and he's living in what looks like a pretty modern home,

at its barebones, this is a classic haunted house scenario.

The mimicry lately has been horrible.

Like, really bad, and it's up.

You've got people that are constantly being plagued

by activity that's happening around the clock,

and it seems like it's really wearing them down.

And I always feel like

something bad is going to happen, no matter what.

But while the unexplainable activity in Matthew's house

has become commonplace...

...like this shadowy form he caught in a cubby...

...nothing has ever been physical...

...until one night,

as he's filming an unrelated video for social media

in his bathroom.

But it's allergy season, I could barely...

Behind Matthew...

...another shadow.

With no source for it,

and unnoticed by Matthew,

until he reviews the footage later.

Harmless at the time.

Or so it seemed.

I woke up that morning...

...with a giant...

...circular bruise on the inside of, like,

my shoulder right over here.

What?

What?

- Triangle. - It was deep, yeah.

It looked like a triangle.

And they were deep, too.

What?

And it looked like something, like, scratched him.

Like, all the way around like in a circular...

It was... It was really scary.

It was scary.

What?

It almost looks like a circle with three points inside it.

And putting that together with that shadow

that appears over his shoulder?

Suddenly, we can construct a narrative there.

There was something in that space

that marked him.

And somehow, that's... different.

That's stronger evidence than just,

"I have a weird mark that I don't know how it got there"

What?

I don't think it's the house.

I think it's him.

It's all directed at this kid.

Like, it's scary!

- It's like I'm a cursed child! - Yeah!

It may all be directed at Matthew...

...but that doesn't mean Matthew's family is spared...

But Mom, what happened this morning?

...including Michele herself.

I went downstairs to get ready for work.

At 5:30 in the morning, I go downstairs,

I see the cabinet above the sink open.

All the cabinets in the whole kitchen were open.

All the drawers were open.

Everywhere I went, the drawers were open.

I feel that she's very genuine when she talks about it.

Um, the detail that she gives...

And so having that story and that backdrop

is more convincing, because you see how this affects

the people that have to live with it.

It's gotten really scary.

I can't tell you how many times I've said to him,

"Come with me to church, let the priest, you know, bless you."

But even that is not guaranteed to stop the activity.

There's an entire line of thinking, of theorizing,

that it's internally generated rather than externally generated.

So that's certainly a possibility,

that this is about Matty himself.

You're telling me you don't hear those footsteps?

It might also be, though, that he's the one paying the most attention.

Do it again.

Of course it's a natural inclination

to document these happenings,

because you do want to share it with other people.

And yet, by doing so,

you could actually just be emboldening it.

You're giving it more energy to draw from,

and as a result, it's getting stronger.

Whatever it might be,

With all the people who've walked through their doors,

it's no surprise that many historic hotels

are considered to be haunted.

One of which is the Lafayette in Marietta, Ohio.

Built in 1918, the 100-plus year old building

has stories to tell,

some of them involving ghosts.

Both staff and guests have reported hearing voices and footsteps,

as well as seeing objects move...

...and even apparitions.

Recently, two friends went there

in hopes of capturing some paranormal activity for themselves...

...and received an unsettling wake-up call.

2021.

Marietta, Ohio.

Paranormal enthusiasts CJ Faison and Sonny Deeds

have just arrived at the Lafayette Hotel...

...to conduct an investigation.

The Lafayette Hotel is right there behind me.

The entire hotel is so haunted that there are some people

who cannot stay here all through the night.

We have access to the ballroom, the basement,

the restaurant, all kinds of stuff.

One of their first stops

is a room on the third floor...

...that's considered to be one of the most active.

This is one of the rooms where everything gets moved around,

so they've actually found the phone on the floor,

they've found pillows on the floor before,

all kinds of stuff just messed up.

Um, so just... we're gonna take note

of pretty much where everything is.

And while they're doing that,

It's like somebody's creaking on the bed.

My name is CJ Faison, and this is my video.

I try to rationalize things when they're happening around me,

and I couldn't rationalize why did the bed creak like that,

and we weren't anywhere near it.

We're not on it, you know, the floor wasn't, you know,

washy or anything.

That is weird as.

Oh, my gosh.

All right, that is insane.

Okay.

You can hear the metal bed frame

kind of squeak and flex a little bit.

And what's more is the actual sound kind of shifts,

almost like it's moving across the bed at one point.

Very compelling, because you can visually see

that nothing is changing as far as there's no depression in the bed,

the... the sheets, the... the comforter, nothing moves.

A bit later, CJ and Sonny venture down to the basement...

They say that there's a spirit down here

that will actually bang on all of these pipes.

...and get settled in to conduct a spirit box session.

Can a spirit identify itself, please?

What is your name?

Dude, I feel so uncomfortable. -

For lack of a better term, it felt demonic.

It felt really evil down there.

"Go."

Okay, you want me to go over here. -

That's the third "go" I've heard.

Oh, my gosh.

That said there's... "the devil is inside." -

When you're asking for who's here,

and you get the response, "The devil is inside..."

...right then and there,

that would be enough for me to hightail out of there.

"He's here."

Who's here? What's his name?

"Devil."

I think sometimes, whatever evil spirit is down there,

They're trying to say, "Hey listen,

if you don't leave, it's gonna end very poorly for you."

So that's exactly what we did.

What was that?

Though freaked out,

CJ and Sonny investigate a few other parts of the hotel...

...and then call it a night.

But the most stunning event is yet to come.

Before going to bed, they set up a camera in the room

to capture any late night activity.

And about 40 minutes after they fall asleep...

...the phone flies off the hook,

and onto the floor,

something CJ and Sonny don't realize

until they review the footage later.

I saw the phone get launched off of the hook like that.

And at that point, I'm like, "This is the most insane thing I think I've ever caught."

And I'll be honest with you,

like, if I would've known that phone fell off of the hook

while we were sleeping, I really truly don't know I'd have stayed there.

This clip is pretty phenomenal for many reasons.

The receiver lifts off the base,

and just launches.

And I've watched that clip over and over again.

The nightstand doesn't move.

The cord hanging off the phone

doesn't move, doesn't sway.

There's no movement.

That's pretty remarkable.

I mean, that is anomalous, poltergeist type activity at its best.

And it's interesting to me that it's the telephone that's the focus here,

because what do telephones do?

They allow us to communicate across a distance.

So all of the other signs that we've had here,

the words coming through the spirit box,

"Devil."

There really seems to be a focus

on reciprocal communication here.

Which is exactly what CJ and Sonny were hoping for,

even if it did...

...terrify them at points.

Sometimes when we go to these places,

nothing at all happens.

And then sometimes you go to a place like this,

and a lot of stuff happens.

It's like somebody's creaking on the bed!

We were very lucky to get the things that we did on camera.

And recently in Sweden, a man captured something

that further proves...

...some departing passengers can leave behind...

...terrifying things.

in Malmo, Sweden.

It's 1 a.m.,

and paranormal investigator Emil Kjellstrom,

visits an abandoned train station

which he believes may be haunted,

in part due to two tragic deaths that Emil believes

occurred there.

The reason why I thought about it

was because I know there has been two suicides, at least.

And I also know that they jumped to the rail.

So that's where the reason why

I wanted to try and see if there was something, you know?

And even before Emil is done positioning his camera,

it's confirmed.

There is definitely something here.

Watch closely.

Did you catch that?

Watch again,

as a strange, ghost-like face peeks around a station wall...

...then disappears.

It happens so fast that Emil...

...doesn't fully register it at the time.

But he does sense that something is there.

When I was screwing on the camera,

I remember I just saw something very quick,

so I just thought that when I come home,

I just have to look if it was something.

And, uh, that's when I would discover the most...

...crazy capture I ever captured,

the feeling that something had just peeked their head around

and just watched you.

That... That's creepy. That's very creepy.

It's there.

That's not a glitch, that's not even, you know,

a... a blur or a mist.

It's obviously a thing or a creature that's there.

It almost looks like we see the suggestion of an eyebrow.

Like, we see dark hair, maybe parted in the middle,

very pale skin.

It moves forward, and then it ducks back,

as if it's kind of watching him,

seeing what he's up to, maybe deciding whether or not

it wants to interact with him.

But once Emil opens an EVP app on his phone,

whatever just peeked around the train station wall...

...has definitely decided to start interacting.

- "Dislike!" - Dislike.

"Pamela..."

Pamela, again!

"Dislike Pamela!"

We're hearing "Pamela, Pamela, Pamela."

"Dislike, dislike, dislike."

"Dislike Pamela."

"Dislike Pamela!"

So is this a spirit

conveying some sort of dislike for Pamela?

Or could this be a person

who is referring to themselves?

- Shh! - Pamela.

Pamela.

If indeed we're talking about people that died by suicide at this location,

maybe this is Pamela, and she dislikes herself.

Dislike.

"Dislike Pamela! Dislike Pamela, Pamela!"

But even more startling is what Emil

captures next.

Listen very closely.

Did you catch it?

Something whispers the name "Emil."

That one is kind of crazy,

and they say my name, you know, "Emil."

It feels very real.

It was really significant seeming

when there is a whispering voice

that to my ear, clearly says Emil's name.

There's a connection that's being made here.

When I've heard my name, it took the anonymity out of it.

No longer am I investigator number one.

Now I'm Brian, and they know exactly who I am.

We have multiple things happening all in the same place.

- "Dislike?" - Dislike.

Combined with the face...

...all together, I think we're onto something here.

Emil's camera battery eventually runs out,

ending his investigation.

But he's not done decoding this station's tragic history.

I actually went back there, uh, yesterday night.

It really feels that there is something

that can't get out of there, in some way.

Coming up, a massive UFO

blows the mind of a woman in Houston.

UFO hunters spend their days gazing toward the sky,

peeking past the clouds with a checklist of things to look out for.

Strange geometric shapes...

Yo, it's getting closer.

...pulsing life-like forms...

...unusual arrangements of lights...

Whoa! Huh.

...any fleeting sight that could signify alien life.

I mean, it literally just looks like

a person's floating through the air.

But sometimes, there are objects that are so large...

...so ominous...

...so clearly otherworldly...

...that even your average citizen

can't help but notice and be stunned.

And one woman in Texas...

...has the footage to prove it.

March 1st, 2022,

in Houston, Texas.

It's about 7 p.m.,

and as Mariam Bouzo merges onto the highway,

she sees something in the sky that unnerves her.

So she takes out her phone and starts filming

the large, oddly-shaped object floating above the city.

When I saw that huge thing in the sky,

I freaked out. It looked so serious to me.

This is a new one for me.

There's no lights coming from it, obviously no sound.

No exhaust, no means of propulsion.

It's just hanging in the sky.

It looks like a... It looks like a shadow.

That figure in the sky looks darker than the night,

like the grim reaper.

This one is sca-ry.

Like, I would not be driving in that direction.

I'm like, "There's no way."

I'mma go the other way.

This object has a really unusual shape.

You can see that the clouds surrounding it

are pretty much stratus clouds,

which are flat, they usually indicate

that there's a stable air layer there,

but yet we have this triangular dark formation that's vertical.

Now clouds come in all sorts of weird shapes,

but they don't generally form like this.

Making it more likely

that this isn't actually a cloud.

But maybe designed to appear as one.

There is a lot of different mythology in the UFO field,

that they believe that sometimes aliens will try to disguise their craft

or their ships as clouds as if it kind of blends into the sky,

whether they're doing some kind of recon,

or... or observation, whatever it is they may be doing.

If it is a UFO on a mission,

it doesn't seem too concerned about being seen from the ground.

I was driving for like a long period of time,

so I was seeing it for, like, 30 minutes...

30 to 35 minutes,

still there, no movement whatsoever.

The fact that it was just stagnant, not moving,

that lets me know whatever it was is not afraid

of anything that we have.

Like, it was like, "I'm letting my presence be known."

It set a flag out there in whatever atmosphere

or realm it was in.

That's what's creepy.

I would almost rather it move

so I know that it has an agenda

and it's going away, and it's going to the next location,

or the next planet.

The fact that it's staying still is a little...

...a little concerning.

Or, could the object's immobility

suggest something else entirely?

The first thing that came to my mind

was this theory that if there was intelligent life

that was visiting us from other planets,

they come to us by opening portals in the sky.

What if what we're looking at here actually isn't a UFO, but...

...some type of inter-dimensional portal?

The object, whatever it is,

disappears as soon as the sun sets.

But now, Mariam is on the lookout for more.

I start to pay more attention to the sky...

...since then.

But I did not see anything, unfortunately.

Which...

...all things considered, might be for the best.

A CCTV camera records...

...as a doll sits on a small rocking chair...

...in the center of a dark, empty room.

When suddenly...

...the doll slumps by itself,

its momentum rocking the chair at a rapid pace...

...almost as if it's possessed by someone...

...or something.

And this doll is just one of many

allegedly haunted artifacts at the Haunted Museum and Spirit Shop,

all under the same roof can sometimes...

...lead to the kind of activity...

...that we see in the doll.

The footage of this doll is really compelling,

because it seems like it is sitting there for an extended period of time,

undisturbed, and not manipulated by any observable force.

And then it almost seems to drop...

...into the chair, and then start rocking.

It rocks for a... a pretty long time,

and it's... it's not subtle at all.

We can watch it going back and forth.

It's, uh, it's really kind of out there.

And the activity in the museum

is not limited to simply making objects move.

Watch what happens to one museumgoer

during an EVP session.

Something touches her on the leg,

freaking her out.

It is freaky AF when you get touched by something

that is not there, or something that you don't see with your eyes.

It's this strange sensation that almost feels cold,

to be the spirit of a child.

That's not a typical...

...type of paranormal phenomenon to really capture clearly.

Those apparitions seem more self-originating.

No one's calling that out.

These are perhaps spirits who are simply in the space...

...and I really like that idea.

extend far beyond merely exposing the world

to the wonders of the paranormal.

what was it that confronted and confounded

these dogs in Mexico?

When it comes to analyzing paranormal events on camera,

it always helps to have as much footage as possible.

And if you're able to capture whatever it is

from multiple angles, even better.

But, sometimes,

something is so bizarre and so logic defying...

...that no amount of footage or camera angles

helps to clarify.

Case in point, a recent video captured in Mexico,

with three different angles of the same event,

has brought up way more questions than answers.

March, 2022, Mexico.

It's late at night,

and a few street dogs have been barking for several minutes.

So a homeowner goes outside to see what's going on.

He doesn't find anything, but wants to make sure

there's nothing to worry about, like an intruder.

So he checks the footage from his three security cameras.

And what he sees is alarming.

Keep your eyes on the upper left side of the screen...

...as a bizarrely shaped object slowly floats down toward the dogs.

Suddenly, it takes a sharp turn.

And then floats up...

...and away.

What did these dogs just encounter?

When I first saw this curious object float into the frame,

I thought it might be a group of mylar party balloons

that were losing their helium and deflating.

But that doesn't seem to be what's going on here.

My reaction when I saw this video was,

"What the hell did I just watch?"

And each angle gave me a little more information,

but it also flabbergasted me further.

It didn't appear to me to be a spirit.

It seemed very solid.

And if it was an object, I'm thinking it's alien in origin.

If I had to put it in a category,

I would say it's some sort of inter-dimensional being...

...something that lives on either a higher

or lower dimensional reality.

Something that might have made its way into the dimension we live on.

That could be the reason why it's able to kind of

quote-unquote fly, but it doesn't necessarily

abide by the laws of gravity.

It's from some sort of other dimensional space.

Sometimes when you see videos like this,

you just gotta scratch your head and say,

"This is just quite unbelievable,

what I'm actually witnessing it with my own eyes."

And according to the video,

it looks like the dogs feel the same way.

I think the dogs' reaction in this clip

is very, very telling.

Wild dogs are pretty fearless,

you know, when people come up,

they have no problem, you know,

alerting and showing dominance of their territory and barking.

These dogs seem a little nervous, slightly fearful.

And at the same time, very curious.

I don't think they know what the heck they're seeing, either.

Generally, dogs are not interested

so much in inanimate objects.

They get more excited when there's a living thing.

And that kind of indicates that whatever this thing is,

the... the dogs seem to think that it's alive.

Whatever this thing is,

it's not the first of its kind.

There was another clip similar to this one

that also took place in Mexico.

A father and a daughter saw something through the window

moving down their street, and came out their front door.

I remember the dad was so afraid

that he ran back inside.

And that one was also a little bit amorphous,

silvery, moving with that same sense of sort of exploratory purpose.

I've investigated a number of cases almost just like this,

specifically in Mexico.

We've kind of termed them "flying humanoids."

The general description is that somebody sees an object

that is slowly floating along...

...and then oftentimes it'll take, like,

kind of a sharp turn and go the other way.

And if you slow this down, you can see that

it almost looks sort of flat...

...like, it is in three dimensions,

but it turns and has a flatter side to it and goes the other direction.

It is just completely odd.

So, even with three different angles

of the curious floating object,

it's still anyone's guess as to what those dogs encountered...

...that night in Mexico.

We don't know what it is.

And that's great and beautiful and so weird and bizarre.

It's truly para-normal!

It is above our normal definition of what's out there.
