cannot make sense of it.

haunted hotspots across the globe...

where a combination of factors

help to make a locale

an ideal home
for certain spirits.

But how far...

can a spirit roam
from these hotspots...

and our nearby homes

in danger of becoming haunted

by proxy.

That's what one thrill-seeker

is trying to discover,

after purchasing
an old farmhouse

just on the outer edge
of a haunting.

And thus far,

it seems all signs

point to yes.

in Southern Delaware.

Paranormal enthusiast
CJ Faison

purchased this house

because of its proximity
to an area

that is known to be haunted.

And tonight,

he's here to conduct
an overnight investigation

to see if
the house he now owns

has attracted

any of those nearby spirits.

Tonight, I am alone,

and my plan is to sleep

inside of the house.

My name is CJ Faison,
and this is my video.

The house in particular
has no history

of being haunted,
just the property

and the property
that surrounds it.

Specifically,

a nearby bridge

that CJ has
previously investigated.

Somebody did
a sacrifice on the bridge

or like some kind of ritual.

Long story short,
it burned down.

And the state
had to come in here

and put a brand-new bridge
in here.

But it's actually sketchy.

It's literally
in the middle of nowhere.

I noticed one day that
there was a "For sale" sign

right up the road
from the bridge.

And I did
a brief amount of research

by going to our
local historical society,

in which
they told me there was Indian burial grounds

all around there,

because the property is
right on the Nanticoke River.

So with that being said,

it intrigued me enough
to buy it

and just see if there's
anything crazy about it.

As a kind of invitation to his ghostly neighbors...

...CJ has placed
various trigger objects in the house,

including a doll

inspired by
the haunted Annabelle doll.

God, I hate that doll.

Hate that doll
more than anything.

That's the doll right there,
as soon as I opened it up,

all of the activity
started to ramp up.

And a casket.

Yeah. We've got
the casket over here.

And sure enough...

That was the casket.

That was the casket.

...a sound...

...that CJ believes

came from the casket.

A place like this,
especially where you see

coffins and creepy dolls,

what ends up happening,

they don't necessarily

trigger the spirits
within a space,

but they trigger trauma
within living people.

What that does is

it charges
the environment with fear,

and then you'll
start having things like

paranormal activity occur.

I think you're
the culprit of all this,

you little creepy-ass doll.

Taking advantage
of what he believes

is the first sign of activity,

CJ conducts
a spirit box session

in a different part
of the house.

Is there something attached

to the Annabelle doll
in the kitchen?

Is there anybody around here
with me?

And just seconds later...

"You control
this place." Okay.

To get a message
from something that says,

"I control this place..."

...is a bit scary,

because you're
not sure what this is.

But CJ
may soon find out what it is

as he moves to the window.

I took my flashlight out
over there to the window

to look outside

because I thought I was
hearing noises.

I thought I saw
something run by the window.

The next thing I know, boom.

My flashlight
turns completely off.

What the

What the

My hands were down here.

That's the power button.

Something just
turned this off.

This whole situation
with the flashlight, to me,

was fascinating. I mean,

first of all,
let's examine that phrase

that came through
the ITC communication.

"I control this place."

And then all of a sudden,

his flashlight
is malfunctioning.

Can you turn it off?

What?

It's letting him know,

"Hey, I am the one
in control here."

Very powerful
and highly intelligent.

Take the energy from it.

This is insane.

Okay.

But as insane as it seems,

it's followed

by nothing.

About an hour and a half,
hour and 45 minutes,

where I'm sitting down,
nothing's happening,

and I get this idea.

I'm like, "I'm gonna go
put Annabelle in the attic."

And as soon as I'm walking
up the steps, I had

instant regret in my head.

Annabelle, we're gonna
take you upstairs.

How about that?

You know, like, whenever you
walk into a room and you can

tell the energy's just off?

That's exactly the way I felt.

I think
what's interesting is,

thinking of this
as a folklorist,

it doesn't need to be that
that doll is cursed.

It only needs to be that
he sees that doll

as a sort of focal point

where whatever's there

is going to be able
to coalesce around it.

It becomes
like a lightning rod.

If so,

then lightning

is about to strike.

That moment
when the door slammed...

...was very
exhilarating to watch

because you kind of
realize the power

of whatever's there.

If you ever decide
to stay in a place

when someone slammed
a door on you like that,

you deserve whatever's
about to happen to you that night, baby.

You know, you got to get on up
out of that haunted house.

CJ clearly agrees

he was extremely freaked out that night,

as of now,

he has no buyer's remorse.

My whole goal
with the property from day one

was to own a piece of property

that was near
something haunted,

which is that bridge.

So owning that, I was
thinking to myself, I'm like,

"Do I completely
clear this land

and build
a gorgeous house on it?

Or do I

preserve what's there
and try to, uh, I guess,

achieve a little bit
of greatness

by pulling out answers
from hundreds of years ago?"

desperately tries to rid
his grandmother's house...

...of a terrifying entity.

When we think
of haunted objects...

we usually conjure up
items that look sacred,

old,

or in some way...

inherently creepy.

But what if the spirit
decides to attach itself

to something more mundane...

every day,

and maybe

even comforting?

That's what
might have happened

to a woman in Italy,

whose prize
from a church raffle

came with another

much less pleasant

gift.

Cesena, Italy.

Simone Botte's grandmother...

...has been complaining

of unexplained events
in her home,

such as hearing strange noises
when she's alone,

and her TV...

...turning on and off

by itself.

So Simone is
at her house alone

to check things out,

when suddenly...

...mysterious noises...

from somewhere.

Followed by losing power

to part of the house.

And this.

I'm Simone,

and this is my video.

I noticed

the chandelier behind me

had been pushed.

It wasn't swinging

because there was
a draft in the house.

No, it was swinging

because it had been
pushed by something.

But as Simone
attempts to make his way out,

checking each room as he does,

he comes face-to-face

with this.

Watch again.

In a bedroom,

a dark figure
quickly appears...

and disappears

in front of Simone.

This figure
by the bed, I mean,

to me, I see what appears
to be the entire outline,

and even some definition

of a woman standing there.

That moment,
something showed itself,

something revealed itself
to him.

That's pretty powerful.

Powerful enough

to make Simone
run out of there.

A few days later,

when he musters up
the courage,

Simone goes back
to his grandmother's home

to spend the night
in that same bedroom.

This time,
he sets up a camera,

hoping to capture
any unexplained activity

while he's asleep.

And at around 5:00 a.m...

Listen closely.

The camera
picks up a whisper,

loud enough to wake Simone.

And then,

20 minutes after that,

a blanket...

moving on the bed next to him.

Not surprisingly,

when Simone watches
the footage back

the following day...

This shocked me a bit,

because watching something
like that afterwards,

you realize anything
could have happened.

They just moved
a blanket, okay?

But anything
could have happened.

So, any time things
are just moved or displaced,

it's almost like
the spiritual world is letting you know, like,

to be aware "I'm here."

After that night,

the activity seems to die down

for several months...

until...

This time,

Simone finally
asks his grandmother

if she had brought
any new items into her house

around the time
all the activity began.

And the only thing
she can think of...

is a scarf

that she won
at her church's lottery.

This might be
the haunted object

that has caused
all this activity.

Now, it might not be

because the object itself
is haunted,

but maybe its introduction
into the home

is stirring up some
dormant activity.

Whatever the case,

Simone feels the need
to get rid of it.

I just wanted to take it out of the house.

I wanted to burn it.

I don't know.
I had many ideas.

But the easy one was
to throw it in a dumpster

as far away
from home as possible.

But after
putting it into a bag

and turning away
for just a moment...

...the scarf
slips off the table

and out of the bag on its own.

At that moment,

I don't even remember what
was going through my head.

So Simone wraps it again,

more securely.

I held it tight

and I rushed out of the house

because I wanted
to take that object away.

Luckily for Simone
and his grandmother,

it works.

For now, at least.

From that moment on,

nothing happened anymore.

I think the scarf is somewhat
responsible for all this.

I can't give
a logical explanation,

but it adds up

because the moment the scarf
arrived at the house,

the problems started.

Depending on
your beliefs, Bigfoot

is either a mythical,
made-up creature,

a real, living and breathing
ape-like being,

or something in-between.

And while there is
not enough scientific data

to fully validate

The signs that point
to it not being real

are nowhere,

while the evidence of it
living practically among us

just keeps coming in.

Shannon and Stetson Parker

are riding a train
from Silverton to Durango

and looking out the window

for elk in the mountains

when they spot something odd.

So Shannon
starts taking photos.

And the passenger next to her

starts recording on his phone.

Watch closely

as a large, bipedal figure

crouches down by a bush,

almost disappearing
as it does.

Right away,

the few that see the creature

have the same reaction.

That is Bigfoot.

This might be
the best Bigfoot video

I have ever seen.

I mean, this is
right up there with

the Patterson-Gimlin
classic film.

We get a really good look
at this beast.

We can make out the details,

the long brown hair,

the massive stance of it,

the huge arms

that appear to be powerful
and ape-like.

If this is a genuine
Bigfoot sighting, then

he's right in a place
we might expect him to be,

the Rocky Mountains,

full of Bigfoot sightings.

I'm on the Utah side

on the portion of the Rockies
where Bigfoot is

fairly consistently sighted
as well.

So this would not be
incredibly anomalous

for Bigfoot
to be spotted here.

And in some ways,

we get a pretty good sense
of why

the minute that figure
squats down,

it's almost invisible.

The fact that it sits down
to blend with the environment

tells me that this could be

a legitimate Bigfoot
that we're looking at.

It wanted to disappear.

It didn't want the attention.

But it was definitely aware
of the train moving by.

Which could explain why,

according to Shannon
and Stetson,

only they and two others

of the hundreds of passengers
on the train

seem to spot the creature,

and why there are
so few sightings

of the elusive cryptid

in general.

Its remarkable ability

to camouflage itself.

Think about how many people
go into the woods

every single day
and don't see deer.

That don't mean that
the deer ain't out there.

They just found ways
to camouflage themselves

and hide themselves
to not be seen.

So just because you went
into the woods today

and didn't see a deer,

didn't mean there wasn't
50 of them around you.

Bigfoot are the same way.

You go out to the woods
looking for them,

they've been
out there forever.

They know how
and where to move.

Oftentimes,
people that see a Bigfoot,

it's because the Bigfoot
let them see them.

They seem to have
an interaction with certain people.

Not everybody can
have an experience.

And sometimes, I've heard of
stories of three individuals,

uh, during
a Bigfoot encounter,

and each person
sees something different.

One sees a Bigfoot completely,

someone else sees a shadow,
and someone sees nothing.

It seems to be that the ones
that have a belief in these

have this ability
to maybe perceive them.

So if Bigfoot
has the ability

to choose
who sees them and how,

then what kind
of creature is it?

So there's some fun theories

about who or what Bigfoot is.

And one of them is that

Bigfoot is a ghost.

Another one is, Bigfoot is
some sort of species

that we haven't been able
to capture or identify yet.

I lean, personally, that these
are like elemental beings

that have
the ability to, like,

move interdimensionally.

That's why
we don't see it so much,

like, when it is
in our dimensional reality.

Whatever it is,

this particular sighting

has garnered
a lot of media attention.

I adore this clip
for a couple of reasons.

One, because

the footage itself is

really compelling
in my opinion.

But it also started this

national, even
international conversation

where Bigfoot

was in the headlines.

And I think that's
incredibly important

to constantly be talking
about this phenomena

and examining the theories

that are associated with it.

Because let's face it,

there's a lot
of people out there

that do believe

and they're not
wearing tinfoil hats.

So whether you
believe in Bigfoot or not,

or are simply on the fence,

do yourself a favor

and keep your eyes
and mind open

just in case.

are typically places

where people go to have fun.

Gustavo Alcaraz and his
younger brother Geovany

are at an annual fair,

riding on a roller coaster
called The Worm.

Tonight,

only a handful of others
got on the ride with them,

leaving the back half
of the cars empty.

And though Geovany
was a little frightened

by the ride at first,

as it continues,

he seems to be
warming up to it.

Which is ironic,

because the ride has suddenly

become much,

much more terrifying.

Watch again,

where, just moments earlier,

there was no one
in the very last car.

Suddenly,

a dark figure appears.

And the specter-like rider
remains there,

relatively still...

...before somehow...

vanishing.

And when Gustavo and Geovany
watch the footage later,

they are stunned.

When I saw it
on the video, I said,

"Oh, what is that?"

It looks like
a person because,

well, at first, it looks
like it has no face.

And then later on,
it looks more complete.

And though it seems
as if young Geovany

had been looking back
toward the figure during the ride,

he saw nothing.

I wasn't looking at anybody,

just at the games
that were around.

And if you're wondering

if it could simply
have been a person

lying down in the seat...

It is impossible

that a person
was hiding there.

They are small
because they're for kids.

When we got off,
we didn't see anybody.

So,

if no one was
in the last car at first,

and no one got off at the end,

then what exactly
did Gustavo capture

during that
rollercoaster ride?

It really looks
like this person filmed

some kind of
full-bodied apparition.

I can't make out
any kind of facial features.

If I had to put this
into a category,

I would place it in
the shadow figure territory,

because it seems
to be lacking definition,

but is humanoid in shape.

This is a very,
very fascinating video.

I mean, such a joyful moment,

yet you have this
very ominous piece of footage.

And that does happen,

and when it does, to me,

that seems to be
some of the most substantial,

credible sightings. I mean,
this is a great capture.

One of the things
I loved about this

was the manifestation
of this entity.

How it started off as, like,

this really dark
shadow figure, and then

there's a moment
where we catch

some glimpse of hair and face,

but it's still so ghoulish.

It's like he hasn't
fully manifested

in that backseat,

and then all of a sudden,
it's gone.

To me, I think
it's supernatural.

Gustavo agrees.

I think it's

some kind of a ghost.

But why would
a ghost, or any entity,

be on an amusement park ride?

I am a firm believer

that entities show up

where they want
to feed off the energy,

and I think the energy that

this entity wanted
to encounter

was happiness
and being part of a family

and celebration.

So, to me, that doesn't

seem like
a threatening energy.

It seems like
an energy looking

to have that moment,

even as fleeting as

catching a ride for
a few seconds with them.

Let's hope for their sake

that's exactly what it was.

But regardless,

Gustavo and Geovany
won't soon forget

the night they
captured it on camera.

It was indeed a very

frightening experience

because nothing like that
had ever happened to us.

It gave me chills.

I said, I'm not gonna
ride that again.

to some odd events
around the place.

he shrugged them off.

saw a few things out of place.

...when just a short while after arriving for work...

...a tool suddenly

falls from an unknown place.

I've never really been
much of a believer

in anything paranormal,

but that changed once I
started working up there

pretty, pretty quick.

It started with just, like,

work tools

wouldn't be where
I'd leave them.

And then I'd leave
and come back,

like, an hour later
and then they'd be where

they were supposed to be.

And it's not just
smaller objects.

So as soon as I turn
the light on,

one of the boards
starts moving.

If somebody's here,

Those are very solid boards,

you know, six feet by 12 feet.

They're very big,

and they're bolted together.

I don't know what signal

this entity is trying to send.

It's throwing tools around.

It's knocking things over.

Uh, you don't know whether
it's trying to communicate

or it's just trying
to mess with this guy.

why these things might be

moving around
is because it might be

the ghost
of a former caretaker

of the cemetery
who actually doesn't like

the way he has
the thing set up.

But despite Nate's initial
discomfort with the activity,

he seems to have found
a way to deal with it.

unusual sightings

call this a kill on this unknown aircraft.

the case in Massachusetts

when two friends spotted
something so bizarre...

when something in the sky

catches their eyes.

So Jeff grabs his phone

and starts recording.

Where?

It's a dark,
oddly shaped object

floating silently

in the vicinity

of the Barnes Air
National Guard Base.

And both men

are stunned.

I had to zoom
way in to get it.

Like, when I zoom out,
you can't see that.

and I filmed this video.

I was shocked
'cause of how it looked.

It didn't look like anything

that would normally fly
in that area, you know?

I see the birds flying around.
It's not a bird.

It's right up by the tree,

right above
the tree right there.

It just looked like a blob,
I would say.

It was spherical,

but there was,
like, a few of 'em.

There was, like, a main part,

and then there was two
smaller parts on the bottom.

Like bubbles
grouped together almost.

That's what it looked like.

So I definitely
found it peculiar.

What the hell is that, man?

That's the
strangest thing I've ever seen.

If I had to guess, it was
probably metallic in nature,

and it had, like,
a shine to it.

It had, like, a reflective
surface, so that's what makes me think it was

some kind of
metallic material.

Is that a balloon?

No, there's no way
that's a balloon. - It's the Matrix, bro.

If I had to estimate,

probably 450,
500 feet in the air,

something like that,

and you could still
clearly see it.

The two watch
the object for a few minutes

when it suddenly
does something...

confounding

for such a seemingly
large object.

We looked away
for a second,

and when we looked back,
it wasn't there.

So,

what exactly did Jeff and José

just witness?

The shape of this thing
almost looks more like

a biological organism

than a material,
inanimate object

that just happens
to be suspended in the sky.

I see the birds
flying around. It's not a bird.

My first reaction was,
could this be

a bag of some sorts?

Because it's almost like
it kind of moves, it bends,

it sort of ripples.

Instantly, I could
rule that out.

That would not be

anything that would make sense
when it comes to metal

or steel or anything else

that would typically make up
something that would be flying

or able to sustain
in the sky like that.

Perhaps the answer

lies in the fact
that they spotted it

above an air base.

It always seems like
there's a concentration

of UFO sightings

near military installations.

And this has
long been theorized that

they're keeping a watch on us.

They're keeping
their eye on us.

They want to take

the matches
away from the child,

because even we know

we're on a path

that we're going
to destroy ourselves,

so, maybe they
don't want that to happen.

Dude,
what is that, man?

I went as far as to even
call the air base and, like,

tell them that there's
something over there.

And they basically told me

to call the police
from now on.

Either they're
keeping something secret

and they don't want
to deal with it,

or there's no way
they can explain that.

So, did they brush him off,

or did they just
let him believe

that they brushed him off
and then they

immediately initiated
all the emergency protocols?

That would be my question.

No, there's no way

While Jeff may
never get the official word

on what he and his friend
witnessed that day,

his sighting
only solidifies his belief

that there could be life

beyond Earth.

I just don't see a human
making something like that. I just don't.

There wasn't jet propulsion.
It wasn't even making noise.

For as fast as it disappeared,

you would have
heard something,

if it was
human technology, anyways.
