved,

a man had appeared before him
and he talked to him.

So we decided
to ask the neighbors

if something had happened
in that house.

We found out that something
did happen.

That a man hung himself in it.

Terrifying.

But if it is
the spirit of this man,

why would it want to inhabit
the body of a toy doll?

A doll is kind of
the embodiment of a person, right?

You have a head, mouth,
nose, eyes, arms, limbs, legs, et cetera.

If you were a spirit

and you were going
to try to inhabit an inanimate object,

wouldn't you rather
inhabit something

that actually looks like
what you're familiar with?

Maybe...

But as far as Soledad
was concerned,

whatever took over the doll,

regardless of the reason,

had to go.

We burned it
in a metal barrel,

then threw it away.

The family
moves out of the house two months later.

But the ordeal leaves
a lasting impression on Priscilla.

She's okay.

But she won't forget about it.

As soon as she sees a doll,
she remembers that moment.

Let's hope
for her sake,

she won't ever have
to experience something like that again.

appear out of thin air?

An item you can't

you didn't leave it.

be due to the presence

of the paranormal.

in Northern Ireland,

whose rediscovered item

may have been
a very special delivery

from her late grandmother.

in Belfast, Northern Ireland,

a home security camera
captures Allison Sykes

as she leaves her recently
deceased mother's house,

which she's been clearing out
since her mother passed,

and she makes sure to lock
the door behind her...

...as she goes.

But when she returns
the next day,

she finds a bag

containing a pair of slippers
that belonged to her mother

behind the door.

A bad she is certain

she left upstairs
before leaving.

Mystified, because
she's the only person with a key to the house,

Allison asks
her daughter, Alisha,

to watch the home
security camera footage,

to see who
could have placed it there.

And when Alisha does so,

she is stunned.

Watch closely.

as the bag
seems to suddenly...

materialize.

I kept watching it,
and I was like, "This is so strange."

I just don't understand
how it could have got there.

And then, even, like...

And then, whatever...
The next motion,

you could see my mom
walking through the house.

But whenever
you scroll through the time passed

in between those two clips...

I deal a lot
with cameras and security cameras.

I said, "You know what?
This camera is not running at the proper frame rate.

Maybe it's motion activated

and somebody was able to
kind of sneak in

beyond the limit of what
the camera can to pick,

but the bag is there.

How did somebody
get a bag there without getting picked up?

Because the bag
is picked up on the camera.

I'm sort of at a loss.

This is
a very tangible object.

I mean, this isn't

a shadow figure manifesting
or an apparition manifesting.

This is a gift,
an actual product.

So I just... I've never
seen anything like this.

That's very interesting,
very compelling.

Compelling,
but most certainly

not unheard of.

It is something
in the paranormal we call an apport.

Things appearing
and disappearing,

from the French "apporter,"
"to move."

So, especially during seances,

as seen in
the spiritualist movement

of the 1800s and early 1900s,

when those psychic mediums
would make contact,

allegedly,
things would disappear.

Things would reappear
that weren't in the room to begin with.

Now, where did these
come from?

They just mysteriously
appeared from nowhere.

But maybe that nowhere
was the other side.

Maybe,
but there was no one trying

to make contact
with the other side.

So why did it happen here?

And why now?

Alisha thinks she knows.

Her nanny,
her mother's mother,

who who had just recently
passed away,

and who Alisha believes

was trying to send a message

by using this specific bag.

So, yeah.

Yeah, so strange.

A bag
with slippers on it by the door,

meaningless on its own.

But when we put it together

with the recent passing
of her grandmother,

when we know that the bag

says words like
"a gift for you"

when we know that
the bag wasn't there

there last time
any living person interacted with that house.

And it didn't just
fall down the stairs.

It's sitting
and waiting upright perfectly by the door.

Suddenly it becomes
incredibly spooky

and also
incredibly meaningful.

As far as last communications
from a deceased person,

that would be
incredibly meaningful to me if that happened.

If I actually
received something that said "a gift for you,"

from someone who had
recently passed away,

that's incredible.

And as spooky as it was,

the appearance of the bag

was a nice ending

- to a very challenging task.

into the building itself.

And then, potentially manifest

into one or more entities...

paranormal investigation team in Utah can vouch for,

because their theater-based
ghost hunt

was apparently dropped in on

by two ghostly spectators.

in Tooele, Utah.

Gavin Taketa
is at his computer,

reviewing footage
from a recent paranormal investigation

that he and his team did

at an 85-year-old
movie theater,

when he realizes with shock

that during their exploration,

some unexpected guests
appeared to stop by.

Right here.

Shine a light, nothing,
shine the light away.

Watch Gavin's cursor,

as he replays the footage

and narrates what he sees.

Something's starting
to get darker,

and then it starts
walking down.

Reid stopped.
He's already all the way down.

He is now stopped,
and the shadow keeps going,

has stopped and is now
walking more and more.

It gets to Reid, and then
disappears completely.

A dark shadow,
not matching the movements of the investigators

who are here, here and here.

He seems to walk down
the aisle

toward the feeder screen.

But that's only the beginning.

Seconds later, another shadow
travels the same route

Before seemingly taking
a seat in an empty row.

and this is my video.

We kind of, like, noticed
right off the bat,

the movement of our bodies
in the background,

as opposed to
the shadow figure

that should be mimicking
our movement,

especially with the lighting
that we did have,

you can see our shadows moving

in different patterns
on the wall,

and then you can see
this shadow,

which looks like
it's before the wall,

and it kind of dissipates
as it goes on.

We're not even moving
at the time.

The second shadow figure

that pops up
immediately afterwards,

walks down
and looks like it goes,

moves to the right
and sits down in a chair.

Now, none of our investigators
are doing this movement,

we're not doing this motion.

It's just absolutely baffling.

I thought
this footage was

very unique, uh,
very interesting

and a hell of a capture
for many different reasons.

Something's starting
to get darker

and then it starts
walking down.

You're seeing
these two different shadows

not complying
with being "the shadow" of one of the investigators.

And then, you're kind of like,
"Okay, wait a minute."

And then especially
the one that looks like

it's sitting down
in one of the theater seats,

but yet we see no investigator

is sitting down
or is seated at all.

If that's
the shadow of a spirit,

it it really
makes you wonder the...

The way it walked right up to
one of the living people there

and then sits down.

Was it there
to observe the show

that these people
were putting on at the time?

Or was it a deceased person

who was perhaps there
to attend a movie

that maybe ran decades ago.

Either way,
according to Gavin,

this wasn't
a first-time sighting.

There have been
numerous reports

of shadow figures
in that area.

That's partially the reason
why they installed there,

um, a static camera in there.

They've caught
multiple shadow figures coming down.

And considering
the location,

that's perhaps
not so surprising.

Theaters...
movie theaters, stage theaters...

incredibly long history
of being haunted.

Good theater, good film

is designed to evoke
emotional responses.

So we basically have a box

designed for a bunch of people
to go in and feel feelings.

Could a location,
after amassing

bit by bit by bit
of energy left behind

coalesce to create something

that has nowhere to go,
has no body to attach to,

so it just
wanders around aimlessly,

maybe looking for
that connection.

Something's starting
to get darker

and then it starts
walking down.

Possibly.

And if so, it's something
Gavin sensed at the time,

even though he was unaware
of the shadows.

I don't want to say
it was a dark energy that I felt there,

but it was...
it was definitely something

that kind of had
a story to tell.

We were feeling a lot like...

like there was
a crowd of people

that were just eagerly waiting
to talk there.

Whether or not
there was a crowd remains to be seen.

But whatever happens,

Gavin is all in.

Catching something like this was definitely shocking.

The high of ghost hunting
has always been there.

Our main goal is just to
kind of get back down there,

and I feel like
there's a story that we still haven't

quite uncovered fully yet.

of a diminutive
but powerful creature,

And while hard proof
of the legendary figure

is as elusive
as the creature itself,

make no mistake,

some odd beings
that fit the description

have been spotted.

And when they are,

the experience

is nothing...

short of chilling.

in Puebla, Mexico,

a security camera
records a side street on a quiet evening.

But things are about to get...

a little weird.

Watch closely.

Watch again in slow motion...

as a small,
two-legged creature

seems to stride across
the street...

before finally disappearing

into the darkness.

What the heck... was that?

When seeing
a clip like this,

your first instinct is to say,
"That can't be real."

But as I watched it

again and again...

and again,

in slow motion,

frame by frame,

trying to deconstruct
every pixel,

I can't tell you what it was.

I don't see
a head, really.

I see what looks like,
potentially, like, shoulders,

and, like,
a whole center quarter,

and then these
skinny little tiny legs...

running, but running like
a human would run.

The other thing is,
whatever this is,

it does, to me, look like
it is holding something.

I'm not exactly sure
what that something is.

I'm not even sure what it is,

much less whatever
it is holding

as it's going across the road,

but it does seem like there is
some kind of

object, kind of, you know,
maybe sticking out.

If this is
truly happening in camera,

a natural explanation might be
that the shutter speed

has slowed down
to let in more light,

and sometimes
you'll see things that are semi-transparent.

But not really only, you know,

half of it being really solid

and the other half
not even there,

such as, maybe this was a dog
walking across the street,

and when we see the back half?

I don't know about that.

It looks like a goblin,
and it's pointing at something

and running across the street
or holding maybe like a lance.

But what kind
of goblin-like creature

might be running around
this part of the world

holding some kind
of an object?

In a lot of
Latin American cultures,

there's a spirit
known as a duende,

which is It's sort of like
a generic term,

a little bit like
fairy folk might be in British tradition.

The Duende is
an interesting character,

because like
Western fairy traditions,

it's sort of a mixed bag.

What they are understood to be
usually, is fairly powerful.

They can make or break
your day, basically.

They could, on a whim,
bring a lot of good luck.

They could, on a whim,

bring a lot of bad luck
and destruction as well.

It's generally considered

the type of creature that
you want to be cautious of

and respectful toward.

In Puebla specifically,

there is the bridge
of evil elves,

and this is a tale
that goes back a few hundred years ago,

where it is said that a man

saw a chicken crossing
this bridge,

and he gave chase.

But as he closed in,

the chicken transformed
into a duende,

and was then joined

by a dozen other little
goblin-like creatures

who then began to attack him.

Now, the man escaped,

but the story lives on.

Are we perhaps looking
at one of these duende

from that evil elf bridge

who's running through town?

Or considering
the unique look of this bizarre creature,

perhaps it's something

even stranger.

This, to me,
I don't think falls

in the same category
as a duende.

This has got something else
going on.

I mean, I could even
veer into, like,

is this some sort of
human experimentation,

you know, that goes missing?

Let's hope not.

But whatever this thing is,

it's just another example
of how much there is left to discover

in this world.

they're getting something
from me as well.

...the connection
has not only continued with new sightings...

...but seemingly also left him with physical evidence

of the crafts
he is capturing on camera.

Christo captures
two fast-moving orbs in the sky.

And afterwards,
treks to the area

he believes
they were flying over,

and finds something remarkable
on the ground.

It's multiple
silk-like strands

several feet in length,

some rolled up
into small balls

that have similarities
to spider webs.

But are believed
by some ufologists

to be a byproduct of UFOs,

and are sometimes referred to

to has angel hair.

Several of these strands
with these bulbs at the end

came down from the air

directly on the ground
in front of me.

And in case people
didn't know,

when you have
a flying saucer sighting,

if you go back into
the historical record,

after people witnessed
flying saucers,

all over the ground
and on the trees,

they found webbing

and this strange substance,
a thread,

okay, that had been emitted
by the saucer as it came away.

And Christo
is almost certain

that what he's just picked up

is that same substance.

I've heard about this
for years

in different ufology reports,
sightings, things like that.

It's almost believed to be
a type of silicone substance,

ionized air, something from
a very high charged electromagnetic field,

and they often say that
it won't last very long,

and it kind of dissipates
within a few hours

or sometimes, a day or so.

So if you're able to find
this, uh, substance

and perhaps test it,

maybe there's something
that could come of it,

but it does seem to be
one of the hallmarks

of a very close encounter

with some type of craft
close to the Earth.

And despite
Christo's near certainty of what it is,

he puts the substance
through some tests to potentially debunk it

as simply spider silk,

and comes out
even more convinced

that it is not in fact

of this world.

We took some of
this stuff, right,

and put it in water,
and it dissolved, okay?

I don't know any spider webs

that dissolves in water,
scientist people. Do you?

I've seen lots of spider webs

with water drops
all over them,

Next day, still there.

This stuff,
put water in it, gone.

The physical substance may be gone,

but Christo's belief
in what it was...

UFO!

to bring discoveries like this

to a wider audience,

are here to stay.

Christo's story
is actually something

I've heard frequently
throughout the years.

It's almost as if one person

becomes this conduit
to this UFO activity.

As if they are selected
